Often called the claw of Barakka, much of Iiy'lagon is covered in dense rain forests. If you can make it to the heart of the region, easiest to reach from the southern coast, you'll find the quaint town of Nabias and the vast Sekudui farmlands. Scientists from around the world often trek the risky northern waters and rocky shores to visit the islands at the tip of the region and study the great diversity there.

Phantom seemed a little bit happier now that the other two pets were out of his view. He heard a small hiss from the Hollowheart, but decided to ignore it. He was pretty sure that the Hollowheart wasn't a threat to him. The Dreamsnare Garudor stretched his large wings anxiously. If Sky tried to make him stay there any longer, he would just ignore her and take off instead.

The girl noticed Phantom's reactions, but didn't worry about it. If the garudor did decide to take off, she could just follow him and catch him again. Bored, Sky decided to speak to the others. She asked, "So are you guys training new pets?" She hadn't followed most of the conversation, so she just asked the first question that had come to her head.

Ebony gave a quick nod at Clack's words, and took out a treat, one of several in her pocket. Sit. I have food. She thought the words, this time, instead of saying them. Quickly, Perun obeyed, then ran up and snatched the food from her hands, almost biting her fingers. She'd work on that later, she supposed. Meanwhile, she noticed the Dreamsnare Hollowheart landing again- luckily, the pet's attention wasn't on Perun, and her own Voltage Sahound payed no attention to the reptile, either. Hearing the hiss, though, the canine flinched visibly, obviously not realizing it wasn't directed at him, before focusing back on the people around him. It seemed he wasn't capable of fearing anger or fear for long, instead switching his focus in the happy things in life, like human interaction.

Hearing the other girl's words, Ebony nodded. "Yep, I'm training a completely new pet here. First one I ever got, actually- I'm new to all this." She commented. Indeed, the two others here were probably more used to all this training, not completely new to it like she was. Not that it mattered, of course- so far, teaching Perun hadn't been too hard, and he already listened... if food was involved, of course, though pretty much never otherwise. Still, it was progress, and that was important. Maybe, once the pair of owner and pet got to know each other better, he'd be a bit more likely to obey commands without the reward of food dangling in front of his face.

Clack watched as Perun obeyed Ebony. The way to a pets heart is through it's stomach. That was a good saying, for it worked most of the time. She listened as the other girls talked."Well, Idyli isn't a completely new pet, she is mostly trained, except for a few obedience issues, I'm mostly just here to socialize her. I don't want another incident she had, she got so mad that one of the kits had wandered into her pen and she almost cut off his paw." She tried to give Idyli a glare, but the hollo9wheart turned away before their eyes could meet. Idyli knew that her owner was the boss, though she dearly regretted giving in to Clack's power.

She watched as one girl made her Sahound sit by offering it food. I wish Phantom would give in that easily... She grumbled to herself, glancing over at the large bird. Right now, he seemed to be minding his own business and didn't pay any attention to his owner or the others.

"Yeah, Phantom's my new pet, too," Sky said in response. "I just started training him..." She listened to the other girl speak and replied, "Yeah, I'm having a few problems with Phantom." She rolled her eyes, then continued, "He tends to take off a lot. Plus, he's not too friendly, either. He almost picked a fight with a Hydrolisk..." Sighing, the girl introduced herself, saying, "Oh, I'm Sky, by the way."

Hearing Clack's comment, Ebony nodded, until she got to the part about the injured kit. There, she winced- poor little creature, having to face a full-grown Hollowheart at such a young age. Luckily, the encounter had apparently ended without serious injury, so it wasn't that bad. Still, she made a mental note to be a bit more cautious around Idyli, just in case. After all, she didn't know the severity of those obedience issues. They could be minor, or severe, and finding out the hard way was not on her agenda. Luckily, Perun seemed to be staying away from the other pet on his own, so that wasn't apparently going to be an issue- she wouldn't need to tell him to avoid the Hollowheart, and risk a disobedience that could end in some bad wounds.

"Luckily, besides his... over-friendliness, Perun doesn't seem to have any problems, besides a slight disobedience at times. I can't really say the same for some of my other pets, though, unfortunately, which is why I'm letting him out first, and not them." She commented. Indeed, some of her pets would certainly not do well at all in a crowded place like this, until they got much more training. Perun, however... once she got him to calm down and restrain from running up to random people and pets, he'd do pretty well- hopefully, that bit of training wouldn't take too long. Already, he at least listened with the promise of food, which was a sign that he might start actually obeying a good amount of his commands, sometime in the near future.

Idyli eyed the dreamsnare garudor. She attacked almost any pet that ignored her, or doesn't seem afraid of her. She clinked her claws with impatience. This garudor is really getting on her nerves. She tries to talk to it in thought speech,"Why do you ignore me, are you really looking for a fight?"She tried to sound mocking and less threatening, but a bit of threaten slipped in. She made a mocking smile and hoped that the garudor would be so annoyed that it would make the first move. Clack gave an annoyed sigh. Idyli could annoy almost anyone, and she usually tries. She only stays away from battlehearts, because, well, they're bigger than her. She had tried to pick a fight with one, and ended up with a small flesh wound. Thankfully, the battleheart gave mercy.

