Walking off he found the spreadsheets that let the workers know what was arriving. Scanning down the list he found the shipment number. The cargo that was stolen held watches. Watches of course was code for cocaine. Scrunching his face up he held his anger. Whoever decided that it was a good idea to steal from them was severely mistaken.

Mala stood and shook hands with the man that stood across from her. "Thank you again, my husband will be back shortly with hopefully some more information as well as our agronomist David. He might have a hunch as to where the stolen cargo has gone," she was interrupted by her husband walking in.

"We also might know who is involved," he mentioned as he hung up his hat and vest. "I guess whoever was last on the nightshift failed to show up today. A guy by the name of Trevor. I'm going to try and find his file," he started to dig through the filing cabinet.

"This is my husband, Caspian. Casp this private investigator that is willing to help without informing the authorities," Mala introduced them to each other.

Caspian stuck out a hand, "hi nice to meet you..."

The man took the hand, "Acel, nice to meet you as well. Do you when your... specialist will be showing back up?"

"Soon, I'll give David a call and see," Mala picked the phone up.

Caspian found what he was looking and slammed the filing cabinet shut, "the file looks pretty bare. He started a few months ago." Huffing he fell into his seat, "probably to get a feel of the place and figure out how to rob us. As soon as I get my hands on him he's a dead man!"

"How does that explain the dead body?" Mala questioned. She didn't want her husband jumping to conclusions and killing unnecessary people.

Acel spoke up, "my theory is that both Trevor and Richard were in the plot together. Richard doesn't go to work the day before. Maybe to watch from a distance keep an eye on things to make sure no is suspicious. Then at night after the shipment is unloaded him and Trevor load it up. Sadly though something goes wrong, a disagreement may be and Trevor killed Richard. By the looks of it the death wasn't planned."

Just as Acel was finishing with his theory there was a knock at the office door. "Come in," Caspian called.

David the agronomist walked in, "I have good news. I have located a suitable stop where someone could hide stolen goods. The soil there indeed does match as well."

"Ah good," Mala clapped her hands together. "Could you kindly show Acel our private I where this location is at."

"If you do locate the cargo and or the culprit please let us know right away. We can handle it from there," Caspian pulled out a piece of paper. "Here is the employee photo of Trevor," he handed Acel the picture.

"Let's hope they can find the stuff. I would like for all this to be wrapped up in one day," Mala watched as they left.

"Yes I hope so aswell," Caspian finally took a glance at the work he was suppose to have done during the day.

A little while later Mala looked at the clock that hung over the door. It read four fifty-eight, "oh crap we have a meet in two."

Caspian looked up from his work, "oh five o'clock already. You can always count on murder to speed up the day."

Rolling her eyes she gather the appropriate papers right in time because seconds later there was knock at the door. "Come in," she called mentally preparing herself for the meeting.

Two long and strenuous hours later papers were finally being signed and deals had been struck. Caspian stuck out his hand, "pleasure doing business with you."

The gentleman smile and shook hands with Mala as well before heading out, "ugh," Mala slumped her head on her desk. "That took way too long just for him to in the end come to our terms. He should've known we weren't going to budge," she raised her head back up and filed away the agreement. She hoped that there private I had found something during those fees hours of misery.

The phone on Caspian's desk started to ring. Before he could even reach for it Mala jumped at eager to move forward in their day, "hello this Ms. Tigher at dock 12 how may I help you?" A few nods later she hung up, "Acel found him and it was indeed Trevor. He identified him by the picture."

"He didn't confront him did he?" Caspian asked ready to get mad.

"No he identified him from across the street," Mala answered quickly before her husband blew a fuse.

As Mala jotted down the address on a scrap of paper Caspian called a few men to follow behind them in the car. When the car pulled up to location Caspian turned to his wife, "will you be joining me or are you sitting this one out."

Mala cocked an eyebrow, "what do you think?" She unbuckled and got out. He grinned remembering again why he loved his wife so much and slipped a gun into the pocket of his coat. Stepping out he joined his wife as they made their way to the building.

They made their way through the small empty warehouse. Quickly spotting their stolen shipment they went over to it. Mala opened a few of the crates, "it looks like it's all here." She waved two of the men that accompanied them to handle the boxes.

Hearing a noise they looked up to see Trevor staring at them like a deer in the headlights. He obviously hadn't expected them and it helped when Caspian raised the gun to the man.

Mala stepped forward glaring, "did you do this alone or are you working for someone?" He didn't answer and she nodded towards Caspian.

He grinned and cocked the gun, "adios," he pulled the trigger and a shot rang out. The bullet hit the man in the head and he crumpled to the floor.

He coughed a little and put the gun back in pocket. Turning to the other men he beckoned them over, "take care of this."

He linked arms with Mala, "are you ready to head home?"

"Yes, let's go home and order take out," Mala realized they had forgotten to take a lunch. She was now realizing how hungry she had gotten.

"Fantastic idea," he escorted her out into the now dark streets. The day had went by so fast he was just feeling how exhausted he was.

Back at home they had both finally settled down with at the table with their food. "Today was interesting," Mala said before taking a bite.

"Yes, far more exciting than normal," he spoke sarcastically. "How many deaths just this week?" he questioned.

"After today... six," she had to think for a moment counting.

"It's not a normal day at work if there isn't a death," he chuckled.
