Morwena had been very much ready to fry the Battleheart into oblivion as soon as he came into view since she had recently had some bad experiences with its kind, but when Robinson actually spoke and sounded very polite, she honestly couldn't help but stare. After all, his appearance and manners didn't seem to go naturally well together. Feeling her Dear's sharp glance at her, she let her fireball disappear, but remained wary. "Why, hello there, deary! Sorry to disturb you, we really didn't mean to!"

"Indeed." Bentner was surprised as well, but since he had seen a Battleheart talk before, he recovered quickly and he didn't know enough about colorations to notice the odd look of this one. "I am pleased to meet you as well. My name is Bentner Eilenberg and this is Morwena Ildenrawk." He left it to Irisviel and Saber to introduce themselves; after all, maybe they wanted to insist on certain titles, given their heritage.

"We're here looking for eggs!" Morwena supplied, poiting to Irisviel's basket. "It's some event thing that is going on. You might get more visitors because of that, really."

Robinson looked slightly embarrassed, as if being caught unaware and unprepared for guests was a serious faux pas. “Oh no, no! You didn’t disturb me at all! I was, actually, just about to go out for a bit of food. But I believe you are all much more important than that.” He didn’t specify what type of food he would be after, which made Saber’s eyes narrow slightly. Was he planning on being polite to them to lull them into a false sense of security and then eating them when they were unaware? But Irisviel squealed happily behind her, and stepped away from Saber’s side, waving up at the gigantic beast as he lowered his head to their level, to be more polite.

“You’re so lovely! Very unique!” the white-haired woman cried. “And so polite! I’m Irisviel and this is my guardian, Saber!” She indicated the blonde behind her, who’s sword disappeared with a puff of smoke. “And yes, as Miss Morwena said, we are indeed looking for eggs. Have you seen any?” The Battleheart looked surprised, and indicated this with a flap of his ear-fins. “Eggs? I can honestly say I’ve never seen eggs around here, for more reasons than one.” He looked thoughtful for a moment, before smiling slightly. “Would you like any help? I know these rocks pretty well.”

Bentner watched the exchange (which didn't surprise him the least; Irisviel would probably take a murderer home if he smiled at her and told her the knife was just for show) and wondered what to do. The was little that was interesting to him when it came to the Battleheart and he doubted that there was anything interesting in this area at all, but then again, it also wasn't like Robinson was disturbing something interesting. "In my age, running around rocky ground isn't anything I particulary enjoy, so maybe a bit of help would indeed be welcome."

Morwena was still a bit wary, but if her Dear agreed, then so would she, of course. "The eggs are really bright, deary, but they will probably also look really small compared to your size. Maybe you simply haven't noticed them yet because of that. Though I wonder - what are the reasons why you haven't seen eggs around here yet. Isn't this an area with lots of Rooskens? Just asking because well, the last Battleheart I met kinda tried to bite me in half~"

Bentner sighed. Morwena was direct as usual, though clearing up the matter of what Robinson ate was probably a good thing.

“Ah, that could very well be the cause,” Robinson agreed at Morwena's reasoning. He was, after all, unusually large, larger even than his Battleheart cousins, who's species was not as old as the Sauria line. So perhaps he'd seen the eggs, but written them off as some sort of shiny rock or something of the like when he'd spotted them. Turning to face the green clad woman, he gave her a very reptilian smile, looking vaguely amused. “There are indeed Rooskens around here. But you see, I don't venture down into the lowlands too often. That's where the humans live, and most of them would get rather nervous with me wandering around their livestock. Of course, if they ever bothered to ask, they would know that I am actually vegetarian, but you know the old saying about judging a book by it's cover.” He shrugged, a gesture which seemed odd on such a strange beast.