Phantom was a little bit surprised that the Hollowheart was trying to talk to him, though he quickly hid his surprise. The Garudor took a few moments before replying, "Why do you think I'm ignoring you? You're annoying me..." He noticed the threatening tone of her voice, though it didn't make him feel threatened. All it did was make him even more annoyed. Sky could tell that Phantom was starting to get irritated, as he almost looked as if he were going to take off into flight. She sighed, hoping that a fight wouldn't break out between the two pets. I hope he doesn't decide to attack... She thought to herself.

Ebony watched the two Dreamsnare pets nervously- the pair were staring at each other, and she was worried a fight might break out. Idyli seemed to be up to something in particular, and the human slowly took a step back from the two creatures, not wanting to be caught in any fight that might occur. Back off, and I'll give you food. She attempted to communicate to Perun through his thought-speech, taking a treat from her pocket as she did so. Slowly, the Voltage Sahound turned his head, and, noticing the food, took a few steps back from the scene, snapping up the treat as he joined his owner. Finally, the human managed to speak a few words, her eyes glancing at the irritated Garudor and Hollowheart. "Errr... I don't really want to make this worse, maybe I should be going now." She commented, her voice a bit worried as to what might occur in front of her. Perhaps it would be better if she simply walked off and left the two others on their own to deal with their pets.

Idyli took a small step towards the garudor. She opened her wings slightly, not in any means of attack, just a way to make herself look bigger. She wanted a fight to test the garudor, to see if he is actually brave, or just a fool. She made a mocking face."That's exactly my goal." She hissed and shot her reptilian tongue out. She knew all the tricks to start a fight, without actually starting it. If a fight really did break out, Clack would have no way to stop it. Even if the garudor surrendered, Idyli would just keep attacking. She only stops if it's her that surrenders.

Ebony watched, her concern growing as the Hollowheart stepped towards the Garudor, apparently trying to intimidate it. This wasn't going to turn out good, unless something miraculous occured. Two species of creature very capable of being violent in a fight, something she didn't want to witness. Plus, other humans and animals who got too close might also be facing a risk of getting caught in the attacks- it wasn't worth it. She had to get out of here, and now, before the actual fighting began and the danger level escalated once more. "Sorry, I think I'll go, nice meeting you two." She said quickly to Sky and Clack, then began walking away. I'll give you food if you follow me. She added for Perun, holding another treat, and he quickly went after her, the only thing on his mind a desire for the food, not apparently realizing the danger he was in. Then, quickly, Ebony walked off into a different area of Barakka, glad to have escaped the chaos of a fight.

"Well, good for you," Phantom replied back, not at all intimated by the Hollowheart. "Goal accomplished... Now could you go away and leave me alone? My trainer would be mad at me if this actually turned out to be a fight." He glared at her, almost daring the hollowheart to come closer. He would wait until she made the first move. If she attacked first, then Sky wouldn't be mad at him for defending himself. However, if he was the one who started the fight, his trainer would be angry at him for attacking first.

Sky watched both of the pets nervously. This was much more than just scaring off the Sahound. "...Bye," She muttered to Ebony, who was leaving. The girl turned her attention back to her Garudor, then glanced over at the Hollowheart.

Idyli cocked her head to the side, her mouth still in a mocking smile."No chance bird." She took another step closer. Annoying people until they explode is fun. This garudor isn't intimidated yet, but he will be, she will make sure of that. Idyli would not listen to Clack now, not at all. When she wants a fight, she will get one. Clack had been thinking about putting a shock collar on Idyli, but she had never had to do that before. The shock from the collar wouldn't hurt Idyli, just make her feel uncomfortable, but that probably wouldn't even stop Idyli at this stage. She'd just have to hope for the best. Clack tried to stay calm, for if she got nervous Idyli would get even more enjoyment out of the fight, and that would make her get into another, and another, and another...Once Idyli realises nothing good comes from fighting, she'll calm down, but that will probably take awhile.

He tensed as the Hollowheart took a step closer, but kept his talons planted firmly on the ground. His eyes narrowed, and the bird continued to glare at the Hollowheart. "Stop trying to act all tough. You're not actually going to scare me," He responded coldly. "Now why don't you back off before you get hurt? I'm sure you wouldn't want to be embarrassed in front of your trainer like that." Phantom then mimicked her and opened his large wings slightly, appearing bigger. As he waited to see what would happen, he tried to keep his temper down. He definitely wouldn't be the first to strike. Meanwhile, Sky was still watching, though she was hardly paying attention to what was going on. She was busy thinking of what to do, Aw, man, I need to find a way to keep this from happening...

Idyli laughed in her mind, a wicked laugh that could send a chill down anyone's spine."Look whose talking." She lashed her tail out wickedly. Sometimes Clack can think that Idyli has gone insane. How many fights had this garudor gotten into recently? Idyli had experience and skill. They would make good opponents, and Idyli always had the upper hand. No one knows if it is trickery, or just pure skill, but somehow she always does. Clack just leans up against the railing. if this stand-off goes on for too long then Idyli will back off, have gotten bored with the enemy. She will always try to make the opponent attack first, but sometimes it doesn't work out. It's strange, but Idyli's mind works in a defensive mode when in a fight. She rarely thinks up strategies of offence. Her plans of defence are usually much more strategic.

"All you do is talk. Are you actually too scared to attack me?" Phantom sneered as he spoke. He smiled mockingly at the Hollowheart. The Dreamsnare pet then studied the Hollowheart carefully. He didn't actually believe that the Hollowheart wanted a fight. After all, if she did want a fight, she would have made a move by now. All she was doing was wasting his time. He rolled his eyes at her. "Even that Sahound was braver than you..."
