Being proud of myself that I had made Klaus listen even if it wasn't in a good way. "Yep, be right there." As I prepared my bow to aim at the snake and then aimed. Not knowing if I hit him or not, I jumped into the portal following Klaus. Finding that I was in a werid and unfamilar place. Rather noisy and crowded. What the hell was this place? Lots of huts and what were those things moving?! This was definitely not the woods or forest.. There weren't as many trees..

I wasn't expecting such a dramatic change, but it seemed that the portal landed us right in the middle of a city. Well hey, at least it would give me a chance to change. My clothing was still bloody from the fight, and although I was now fully healed again, I'd rather not walk around in blood. I didn't look back, but I just figured Piper was behind me. So I decided to go into a clothing hut I saw not far away. They had some things that weren't my taste, but I found a few items I liked after trying them on.

Since I didn't know my way around this place, I followed Klaus. "What is this place?" I asked. "It's so crowded..I don't like it..." As I waited for Klaus' answer. I decided to sit down and wait while he tried on some clothing items.

"This is nothing." I answered, knowing what lied ahead. "This is just a small village. Wait till you see the city." I finished trying on the closes then walked over to the leaf, "Aren't you going to try something else on? It doesn't hurt to have extra clothing. That could get dirty or torn. You'll need something else to wear in the meantime." I explained to Piper. We were no longer in the woods. Out here there were rules, expectations.

Satisfied with what I was already wearing, I did however get my hair trimmed and done. Happy with the results I wondered what else would be in store for us in this village? Although, a village sounded like it would be smaller... this was not small. "So where to now?" I asked Klaus in confusion, not wanting to loose sight of him. After all he knew this area, I had just discovered it...

"Let's move onto the next town I guess. But stay in human form. Out here you don't want anyone to know what you are. Otherwise some people will try to take advantage." I mentioned to Piper. Although I didn't know exactly what village we were in, I did know that the road usually leads to another town. Plus a bunch of other people were heading that way too.

As I suspected however, when we were almost at the next town we were stopped by a group of men.
They were laughing at us as they approached, "Hey, losers! Give us everything you have!" The one pitch-black skinned man demanded. There was another man that looked almost identical. Perhaps his twin. Then there was the final man, who seemed to be in charge. This man had orange hair and what appeared to be a damned soul following him. 'He must be a puppet master' I thought to myself.

"Did you not hear us?" The second twin questioned as he patted his bat in his hand.
"I heard you, then chose not to listen." I responded. "Let us past and go threaten someone else."
The group began to laugh with one another. "You have got to be kidding me! Damn, you have some balls on you." The orange haired man stated. "Do you really think you can take on the likes of us?"
I looked up to the sky and saw the moon beginning to rise. It's light spread across the vast plain. "Actually ya. Piper, stay out of this one." I mentioned after, finally acknowledging that I still had the little leaf girl with me.  "As you wish." The leader said. "Let's play." I responded happily.

The puppet master begun summoning the damned souls as the two goons approached. They swung their bat's at me like their life depended on it. Funny thing is- it did! I easily dodged the slow moving metal and returned some blows with my fist. By the time I finished off the two goons, the leader had finished his summoning spell. There were demon-like beings coming from all directions. They moved like floating phantoms and they attacked with bladed claws, but it was impossible to hit them back! To touch them was like trying to catch mist. But from a puppet master, I expected no less. Now it was my turn to have some real fun. My wings formed in my back, piercing through my skin as they unraveled. I spread them as if I didn't use them in ages. With one sudden sweep of my wings I brought darkness to this land! The moon faded over to a blood red, as crows began flying out of the darkness. Ah, it was beautiful to see a glimpse of home again. My raven's and crow's attacked the damned souls like they were dinner. Black masses of feather could be seen whipping around the blood tinted darkness as victory came into grasp. I shifted into my true form to finish off the puppet master with my own talons and beak. Ah the taste of blood has never been so good.

"Okay.." I said with disbelief, I wasn't liking this treatment, yea I am small. But never underestimate a person who had to do on their own since they were very little. I made sure to leave my face expressionless, for all I knew he didn't mean things like that in that type of manner that offended me. He doesn't want any help, then fine, I'll watch the show. But then I changed my mind and kept walking forward as he distracted them. I will shoot him with my arrow when he catches up I thought.

The torn body's laid gruesomely spread across the blood soaked dirt. "Did not know who they were fucking with."  I mused as I pulled out match box from my pocket. 'And even now, I can still reduce you to ashes' I thought as I tossed the lit match onto the corpses. No one is going to shed tear for those useless fools. The fire caught well from the dry warm air. It was morbidly pleasurable to watch the bodies burn. It was like a bonfire on a hot summers night.

Finally I decided to walk away. I saw Piper already heading up the road. I steadily walked quick to catch up.

Quickly turning around, I aimed my bow at Klaus. "I'm sick of this shit! You think because I am a small girl, you can fuck with me?" I shouted at Klaus, ready to shoot him in the eye, then realizing I may need to upgrade to a gun.. "For peet sakes" I came forward to Klaus and pushed him, then turned back the way I was walking. "Next store I am getting a gun." I mused, surprised by my knew eagerness. "Fucking bastard.." I whispered. "What do you take me for... seriously.." I continued, then walked even faster.

"If you are going to shoot me, then shoot me! Don't just stand there talking about it." I replied with a devilish smirk on my face. I knew that would piss off the girl, but I didn't care. After all I had a sister who I managed to deal with for hundreds of years. The leaf couldn't take me, not in her wildest dreams. I'm a survivor. That's what I have always been and will continue to be. So what if I wanted to kill a few people without her help. I don't even know if she'd have the stomach for it. The smell of melting flesh and burning bone. I've been killing for years, why stop now?

I swear I felt like choking the bird.. Fuck you.. I glared at Klaus. Then I quickly made it look like I wasn't going to, right then and there, I quickly turned around and shot his eye. I was so hoping he didn't jump away in time. It's all fine and dandy if he wanted to fight all by himself, but don't underestimate me, I thought! "I know your immortal, but I hope it stings for a few seconds!" I yelled at Klaus.

I reacted just in time to prevent the arrow from hitting my eye. Instead it pierced across me cheek bone and tore a gash into my left ear. I laughed a little, perhaps the girl did have a bit of balls after all. I took the arrow and whipped it back at her, aiming mostly for the shoulder. Better be prepared to get back what you dish out. I saw blood shoot out as the arrow hit her. Maybe it was a bit of a cheep shot from behind, but who cares. I loved messing with her. After all it was her choice to tag along with me.

I knew what was about to happen before he thought he could get a shot in, I caught the arrow with my hand. It hurt like a bitch and bled but what was a little blood? A little blood never hurt anyone. I glared at him, then rolled my eyes. Who did this guy think he was? Then a thought came to my mind.. "Were those guys after you?" I asked, going silent.

I stopped momentarily, surprised the girl realized that I was running from something. "Them? No. But I'm sure it won't be long till he catches up." I didn't mean to say the last part out loud, but it came out before I had a chance to stop myself. The last thing I needed was the leaf to question me for the rest of the journey. But now it seemed almost guaranteed. Shit, why did I have to open my mouth?

I gave a cute smirk, knowing he probably said something that he was wanting to keep to himself. Hmm.. so running from someone. That didn't sound fun. Then I frowned, "I was abandoned.." I said dismissing what he revealed. We continued walking, finally we saw a sign, but it was still to far to read.