“You know, I vaguely remember hearing about a green clad woman with magical powers from my mate the last time she was here. She was about as happy about the meeting as you were. This...Battleheart you met...was she brown and blue in color?” Irisviel looked to Morwena, surprised that there was even a remote possibility that she knew the mate of this rare creature. What were the odds of that? One out of a thousand? She turned to ask Saber if she realized how weird this was, but found that the woman was looking for eggs, mechanically and methodically picking them up, dusting them off, and placing them in the hideously colored basket. Well...she certainly was efficient.

Bentner relaxed some more when Robinson mentioned that he was a vegetarian - if it was true was yet to be proven, but since the Battleheart really didn't seem malicious, Bentner felt inclined to believe him. However, when Robinson mentioned his mate and Bentner saw Morwena gaping at the creature, he just knew that things would probably go bad. He had been at the tournament, after all. Hopefully, this was a misunderstanding, for everyone's sake.

"What?!" Morwena stared at Robinson, forgetting everything else. "Wait...wait...wait." She tried to remain calm. "Yes, that Battleheart was indeed brown and blue. And she had some horrible accent. But she was incredibly rude and called me a 'furry thing' and said I was having wrinkles! And she called my Dear old!" She gestured towards Bentner. "Does my Dear look old to you, huh?!" She shook her head. "You seem like such a well-mannered guy, I really doubt that Battleheart is your mate!"

Robinson seemed more amused than offended by anything Morwena said. “Ah, then you did meet Yelizaveta. She is indeed my mate, but we don't often get to see one another, unfortunately. I am unable to stand extreme climates, and must remain in a moderate one at all times. Yelizaveta is the 'extreme one' however, but she must remain in hot or cold and can only live in warm for a short amount of time. But we are all we have, for we are unique among our kind for our colors...” He looked thoughtful as he leaned down to Morwena's level. “I know Yelizaveta can be...grating. She was raised in a more...wild manner than myself. I have known of humans and lived near them my entire life, while she has only just discovered their speech and mannerisms. She remains a wild creature, and is quite carnivorous. I remember her bemoaning the rules about eating her opponents in the tournament.”

Yes, he remembered that. She'd been so sure it would be an 'easy meal' until he reminded her that eating one's opponent was frowned upon. “She is learning though. Her speech is improving drastically and I am working on her manners.” His gaze flickered to Bentner; the man was an older specimen of his species, and Robinson had seen enough to know what 'old' was, but he felt it best not to point that out. “He looks perfectly fine to me,” he agreed. “I do apologize for my mate's behavior. The next time I see her, I'll make sure to reprimand her for her bad manners.”

Well, if they weren't seeing each other often, that probably explained how Robinson could stand his mate. "So you didn't even have a choice?" Morwena felt sorry for Robinson, being stuck with Yelizaveta just because they were unique. "I feel for you, really. Though I wonder if you can really teach her manners if you don't see her that often. I'd quite declare her a lost cause."

Morwena's mood improved at once when Robinson indeed seems to reach the (of course totally correct) conclusion that her Dear wasn't old. "It's not your fault that your mate was so mean, so no need to apologize", she therefore declared benevolently. "And I smacked her around pretty well, after all. I bet she was upset afterwards." That had made Morwena feel quite a bit better. She had won all her battles in the tournament, but no victory had felt better than the one over the Battleheart.

"If I may ask, where do you meet with your mate?" Bentner asked. "I have seen the battle between Morwena and your mate and they clashed quite a bit." He glanced at Morwena. "Morwena here gets riled up rather easily sometimes and if your mate were to visit you while we are here, things might turn out badly."

"Eee! So sorry for potentially causing problems, Dear!" Morwena quickly bowed. "I'll behave! Surely, even if she would appear here, she would recognize her mistake once she sees how amazing and wonderful you are and apologize and I might be willing to forgive her then!"

Bentner gave Morwena a blank look before looking back at Robinson. "I rest my case", he simply told the Battleheart. Morwena was such a bother, really.

