Ruuka

It had been a hard hit landing on a new planet, especially when she had hit her head on the hard metal walls of the pod. When she had come to, she was in a place surrounded by white. It was white, and cold. Carefully she opened her escape pod and stuck her head out, noting how the cool air stung at her soft skin. In her state, it took longer than expected to realize that she had landed on a planet in the midst of the winter season. Not a good sign, as she was not adjusted well to the cold. "Okay then... might as well make the best of it..."

Carefully, Ruuka extracted herself from the safety of her pod, already regretting the decision when her bare feet touched the ground. Thankfully her cybernetic implants took care of keeping her body temperature regulated to prevent freezing to death, but the winter chill still made her body seize and shiver. Another note was how the area looked to be flash frozen, as if winter had not come gradually, but instantaneously. She had seen things similar happen on her home planet, but that was mostly due to magical interference. Maybe... maybe the same had happened here.

First thing was first, completely survey the area to make sure there wasn't anyone, or anything around. Just in case of danger, however, Ruuka ducked back into her pod to grab her cannon. If there WAS anything lurking about that tried to attack her, then they would be in for a rude awakening. Deciding that she had the necessary items for travel and survival, she crept out of the pod once more. She checked her cybernetics, reading that there was little to no damage done to her besides a mild head injury from landing. Good enough, the auto repair systems would kick in soon.
