Re: The Mini Adventures of Maurice and Hellen

Climbing onto the other strange camel Maurice pulled his backpack off and searched through it until he found the case file. The camels started to walk off slowly towards the entrance to the jungle. Looking over the papers he acquired the information that in the area a lot of new species could be found. The lab that they had just left was designed just for studying these creatures. Since it was a remote area there was only a small team of six that worked there. The person in charge was a doctor by the name of Robert Sunington, he was the scientist that put up the bounty. There wasn't much in the file, it was really quite vague, and the creature hadn't even been named yet. It was supposedly still in the early stages of being studied. There was only a short description of what it looked like. It was the size of a medium sized dog, it walked on its hind legs and had support by its tail that looked similar to a kangaroo's. It had shaggy brown hair that had been matted up by an unidentified substance. It had pale yellow eyes and long protruding canine teeth. It was extremely lively and strong enough to break through the carrying and holding cages that it was put in. The description was jotted down the day that they had found it, except nothing else was underneath it. Sadly they failed to write down if this thing had a sweet tooth for eating people or not.

Looking up from the paper he noticed that they were entering a deeper part of the jungle. The trees were getting thicker and less sun could be seen seeping in through in between the leaves and branches. "Hellen, how do we know that this is the right way? What if we get lost and die... or worse... run out of food," Maurice shuddered at the thought.
