Arkuhna

It was a nice day to go out at the sea, the sun wasn't too hot, but it was enough to warm up Sekkai's fur. Sekai was sitting on the grass, not far from the sea. He was going to meet Berry here. It would be the first time they see each other since they got their kits. Two of his five kits were lying beside him. Now he just had to wait until Berry come withe the three other kits.

Berry walked along the grass, just a bit away from the water, a basket in her mouth. She had taken a while to get here, because the kits had just woken up, and were getting restless. Their movement was making it hard to carry them. She spotted Sekkai in the distance and purred. She walked up to him and set the basket down. "Hi Sekkai." she purred, licking him. Then she reached down and nuzzled all five of their kits. She looked back up at him. "Are they being good?" she asked him.

When Sekkai saw Berry coming he began purring too. He has never been as happy as he were now. He had is mate, and his five kits with him. This was the best day of his life. ''Yes they're the best kits in the world, don't worry about them, I'm taking good care of them.'' Sekkai knew that he had always been really energetic, but somehow, when he was with the kits he was feeling calm.

Berry smiled. She looked down at the the three in the basket. They were trying to get out. She lent over and scooped them up, one by one and laid them next to the other two. "I know you will take care of them Sekkai. They're our kits." she said to him. "They can be a little entergetic sometimes. Reminds me of you...sort of." she giggled. Sekkai's playfulness always made her happy, and seeing the kits like that made her happy too. She giggled again as she laid her tail in front of a kit to stop it as it tried to move away, and it repeatedly nudged the tail, as if trying to bat it away.

Sekkai was looking at the kits. They were all so young, and yet all of them already had much energy. Sekkai had seen that another kit was moving away, and he put his tail to block his way. The kits lied down at the side of his tail, as if he were waiting for him to take it off. ''It's great that we had five cute healty kits.'' He said joyfully. He was looking at them, and seeing them all like this made him purr.

Berry watched as the kits layed down beside his tail. She nodded in agreement. "Yes. They aren't cute though." she said. She looked up at him, and began to smile. "They're adorable." she giggled, flicking her remaining tail misheviously. "I waited to name them with you. They are OUR kits." she said to him. Then she nudged the three that lived with her. "The first is a spectrekuhna female, the second a spangled male, and the third a spectrekuhna male." pointing to each in turn.

Sekkai nodded to her as she said they were adorable. ''I haven't think about the names yet. I was thinking we should do it togheter too.'' For the ones that are with me. This one is a common male, and the other is a spangled female.'' He said, pointing them with his tail that were waving behind him amoment ago.

OOC: What does a spangled kuhna look like anyway?

Berry nodded happily and licked each kit, then her mate. "Spectrekuhnas..." she said, trying to think of names. "Shiver? For one?" she asked him. It was the only name she could think of right now. She was thinking of names for the others, but thought one at a time was better. Otherwise she would be overwhelmed. She looked up at Sekkai, waiting for an answer.

Sekkai was thinking of names too. He nodded at Berry. ''It could be a good name. Which one do you want to name like that? This one?'' He said pointing one of the two sepctrakuhna with his tail. He wanted to give good names for his kits, he was thinking that the names were something important, since you generally keep that name until you die.

Berry giggled and gently picked up her spectrekuhna daughter in her mouth. Gently, she set her down by her paws and licked her. "Shiver is a great name for a spectrekuhna." she said, looking back up at Sekkai. "What about the others? Any ideas?" she said while continuing to wash Shiver. She still kept on thinking, but couldn't think of any more.

Sekkai looked at all the kits, thaey had named one out of their five kits. That meant there was four kits that hadn't got names yet. He tought for a while about a good name. He point at the spangled kit that lived with him. ''I think that a good name for a spangled kuhna could be Hinotama.'' I didn't really knew why, but everytimes he had been thinking about names, all the names that were coming to him were weird names like this. He liked those names, but he wondered if Berry would like them.


OOC: Hinotama means ''falling star'' or ''fire ball'' In Japanese. I think it goes well with a spangled kuhna.

Berry looked at the kit and licked it, smiling. "It's a great name. Hinotama." she said. Then she moved it to be with Shiver. That was another kit down, three more to name. She looked at those kits. A spangled, a spectrekuhna and a common. Then she looked up. "Inferno?" she said, putting a tail on their spangled son. The kit that lived with her. It was the only name that didn't say "fire" in it that she could think of for a spangled.

Sekkai blinked, she had found aname so quickly, and it was going to be a good name for a spangled kuhna. ''That's great!'' He decided to move the kits himself to place it with the other two. ''So it left a common kuhna name, and a spectrakuhna name.'' Sekkai couldn't think of a name right now, but he was trying to think about a good name.

Berry smiled and purred. Then she looked at the other two and sighed. Naming kits was hard. She stared at the common kuhna kit. Then two names jumped to her. "Fir...or ornament. Either one." she said happily, one tail swaying behind her, the others laying on Shiver, Inferno, and Hinotama, to keep them warm. Then she looked up at Sekkai. After they decided the common's name, she would let him think of a name for the last kit, th spectrekuhna, since she had suggested all the others but one.

Sekkai was lokking at the kits, he was thinking to find names too. He hearf Berry's suggestions, and he looked at the common kit. ''I think Fir could be a good name.'' He looked at the kit, and he lick it on the head. The kit let out a small meow of protest. Sekkai purred, it wasn't easy to fing good names, so it made him happy that there was only one kit that haven't receive a name yet.
