Heart fluttering in her chest, Freylan waited for Clivius to put his jacket back on, her fingers clasping on the back of the table. She smiled, a little nervous, but overwhelmingly happy. They were going to go to the library together! Freylan couldn't think of a better place to be, or with a better person to be with... Flushing at her own thoughts, Freylan glanced back at Clivius, then down at her pale-knuckled hands.

"U-um, do you have the books?" She piped up suddenly, speaking as soon as the question struck her. Blinking fast, Freylan looked up at Clivius, one hand fluttering by her side as she tried to put her thoughts into words. "The--the, um, the books...  Y-you said that you have overdue books? Do you, um... have those books..." Freylan trailed off, cringing at herself, her face averted so that Clivius wouldn't see the embarrassed flush on her face.
