Edla glanced outside. It was really coming down. And she didn't have boots. She sighed. THey would have to go soon. But it wasn't that bad in here. Should we finish our hot chocolate, first? She took another sip of hers.

Lani nodded, gulping her hot cocoa that was now just a bit colder, and safer to drink. Apparently, she wanted to get there fast. But her eyes kept drifting to the window wistfully. THe snow was so lovely, she didn't want to go out and ruin it with her ffootprints, that would destroy its beauty lit by the lamps.

Then, Lani just smiled at Edla.

[Lunasa]

Soon, Edla was done with her hot cocoa. It was delicious. She would have to remember this place, so she could come back. Mikan would bring her. The cookie was half gone, and going fast. She watched Lani glance out the window. The snow was beautiful, gathering in soft drifts. She didn't want to mess it up with her footprints. Are you done?

Yeah, I'm done, lets go give this present to somebody who wants it. Lani replied softly, and got up, leaving enough keystones on the counter for hers and Edla's drinks and food.

Lani wen tout the door, setting off the bell, and beckoned Edla to follow. THe snow lit by the dim sunlight glittered softly, and it didn't look as cold then. But nonetheless, Lani put on her red jacket and stepped outside, holding Edla's hand.