“Oh, we did,” Robinson assured. “I found her quite rude when we first met. She did try to kill me, after all. But such is common among Battlehearts who are ignorant of human speech; they lack reason and intellect enough not to blindly attack everything they deem a threat. Once I'd calmed her down during the initial meeting, I did begin to find her interesting. And we do truly love one another. As they say, the heart wants what the heart wants and you can’t always choose who you love.” Robinson chuckled, the sound like the rumbling of thunder. It even made Saber and Irisviel pause in their egg gathering. Saber shot her mistress a look that clearly read 'We are here because of you; I blame you for all of this,' which Irisviel simply shrugged off with a happy smile as she plopped a particularly garish egg into the basket. “You are certainly a feisty one,” Robinson commented. “Your bravery in facing her is very commendable, my dear.”

His gaze swung to Bentner, and he blinked his large eyes once. “We usually meet here, since the climate is temperate enough for me, and fair enough for Yelizaveta to remain for a few weeks. She's due back here very soon. If she does arrive while you are here, I'll be certain to let her know not to cause problems. She's usually somewhat nicer out of battle...I wouldn't count on an apology; she's far too proud. But she will act with courtesy and decorum that would do anyone proud. I promise. So-” He glanced around at the group. “What exactly is your relationship to one another? You are certainly an odd group, if you don't mind me saying.” Irisviel giggled from her place near a large rock formation jutting out of the ground, poking her head over the boulder. “Oh, well, it's a bit complicated.” She still wasn’t quite sure what to call Saber. “Um...Saber is my..uh...guardian! And Miss Morwena and Mr. Bentner are our friends!” She heard Saber mutter something like 'That's a stretch,' but ignored her. The relationship between Morwena and Bentner, however, was a bit odder, so Irisviel decided she'd let Morwena explain that one.

"Well, that's true." Morwena nodded; after all, she knew very much from her own experiences how quickly love came, even if she was a special case. "And she did say during the fight that you are a very good mate", she remembered. It almost suprised Morwena that this seemingly was really true; she hadn't thought that Yelizaveta's mate would really be someone she would deem nice. She winked at the Battleheart. "I've faced worse opponents than your mate", she insisted. "Though I must admit that few ever insulted me like that. She was pretty resistant to my magic, though - far more than the rest of the tournament opponents. The fight dragged on quite a bit, which was aggravating."

Bentner nodded. He somewhat had his doubts that Yelizaveta would act with decorum for long with Morwena around, though. "Very well. I will make sure then that Morwena will behave as well." He gave Morwena a sharp look.

"Of course I will, Dear!" Morwena insisted quickly. Well, as long as the Battleheart would behave, she probably could, too. Probably. She then glanced at Irisviel, though, especially after she heard Saber mutter and clearly attributed it to the wrong thing. "Aw, deary, now you upset your girlfriend! You should be proud to admit you're lovers!" She beamed at Robinson. "My Dear here is my Chosen One! Which is somewhat like a mate. We're not equal - he's far more amazing and better than I could ever be - but I love him with all my heart! I am not fully human but have a bit of blood from a race within me which mates for life with those fate picks for them. If my Dear would reject me, I would die - but that's totally fine, because as long as my Dear is happy, so am I! My Dear thinks that the fact that I only have a bit of that blood made my genes all crazy, which makes me put his happiness so far above mine and my Dear is always right, so it has to be like that. I don't ever want to have an equal relationship with my Dear, he is too wonderful for that! I just want him to own me forever! Being owned by my Dear is amazing because he's so awesome and I'm so honored!"

Bentner sighed. Morwena, of course, had started to babble and was now beaming like the sun. The woman was so embarrassing sometimes, really.

Robinson smiled indulgently, nodding sagely as the woman agreed. “Yes, I imagine she was a bit difficult to take down. Our armor is made to withstand such attacks, although magic is a bit of a new one to me. I've never fought anyone with real magic, although I do know of a witch who lives nearby in one of the swamps...She uses magic for everyday, mundane things, but I do not know if she fights with it.”

