Donicus stopped talking long enough to watch his friend depart. It was good to be with that lizard again. He gave a contented sigh. Thenna carressed the pocketwatch one last time, a loving paw stroking the golden cover. This little trinket was going with the rest of her stash in the back, a hole covered with plywood and rocks. Most of the other theives kept away; Thenna was fierce if her territory was intruded upon.
