Often called the claw of Barakka, much of Iiy'lagon is covered in dense rain forests. If you can make it to the heart of the region, easiest to reach from the southern coast, you'll find the quaint town of Nabias and the vast Sekudui farmlands. Scientists from around the world often trek the risky northern waters and rocky shores to visit the islands at the tip of the region and study the great diversity there.

The smaller of Evelon's two most prominent western continents, Barakka is characterized by its plethora of snaking rivers and the belt of rain forests that divide the northern and southern regions. The more habitable lands tend to be to the north of the forests, with much of the south covered in swamps created by the high amount of rainfall. Most come to Barakka to enjoy the peaceful north, often seeking the beaches or a vacation to see the stunning waterfalls.

Still, there are sadly a large number of people that come for the exotic flora and fauna; illegal poachers make a wealthy living to the south, profiting through a hidden black market. Besides this, Barakka's main legal exports are rubber, fruits, spices, and fish among many other exotic goods.

You can find more information on many notable locations in the western region of Iiy'lagon here.

Sa'fir Coast - In contrast to the Dead Coast, Sa'fir Coast is jokingly referred to as the world's largest pepper deposit because of its black sand beaches. It's said that these black beaches were created during Barakka's younger years while volcanoes were still forming the continent. As lava came in contact with the water, it would cool rapidly and shatter into sand. The beaches attract tourists, who can enjoy the tropical landscape of Barakka without facing its harsh environments without realizing the volcanic history of this area.

Sekudui Farmlands - A wide open space in contrast to the dense Tengel jungle, the Sekudui Farmlands are open to all farmers and ranchers! There is much space available and plenty of resources to help raise some fine Tuskow or Roosken. Fresh water from the river in the west provides great opportunity for irrigation of crops, with farmers closer to the river sustained by paddy fields. Farmers often travel to the town of Nabias to sell their goods with no desire to try to take their goods through the jungles to the east or west.

Town of Nabias - A rather quiet and resolute town located on the lower horn of the continent, Nabias makes for a great place to gather up supplies before heading out into the wilder, more dangerous areas of the jungles. Barakka's main hospital is located here as well, a rare beacon of hope if you're ever attacked out in the forest and make it back in time. Most farmers and ranchers come to Nabias to sell their goods, most of which are exported to other continents. With such a fresh supply of ingredients though, this small town is well known for a wide variety of restaurants all with their own specialties. Some of the most well known are actually fruit smoothies and various ice creams made out of fruits grown along the edges of the jungles.