For the most part, Irisviel's face turned a flattering shade of pink and she covered her cheeks with her hands, hearing Saber's choked mutterings behind her about 'people poking their noses where they shouldn't belong.' Irisviel knew she and Saber were lovers, but to hear it stated so openly was a bit embarrassing. She was still getting used to the idea herself. “Um, well...yes,” she manged after a few moments of silence, listening to Morwena ramble on about Bentner. Shock forgotten, she smiled happily, bouncing over the rocks and skipping up to Morwena. “See! That's so romantic! I feel the same about Saber,” the last part she whispered in Morwena's ear, not quite daring to say it aloud in case she made Saber choke on her own spit or something.

Robinson leaned back a little, looking amused, because his hearing was sharp enough to have caught every word. “That is very wonderful,” he agreed. “Finding someone to spend your life with is truly a special time, and I wish you all the happiness in your love.” He sounded very genuine, his voice quite warm. “You are some of the only humans I have met who are...normal, so to speak. Most of them would like nothing more than to be rid of me and sell my hide for profit. But that is neither here or now. I am curious; where in this good land do you hail from?”

Irisviel held up her hands. “Saber and I are from Aldrect. We've lived there for a very long time.”

"Well, I mainly focused on fire magic and if your mate lives in extreme climates, it's probably no wonder it was so difficult", Morwena figured. She filed the information about that witch away for later, but magic for mundane things was hardly uncommon, so it was probably nothing her Dear wanted to investigate more. Then she was suddenly distracted by Irisviel being next to her. She giggled when she heard what the other woman whispered to her. Morwena, however, decided that Saber should hear that quite a bit and was also happy that Irisviel agreed with her. "It's so rare that someone understands!" she therefore beamed. "Saber must be really happy that you almost feel like a part-Dracon, too!" She leaned towards Irisviel's ear. "Though being a part-Dracon also comes with being incredibly sensitive in bed when sleeping with your Chosen One. Practice that, will you? Your girlfriend needs to unwind a bit, really."

Bentner, not quite one for love and all related matters, simply nodded at Robinson. "Thank you", he stated and then gladly changed topics. "Morwena and I actually are not from this world but from another. We come here through a portal in Whisper Forest, but usually don't stay there. Oddly, we get changed into Felloxes as soon as we pass through the portal, but we are powerful enough to shapeshift back into our normal forms." He glanced at Irisviel, being surprised. He had thought that she and Saber came from a different world as well. But maybe they simply didn't want to talk about it openly - or maybe they had come to Evelon a long time ago?

“I think it's lovely,” Irisviel affirmed, nodding emphatically. “But, um...I'm not sure. I mean, we do love each other...” But it was still embarrassing to talk about such things aloud. Irisviel felt her cheeks heat up with a blush. Despite this though, she elbowed Morwena lightly, a smirk playing at the edges of her lips as she giggled. “I'll definitely work on that. She is a bit too uptight, isn't she?” She giggled again, and across the way Saber rolled her eyes affectionately; she had a pretty good idea of what they were talking about.

Robinson, for his part, looked surprised. “Felloxes, you say? I met two young Fellox females once; it was they who gave me my name. Their names were Rosy and Laksimi. Such lovely young ladies, so very polite and adorable. I recall that Laksimi was rather obsessed with...ducks.” Or 'duckies' as she'd called them, but Robinson felt that 'ducks' was a bit more dignified for someone of his stature. “They said they weren't from this world either, and there was one of them who had created a place for them to live here in Evelon. Perhaps you know them? They were as unique as the two of you...”

Morwena found it quite funny to make the other woman blush so much. "Oh, you definitely need to work on it! I'm sure I could give you some tips. Well, maybe - I have never slept with a woman, after all, but hey, you, as a woman yourself, should be able to figure out what Saber likes, given that you have the same 'equipment' and all. Or maybe you should just watch some porn together or something to see what she likes the most." Ah, corrupting people was lots of fun! Especially since Morwena knew fully well that Saber probably wasn't approving of such talking.

