Naomi sighed as the Kuni skipped away. She was never going to get the other eggs. She paddled slowly towards 25 but she knew she'd not get it.

((Alright, so RE2 has informed me that I had obtained egg #14 in my previous post... So I'll just continue from here? XD))

Yumiko grabbed the egg floating in the water with her mouth and set it in between her wingblades. "Wow! I can actually see the bottom!" she laughed, shifting her weight in the water as an egg began to wobble on her back. "I'd better snatch another egg while I can," she murmured, blinking at the lack of eggs in the water. "I'll go for egg #21 next."

Vell turned around and started swimming the direction of the shore. He wondered how well Elda was faring. It seemed that most of the eggs had gone. Man, people were fast. But there were still a few floating about, and he hoped he could reach one in time. Vell started in the direction of egg 19. Perhaps he could get it before someone else did.

Yumiko pivoted around in the water to look behind her, only to see nothing but water. "What? Egg 21 is supposed to be around her somewhere..." she muttered, looking around. Suddenly, a bit of coral scraped her paw. Grinning as an idea struck her, Yumiko ducked her head under the water to see loads of colorful fish swimming through a forest of coral. A pastel blue egg was wedged between two pieces, and she carefully slid it out with her mouth. Giving a nod to the fish, she thrust her head out of the water and placed the egg on her back. "Almost time to wrap this up..." she said, looking around once more. "I'll go after egg #24 next!"

Pup shook her head, slightly dazed as a wave pushed her over from swimming too close to the surface. Normally she didn't tire very easily - after all, she was a fish - but the drag of the stick was starting to confuse her. She ended up swimming towards egg #26.

Yumiko glanced behind her in the general direction of egg 24. She could barely see a pastel red-colored egg floating on top of the water. "There you are," she said, grinning as she paddled toward it. Yumiko held her ears forward slightly to keep the sun out of her eyes.

As Pup swam, she felt a lot of vibrations from up ahead. Was she getting close to those fish again? She hadn't noticed any more eggs last time she was around there, but that didn't mean there weren't any.

As she approached the pastel red egg, Yumiko was surprised to see it bob away from her a few inches. Paddling a bit faster, the distance between her and the egg closed once again. That is, until it bobbed away about a foot. Yumiko's face showed a puzzled expression. Suddenly, she saw a swarm of colorful fish swimming around the round object. "Stupid fish," she muttered, dashing forward through the water. She grabbed the egg just in time; the fish darted in all directions, confused as to where their toy had gone. "Sorry little guys," she said as she placed the egg between her wingblades. "But I need this more than you do." The Lucain squinted ahead against the sunlight. "There's only one egg left, it looks like..." she murmured. "I'll grab egg #25 next."

Naomi sighed. She'd never make it. She was easily distracted by a fish, which she grabbed. She stuffed it in a refrigdorated pouch. It'd make a good meal.

Sukuza continued swimming along peacefully. She stopped for a second, she swore she could hear something behind her. She shrugged and continued onward.

"Must of been my imagination." Sukuza said to herself.

Pup was once again greeted b the onslaught of the fish school. They swarmed in closer this time, not as wary as when they'd first met her and extremely curious as to why she came back. Soon they surrounded her so much she could hardly swim. How was she supposed to find an egg with this? Struggling upwards, she popped her head out of the water to see if she could spot an egg that way. There was one! It was bobbing only a few yards away, but she still had half of the school surrounding her, and there were even more fish surrounding that float then their had been at the other one. How to get to it?

Yumiko looked off to the side to see a bright blue egg bobbing on top of the water. "That must be egg 25," she said, grinning as she swam toward it. Immediately she snatched it up and put it in between her wingblades. She had to press it in to make it stay; her wingblades were becoming quite full. There were almost no eggs left. "I suppose I'll try to find egg #19," she said.

The Kuni was momentarily distracted as a little fish started tugging on her stick, trying to take it away. Pup tugged back, releasing a soft squeak of disapproval. Suddenly the school fanned away from her, startled. This was a good opportunity! Pup quickly zoomed between the fish before they could crowd her again, and leaped out of the water. She slapped the float with her tail, and the egg plopped into the water. Neatly spearing the egg among the others with a quick crack, she swam off in hopes that there were other eggs left to obtain.

Yumiko darted off in the direction of egg 19, her tails spinning like a propeller. "Time for some last-minute points," she said, eyes shining. The black Lucain flattened her ears as water sprayed out on both sides. The wake she left was white and foamy, and quite thankfully left a trail for her to follow back. "Though it's virtually impossible to get lost out here," she said, glancing around. Nothing but blue ocean stretched out for miles.

She had to quickly dart away as the float suddenly became airborne, violently tossing back and forth as the overjoyed fish swarmed around the spot, each fighting to get a chance at the now marvelously lighter plaything. If Kunis could chuckle, Pup would have. Cheerful and upbeat, she swam away, wondering if there might be an egg left.
