The Festive Quickslyph flew carelessly throughout the town, dropping little streamers here and there, occasionally stopping and throwing a quick roll or two around a house before being chased off.  She laughed and winked whenever she got caught before fluttering off, leaving the poor victim standing there dumbfounded.  Perhaps it was her beauty that stopped others from trying to find her again, or perhaps it was the fact that their chances didn't look very good.  Regardless, she always flew away unscathed, and happy at her days work.

Nova woke up one morning with a sharp pain in her stomach, and realized that she hadn't eaten in a while.  But of course, that was an easy fix.  Grabbing her scarf from a pole on the wall beside her, she hurriedly combed her hair, and one she was satisfied with her appearance, fluttered out the small door.  Only a few blocks away was a fish stand that made the famed Broiled Sea Scalla that Jawan was known for.  As the scent hit her, she couldn't help but lick her lips.

It seemed as if business hadn't been going well in a while, and the man was a bit to eager to make a sale of some sort.  As soon as she arrived, he started offering her deals of different kinds, almost begging her to buy from him and not some mass production store.  "Calm down dear." Nova said to him, her voice taking on a convincing tone.  "I'll have a large of the Broiled Sea Scalla, if you'd please."  At her words, the cooks eyes bulged out, and he immediately set to work, happy to finally have a customer of any sort.
