Caedmon nodded. Clearly on to the next subject; her training. "Sit." he said calmly. Sorren dipped her head slightly as she sat down. He was now her teacher, and she would behave accordingly.

[Mousen]

"You know the drill, Sorren." Caedmon's was calm and even. He watched her intently. Her abilities never ceasing to amaze him. She could have been a different person from the weak, dying lucain he'd met at Basantha Shrine.

[Mousen]

Sorren closed her eyes. She could feel the slight wind ruffling her hair gently. Everything in the surrounding jungle she could hear. The high pitched screech of the rengoset and the gentle hum of the many bugs. She concentrated on every little sound, the rustle of leaves to the slightly nervous breathing of her mentor.

[Mousen]

Admittedly he was nervous. Sorren's powers could be rather chaotic at times. Infact he wasn't sure what she was going to do from one day to the next. That's why she needed to learn to control them. That's also why he was teaching her.

[Mousen]

She could feel the air getting colder. It became more harsh. It whipped the trees around her. Further on the trees seemed to be unmoving. Except for the occasional warm breeze that ruffled their leaves.

[Mousen]

It could have been mistook for rain at first. The gentle flakes fell. Melting upon touching the lukewarm ground. Snow. It was snowing, here in the Nu'san temple.

[Mousen]

The strain on Sorren showed. Her jaw was clenched tight and her fingers dug into the dry ground. She gasped for breath. Trying to maintain the weather for as long as possible. She felt slightly dizzy with the effort it took.

[Mousen]

Sorren didn't dare to open her eyes to see the shock on Caedmon's face. She was sure if she lifted her gaze for a moment the snow would dissipate. She wanted to keep it up until her mind could do no more than let it go. Sweat dripped from her forehead down her nose, despite the freezing temperature.
