Carslily sniffed the extra part he had still not had used. "What to do with you..." He muttered before screwing up his face. "Aargh! I've never been stumped on this before!

Beezlebub, Carslilys cousin, smirked. "The genuis lost his smarts eh?"

Carslily said nothing before picking up the part with his mouth and a screwdriver in his tail before screwing the piece to something that looked like a minuter gillateen with legs. "Beezlebub,come here for a minute..."

Jack rolled his eyes. Can't these two get along? Can't he find one family member who didn't want to kill every person in Evelon? The three had been forced to go on a picnic (sp?) so they could make their "family bonds" grow.  Can one grow a seed that hasn't even been planted? Jack thought. Oh, how his brother and cousin nearly killed each other just becuase Beezlebub want to go Lambistas Grand Cathedral, Carslily wanted to go to the Wilt'No Desert, and he wanted to go the Shrine, of course he didn't say that infront of them, he would've just been killed if he did.

Jack opened the basket for the little picnic with his nose as he thought about how Lionkit almost joined the fight as she tried to break the cousin and brother apart, telling them to go to Nori Volcano, and how Jack had looked at him with a worried glance, just proving that she knew he wouldn't survive the trip she had forced upon the brothers and their cousin.

Carslily grabbed the sandwich Jack had grabbed from the basket. "Wow. Thanks cuz!"

"But that was mine!" Jack protested. "I made it myself!"

"Oh, Beeeeezlebuuuub! Our little buddy here doesn't know how to shaaaaare!" Carslily smirked at his older cousin, Beezlebub, who was five seconds older than Jack.

"Yes, let's teach him leston shall we?" And before you could say "Jerks" Carslily and Beezlebub was ransacking the basket.

Atlas;;      Flashfire

The two were traveling slowly, mostly because they were exhausted from the heat of the volcano. Both of them were silent, as they were too tired to talk. A few moments passed, and suddenly Flash's ears swiveled in a different direction, having heard the sound of voices. She sniffed the air, wondering who was there.

"Oh, yum, what smells so good?" The Sahound asked herself as the scents filled her nose. It smelled like food to Flashfire, and she really loved food. "Come on, Atlas! Let's go check it out." Unfortunately, she was forced to bring the Rollaby along. After all, he wouldn't leave her alone. Without waiting for a reply, she immediately took off, eager to find the source of the scent.

With a nod, Atlas curled up into a ball, then rolled after the Sahound. He almost hated traveling with her, as she often took off into random directions and left him behind. In fact, he had gotten lost one time, and it had taken him hours just to find the Sahound again. Why couldn't their owner, Sky, come with them...? After all, she'd make sure that Flash behaved. But no, his owner had decided to stay behind with Phantom, a Dreamsnare Garudor.

It took several minutes for the two to reach the other three pets. Flash was surprised to find that two of the three, a Carpetfang and a Batti, were almost attacking a basket full of food. "Hey guys!" She exclaimed, her eyes focused on the sandwich that one of them was holding. "Uh, er, what's up?" She didn't want to immediately ask them for food. After all, that would be rude.

Beezlebub stared at the pets before glancing at his twin. "Friends of yours?"

Jack didn't answer. "Hi." He said before quickly trotting over to them. "Look, you really need to leave, these guys aren't normal." He whispered, he even made the normal part quieter so Beezlebub and Carslily could hear him.

Carslily grinned and pushed his cousin out of the way. "Hello, I would like to show you guys something..."

As Beezlebub spoke, Atlas uncurled himself and stared at all three of the pets. Unlike Flashfire, he didn't say anything. Compared to most pets, he was unusually silent.

"Oh, er, hello!" Flashfire said as Jack came toward her. She shifted her gaze from the sandwich to the approaching Chombones, watching him suspiciously. Listening carefully to what the Chombones said, she nodded. The Sahound then glanced over at the Carpetfang and the Batti, wondering what Jack had meant. Lowering her voice, she spoke to Jack, "They um...look normal to me. Are you um...sure? Aren't they your, um, friends?"

"Ooh, you would?" She asked then, now speaking to Carslily. "What do you want to show us?" Though her voice sounded excited, she was also slightly suspicious, mostly because of Jack's words.

Carslily smiled evily as he motioned the pets to follow him.

"They're not my friends! They're me evil pshyco relatives!" It wasn't like Jack to be ranting, but tecnecally (sp?) he was right.

Beezlebub giggled eavily as he grabbed something that looked like a gun-trigger from the machine, the trigger had also been the part that Carslily had trouble on, but that didn't really matter now did it?

Flashfire glanced back over at Atlas once, suddenly nervous. She hesitated for a few moments, then trotted after the Carpetfang. Atlas didn't really want to go, but the Rollaby slowly followed her anyway.

Whispering back, Flash asked Jack, "If they are evil and psycho, why are you with them? That doesn't make much sense."

"Hey, so um... What's that?" Flash asked the Batti, eyeing the trigger cautiously. It looked like something that came from a gun. "It's not like something... bad, right...?" She laughed nervously, her gaze focused on Beezlebub.

"I was forced to come along..." He muttered following them.

Beezlebub glanced at Garslily, waiting for the signal.

Carslily quickly plugged the thing up to the mini guillotines. He backed away and smiled at Beezlebub.

