In contrast to the Dead Coast, Sa'fir Coast is jokingly referred to as the world's largest pepper deposit because of its black sand beaches. They attract tourists, who can enjoy the tropical landscape of Barakka without facing its harsh environments. (+2 Endurance)

Nothing mattered more to Ardal than two things: his extravagant parties and girls. He would be enjoying both in only a few minutes. Bartenders were stationed throught the beautiful beach house he had rented just a little ways from the docks. Earlier in the day, Ardal had fliers spread the news that there would be a party tonight at his place. Who in Evelon HADNT heard of his grade parties?

Just outside of the doors of the beach house groups began to gather outside, collecting their friends before entering. A DJ was already playing music loudly attracting even more people. What was the best part about Ardal's parties? Everyone was invited. No one was left out and anyone who could come, came.

Ardal leaned on a door frame where he had a good view of the entryway. All of the sudden large crowds of people came through the door and took over almost every part of the house. Bodies on bodies dancing in a tightly packed room, loud music with a pounding base, thunderous drunken men coming to the party for more drinking, the chaos was beautiful. Soon a few girls latched on to Ardal and dragged him into the sea of dancing bodies as well. No one paid attention to who else of importance might be visiting that night. Of course, it would be hard to with all the people leaving and coming anyways.

Gordon sat at the wheel of his expensive car. He gripped the leather wheel with disdain. Already from outside, Gordon could hear the blaring pop music. No doubt it would give him a headache. The only reason he was here in the first place was to meet a client. He'd given an invite, and Gordon foolishly accepted before looking into it. Turned out to be a playboy's public pissing away of money. And he invited everybody. All of the sense of exclusivity was a farce. Oh, it boiled Gordon's blood. A perfect night in his penthouse, alone with his alcohol and toys. That's what he could be doing. But due to this moronic agreement, Gordon was doomed to this fate. Cursing audibly to himself, the businessman stepped out of the driver's seat and made his way to the front door.

For a good minute or two, Gordon stood in front of the mahogany doors to the mansion. The music's bass was shaking his teeth uncomfortably.. Hesitation was a bad move, as a crowd of people joined the party and flooded into the house, carrying Gordon in their wake. A nice introduction to the situation. The angry man wrenched himself out of the sea of people and examined the situation. Oh, thank a higher power. The host was nice enough to put a bartender in most rooms. The dissatisfied man slumped himself into a bar stool and raised a finger to get the bartender's attention. Gordon spoke in a distinctly Slavic accent.

"I'll take a shot of tequila."

The money for this was the host's to piss away, not his. Gordon would drink as he pleased. The sting of alcohol was always welcome in Gordon's throat. With a swift motion, the amber liquid was gone. The thought of his client passed Gordon's mind again. Where the hell was he? Getting his ass drunk and partying, probably. He was not conservative by any means. It didn't even matter at this point. Gordon would take his shots and leave. Call in one of his chauffeurs.

Ardal was beginning to sweat after a while on the dance floor, which wasn't good if he wanted to get laid tonight. Girls never liked it when their partner smelled like a gym locker. Ardal thought about if he should he go and cool off with a nice shot of hmm….. Vodka and coke would maybe cool him off? Ardal didn't know what he wanted to drink. There were so many combinations and options to pick from! Maybe the bartender would know what he should drink, the bartender always seemed to know. By the way, how much had he drank today anyways? The walls seemed to be trembling slightly, but that would be the effect up the loud pop music….or maybe the effect of any alcohol he had consumed. He didn't quite remember.

A short period later Ardal heard a song he didn't know of and used that as his excuse to leave the dance floor. Wiggling his way through the grinding bodies, he finally made it out alive on the other side of the floor alive. He smiled his show-stopping grin and walked up to the bar, patting the man beside him as a friendly way of greeting him before turning to the bartender. “Hey Bar-man! Won't you give the sexy host a drink? Im dying of thirst!”

A short gruff response from the bartender and suddenly a dark liquid filled with ice appears for him. “What drink is this? Is it new?” Ardal asked.

The bartender sighed. “Its the same one i give you every time. You are just to buzzed to tell.”

Ardal looked over at the guy next to him and frowned. “Do you know what this is?”

The calming effects of the alcohol soothed his nerves for a few moments. It was nice in this hectic environment. The bartender was minding his own business. But it seemed a little odd, the way he acted. The man kept turning his head, as on the lookout for something. Every time he leaned on the walls and cleaned a couple glasses, his eyes would be scanning the room. Maybe it was some slight neurological thing. The guy might have tourettes. Idiosyncrasies were often a thing people with the condition had. But his eyes popped slightly when he caught something. Gordon raised an eyebrow at the man, trying to decipher his body language. He was met with an answer soon enough. Some pretentious douche, obviously went to a prep school, stumbled up to the bar and sat on the stool next to Gordon. He smelled like booze and sweat. When he received the unexpected pat on the back, Gordon flinched.

He called himself the "sexy host". Wait a minute, was this kid the one blowing all of the money? How the hell did he get so much? The bartender slid over a dark liquid to the kid and insisted he drink it. But in drunkenness, he seems to object. The guy shoves the drink in Gordon's face, expecting him to know. He scoffs, but looking at the bartender gave him a message he wasn't expecting. His brows were knit, and he seemingly was very intent on getting the host to drink the liquid. Something was up.

"It only seems like a bit of rum and coke. But bartender, if the host doesn't like it, give him one more suitable. He is paying you, after all."

If one were to look carefully, in the brown alcohol was something transparent. It was another liquid, one invisible to the untrained eye. Small wisps swirled around in the bubbly drink. But Gordon knew about these petty tricks. It was most definitely some kind of drug. Roofies maybe. What the hell was the bartender trying to do? Gordon decided to not agitate by keeping calm and playing a fool for a bit longer. At least until he knew what was going on.
