(Yep, another self-roleplay. O_o Don't mind me. XD)



Shadow walked down the stone pathway in the town. She and her Slynx, Tari, had just come from the Wishing Well, and were on their way out. They had decided to have a short look around, however.

"There was the fountain I was telling you about," she sait to Tari. It was a gorgeous foutain, featuring a few historical people that Shadow had never heard of.

The stores were arranged around the stone pathway with the fountain. There were several stores, including two of Shadow's favorites, the candy store and the bookstore. Everthing around here seemed quite peaceful, and maybe slightly old-fashioned. it was nice, though. It was just perfect for a wandering trainer and creature.

Tari made a slight gesture that she wanted to go look in the bookstore. She wanted a book that she would read, that would teach her how to speak "human." She wanted to be able to communicate more efficiently with Shadow. Shadow nodded, and the creature and trainer walked into the bookstore.

Shadow looked around. She hadn't been too excited about coming in here, but after all, she did love books very much. She began to look around. This place was bigger than it looked from the outside. Perhaps she could find something she wanted?

Tari found that there was a whole section dedicated to books for creatures. She looked around, looking for a book on learning to speak English, specifically for creatures. She looked around for a few miniutes, but then found a large volume entitled "English for Creatures Who Wish to Learn It." It was just the type of thing she had been looking for! She took it off the shelf, and began to flip through it.

Shadow had found a book on how to make different types of candies. It was just the type of thing she would like to have, since she loves candy, as well as her pets. She loved traveling with her creatures, and she loved to make candy. Maybe she could make candy with them? She laughed at the thought, and sat down to read her book also.

After a miniute or two of looking through the book, Shadow decided that she liked it, and would like to buy it. She picked it up, and began looking around for other books. Soon, she found another book entitled Kuhna Breeding for Beginners. She wasn't a beginner, but the book looked interesting. Without even looking at it, she decided she would buy it.

[Shadow]

That was enough books for now. Shadow decided that she would bring them to go check out. "Tari, ready to check out?" Shadow asked Tari. The Slynx nodded, and the trainer and creature proceeded to the checkout area. The checkout was done quickly and without hassle. Before Shadow knew it, they had paid and were outside again.[/center]

The trainer and Slynx sat down on the edge of the fountain to read for a few miniutes. The water splashing off the fountain was relaxing. The sun was really warm and pleasent today. This was a perfect day to visit the town. It had said in the town's description that it was peaceful. It was more than that today.

After a few miniutes, Shadow decided that she wanted to go to the candy shop. She got up and put her books back into her bag. "Tari, let's go look in the candy shop," she said. Tari accordingly got up and followed Shadow into the little shop. She got a whiff of chocolate as she went inside...

[Shadow]

Ahh, it smelled nice in there. It smelled like all sorts of wonderful candies and chocolates. It was like heaven. Shadow looked like she was likely to buy lots of candy here. In her mind, it seemed like this was one of the things that made the Town of Nabias peaceful.

After paying for some candy and a bottle of water, it seemed that they Should be on their way. "C'mon, Tari, let's go home," Shadow said. She was rather tired, and would need to get home early. It wasn't that far, was it? It would be Tari's first time sleeping in their new house, and she would get to meet all the other pets as well! Well, maybe besides Pumpkin and Sunstorm, but... well, they would hopefully come home soon. Shadow would mentally contact Pumpkin, as she had done the other day, and as she had done to Tari a few times before. Tonight, if she remembered. She would, anyway, hope that the group would find a Snicky and return home... Tari and her trainer turned, and walked towards the north, where the Zoo Pens were.
