No way! Leona shouted in her head as she was pinned. The human got up, so Leona did a backflip to get up, kicking her opponent in the stomach as she somersaulted. She landed on her two feet, having fisticuffs in case the battleheart would charge again.

Ouch! Stupid Khimera, kicking her in the stomach... Well, she'd show her! Bellum stood up straight, waiting for Leona to attack again. Everything was getting planned out in her head again. After this was over, she would need a stick...

Then it would be time to train with a weapon.

Leona stood there. "What are you waiting for?" she growled as she watched her opponent. She sighed in irritation and picked up a large bundle of rocks she found. She started to pelt them at the human.

Bellum made a point of catching a few of the rocks and throwing them right back at Leona, as if to show that she was the ultimate warrior. She never answered her enemy's question, instead running towards the trees and snapping off one of the smaller limbs. Rock versus stick... This could get interesting.

Not caring that most of the rocks were hitting her, she rushed the Khimera yet again, this time managing to get in a few whacks with her stick.

Leona felt the stick whap at her. A few bruises, that's all, Leona thought as she kicked the stick, breaking it into two peices. She then grabbed a vine and tied rocks onto another stick as quick as she could. "An inhanced version of your weapon," she grinned maliciously at the battleheart as she twirled the sick around, testing it out. She suddenly looked up and grabbed a huge rock, throwing it at the battleheart, hoping it to be a distraction as she came fast behind it, whapping at one side of the Battleheart, then the other. She flipped over her opponent, snapping her stick at the mid back of the other creature. She stood and whirled back around, twirling her weapon once more to avoid unexpected attacks.

Feeling and watching her stick snap, Bellum began using the two halves more like sais. Using the ends where Leona had broken it, the woman jabbed at the other girl and scratched her a bit on the arms.

When the Khimera tied rocks to a stick of her own, yet another plan began forming in Bellum's mind. This one was for an even better weapon. Running to snatch a vine and two rocks of her own, the rock that Leona threw missed her by an inch or so. In an attempt to buy herself enough time to put her weapon together, Bellum sent the halves of her stick and several smaller rocks flying at the woman. Then, she tied two decent sized rocks to her vine, a nice tough one that wouldn't break easily.

Watching the other woman twirling her weapon, the Battleheart thought things over for the millionth time. The pain in her back and in her other wounds was fading, making everything clearer. Giving her own weapon a twirl, she ran forward and let one end of her weapon sling forward, catching it on Leona's stick and yanking.

The stick was yanked out of Leona's hands, making her gasp a little. She automatically did a backflip, sending the stick flying into the Battleheart's chest, a bruise already forming. "Owch," she muttered, realizing it might be painful. "Sorry," she mumbled.

Bellum was sure that she would have been able to see an area around her collarbone turning purple. The Khimera apologized, but Bellum mainly ignored her, grunting a bit as a sort of response. She swung her weapon around, aiming for her opponents limbs. She doubted that she would actually hit or anything, but she still tried not to swing too hard.

((The stats took longer than I expected. I figured it out eventually, though.))

Leona decided that the battleheart should get a freebie, so she stepped forward and let the stones wack at her. Ouch, she thought as she hit the ground and rolled back up. She rubbed her swelling forearm. "No biggie," she said with a pained smile as she rubbed the spot. She stopped rubbing and grabbed a nearby bamboo stick. She grinned. "Shall we continue?" she asked with a light tone as she twirled her stick.

Satisfied and feeling that they were now even, Bellum nodded. "We have no time to waste." She waited for Leona to make a move first before swinging her rock-rope thing in a wide circle at waist height. Now what would she do...? That all depended on what the Khimera did, she supposed.

Leona's thoughts and natural instinct took over. She jumped high into the air, then stabbed her stick into the soft ground, flipping over it to push the battleheart backwards with her boots, trying to control how much force she put into her attack. She then did another backwards flip, taking her stick out of the ground and landing with it in her right hand safely. She stood up and waited for a counter attack.

She then heard someone shout for her. Leona looked over to her opponent with a sad smile. "Sorry about this, but now is the time for me to leave. Nature is calling. I am glad I have met you. Thank you for training with me," she said and with an apology, she returned to her Khimera form and was gone.