Beezlebub smirked and pulled the trigger before the blades of guillotines dropped, making a quick reflection for each of the three pets, and a second later after it had fallen three mini heads of Atlas, Flashfire, and Jack popped up, and ANOTHER second later Jack felt an impact come to his head as if had been shot and before he knew it, he was having a migrane.

Carslily luaghed. "My invention, the prototype, Migra! Soon the headache you guys are feeling will be worse, and soon, I'll make a real gun like this, only the person in the reflection will be the one dead." He luaghed. "I'll be rich!"

"Ow...Thanks a lot."Flashfire complained, feeling the impact that Jack had felt, then a migraine a few seconds later. "Oh, man, he was right...You guys really are evil." Now glaring at Carslily, she asked, "Why would you want to kill people? That's crazy. Who cares if your rich? I don't understand why you would want to sell that thing anyway."

Atlas, his head throbbing from the headache, stared at the machine with interest, but said nothing else. His migraine was starting to get worse, but he ignored it.

Now turning back to Jack, Flash muttered, "Okay. They're kinda freaking me out. Your relatives are really weird..." As if realizing something, she quickly added, "Um... No offense, though."

"That's the point, like people don't care that I'll be rich off of these puppies, I don't care when I kill a person, and I'll only be killing twice-to make sure the prototype and the real product work. The first, someone who actually volenteered and the second on a pedestrian, but you know what? I wouldn't give a flip who it was." He smirked. "Perferably you, bigmouth. I'm the top producer in weaponery, and I know how to get a good shot."

Beezlebub brought out a furnace filled with hot tea, screwed the top off, and poured the liquide into the cup. "Of course he never sells any of the weapons." Beezlebub muttered before sipping his tea (who said a jerk couldn't drink tea?).

"Of course, I wouldn't mind killing you, Beezlebub."

Jack sighed. "It's okay..." Jack looked up. The picnic was at the foot of the volcano, and Jack was having a climbing urge. "Want to hike up the Nori?"

Isidar Alfakin

High above, a Saffron Batti flew against the smokey sky.  He was unusual looking, even by Batti standards, thanks to his human like characteristics.  His legs were longer than most Battis and thanks to this he was about the size of an actual human.  His eyes were multi-colored and filled with a combination of kindness and wisdom.  At the moment, however, those eyes were having trouble getting through the smoke.

Coughing, the Batti, flew lower, and the egyptian like collar he had exchanged his traditional Batti vest for, glimmered as the shine from the magma reflected off the golden surface.  He breathed in the fresher air and landed on a crag to rest.  Sighing, the Batti leaned against the gritty surface.  

"This place as ridiculously warm as they say it is," he thought.  A movement caught his interest, and he peeked down just in time to see Carsilily's invention activate.  As he heard the later explanation, he frowned.  "A crazed Carpetfang, a Batti, and a Chombones together."  He rubbed his chin.  "Where have I heard this before?"

"Uh huh, yeah, okay," Flashfire nodded, still glaring at Carslily. "First...Who would actually volunteer to test a weapon...? I don't think anyone really wants to die. And...Second of all, don't you get into trouble if you kill someone...? Oh, and yeah, kill him. He's annoying." She muttered, pointing with her paw at Beezlebub.

She was momentarily distracted by the tea that Beezlebub held. After all, she was still hungry, and she hadn't gotten any food. Having heard Jack's voice, she quickly shifted her gaze from the tea to the Chombones. She opened her mouth to speak, but was interrupted by Atlas.

"You're uh, talking to us, right? If so, then I guess we could go. Unless you want to hike with your relatives...?" The Rollaby spoke quietly, gazing at Jack as he waited for an answer.

Carslily smiled at Flashs rebutle, and began to giggle like a maniac, but it wasn't out of anger, it was out of the thoughts in his head, not things that were all that threatning to Flash, but it was scary...

Beezlebub shrugged. "Thanks. So are you, and even if I did get shot it wouldn't matter."

Jack felt hot with embaresment and fear at his cousins evil giggeling, so he decided to quickly answer. "My relatives? Uh, no thanks, I rather not...they'd probaly have alot morre fun without me, so, let's go!" He sounded like he was used to this, but in a way, he wasn't, yes he was used to his relatives always picking at him, but they always did it in a way he never expected them, but deep down, he loved them, becuase aleast one person in a crazy, demonic family, loves them like any other relative would.

Jack looked around. Why did he feel like he was being watched...?

"That Chombones is getting suspicious," Isidar thought.  He ducked quickly and pressed his back against the rock.  He felt slightly furious at himself for not being able to recognize the family of crazies and also some sympathy for the two pets who stumbled into them.

He rubbed his head as if it could stimulate his memory.  "Dangit!  I know Saroko warned me about something like this!  If I could just remember..."

Now starting to ignore the other two, Flash said, "Okay! Let's go, then. Sounds um... fun." Actually, hiking was the last thing she wanted to do right now, but she'd rather go hiking instead of sticking around with the crazy Carpetfang and Batti. She trotted off then, completely oblivious to Isidar's presence. The Sahound got distracted easily and usually didn't pay much attention to what was happening around her.

Atlas was different, however, and gazed at his surroundings, checking to make sure that no one else was there. As soon as he was done looking around, he followed after Flashfire slowly.

Isidar got a litte distracted by his mental self-cursings and quickly ducked behind a rock.  He manged this just as Flash raced off.  "I'm not certain if I want to get involved just yet," he pondered to himself.  At the very least he wanted to stay hidden until he kne who those other three were.  Their idenities were just on the tip of his tongue.
