[Thunder]

(OOC: Not sure when Indigo will post, so I'm just going ahead with this post.)

Flareo, who could be as fiery as his powers were, was getting a little impatient with how slow they were moving. Glacier, on the other hand, just seemed anxious. When Merpsichore began whimpering, however, they both snapped to attention and stared ahead at the trees, startled.

"T-there's definitely something in there!" Glacier whispered, glancing at Flareo in fright.

"Yeah, I can hear and smell it a little too," Flareo growled. "Let's listen to Bella and hide!"

"But will Merpsichore be ok?"

"I'm sure she'll be. We've got so many hunters around here. Now come on, let's move already!"

Flareo dragged his somewhat reluctant sister into the shadows of some nearby foliage. The siblings crouched down low and kept alert. "When will the others get here?" Flareo hissed. "They're going to walk right into whatever this is if they don't find us sooner!"

Farja followed the other's lead and crouched down in the brush and watched Merpsichore sniff and search about, unlike Melline Far couldn't put her senses out in this place; too much risk of letting the other out if she did. A quick glance sideways and she noted her the expression on the other hunter's face, then she looked down to where Merpsichore should have been and saw just the leash. Behind her she could hear Bella call out to the others, and watched as the woman suddenly had a cross bow. Suddenly beside her was Žez, with that...hisper. Far forced herself to suppress a shiver and trained her eyes back on Bella and Merpsichore, then brought up one of the guns and trained it in the same area Bella was.

Slightly taken aback at the hisper's words, but she didn't have that long to think about what had been said. Quickly she ducked into the shadows just up the path from Far and the others, then quickly made her way down to Far's place. "Think maybe we should get closer?" She whispered to Far, though she knew Melline heard her too, not that it mattered much. She too had brought out a weapon, a shotgun, but it was kept in a ready stance at her side.