Bentner was glad that he could ignore the two bothersome females. "I indeed know the two Felloxes you mentioned, though mainly only by name. They indeed live in the place where the portal is, though their father is from a different world. The one who created the place and the portals, though, is indeed one we know a bit more. A strange coincidence, though, that you know these two and your mate also knows Morwena. Though I suppose these two you mentioned come around a lot since they are able to teleport." Their power was fascinating to Bentner, but Rosy would rat him and Morwena out to the Pandovian king for sure and Laksimi was just...obsessed with ducks. Bentner wasn't a children-person anyway, but the little Fellox was definitely one of the worst children ever. Not that the prince of Pandovia was any better with his bunny-obsession...

This was quite scandalous talk, Irisviel concluded, and something Saber would never approve of. She imagined that back in her day, Saber would've simply swung her sword and chopped a few heads to keep idle and scandalous gossip like this from surrounding her, but she couldn't exactly do that now. Irisviel found it quite fun, and as much as Morwena liked to make her blush, Irisviel liked to make Saber blush, because really, those instances were few and far between. And Morwena might not know it, btu she was giving her plenty of fun ideas. Despite her still burning cheeks, Irisviel's lips curved into an almost wicked smile. “Oh, most certainly. Sometimes it's fun to just mess with Saber, and I bet asking her to watch some porn with me would definitely crack that stoic mask she wears. She's more uptight in public, but she can still be kind of boring in private. She needs to learn to live a little!”

Robinson was quite easily hiding his smile at the talk of the two females, casting a glance at the blonde who was still looking for eggs near his den. He could see one of her blue eyes twitching in exasperation, and found it rather endearing. Turning back to Bentner, he looked intrigued. “Really? They didn't tell me all that much about them, or about the one who created the portals. I would like to know more about such a powerful being; he or she sounds rather interesting.” He sighed almost sadly, his ear fins drooping slightly. “Sadly, no, they don't. I wish I had more visitors and company, but I'm afraid I spend a great deal of time alone; most people are too afraid to come near me, and while I would dearly love to see the two young Felloxes again, I am afraid that I have no idea where they are, except perhaps somewhere near Roraldi, and I don't think I could find them again.” He looked a little self-conscious. “Besides, I'm sure they've forgotten all about me by now...”

Morwena almost squealed happily when Irisviel started to smile like that. Obviously, the woman enjoyed a bit of teasing. "Well, shall we test that, then?" she suggested and, before Irisviel could answer, turned to Saber. "Hey, Saber, your girlfriend says she wants to watch porn with you! Isn't that awesome?" Morwena stated quite loudly. At least this had to get a reaction out of Saber, right? After all, the woman seemed to do her best ignoring the talk right now.

"We don't know much about that being, either", Bentner stated. "But she is supposed to be something like a companion - basically a mirror - of the goddess who created our world, so she is indeed very powerful, but also very elusive." Which served Bentner well; the more they got ignored, the better. After all, he didn't want to be seen when he was in the Chateau. "I doubt the two Felloxes have forgotten you, though - while the little one seems to have only eyes for her ducks, I assure you that with their divine blood, they both can remember things much better than normal mortals. After all, gods are immortal and life forever. The older one is being quite busy with her training, though; her father is keeping her around. And I doubt the young one is allowed to run around alone." He actually had no idea if that was true, but he knew at least about the training. "Maybe you should introduce yourself to the humans more. With your strength and size, you might be able to assist them with tasks and in return, they might offer you food or friendship. Then again, if there is the danger of your mate scaring them away..." Bentner hardly was one to give advice, but really, everything was better than to listen to the babbling of the females.

(OOC: Bedtime now. 6am, homg...)

I know my dreams are made of you
Of you and only for you
Your ocean pulls me under
Your voice tears me asunder
Love me before the last petal falls

However cold the wind and rain
I'll be there to ease your pain
However cruel the mirrors of sin
Remember beauty is found within
