((As the title says, we're headed to Nu'san Temple.))
The Seraphent had actually not looked when choosing the portal. He had just randomly selected one, eyes closed, and entered. The entire point of this, as far as he was concerned, was to explore. That was what he was intending to do, anyway.
The calm atmosphere and soothing sounds of a forest that greeted him on the other side were actually quite the surprise. He had been expecting something much harsher than the edge-of-the-jungle monastery that greeted him. After the mentions of volcanoes and mountain tops, he had nearly forgotten that the eggs he would be searching for would be in average locations as well as the formidable.
"Well," he said to himself, "might as well get started on this egg hunt thing. And find someone to help, too." He had almost forgotten the need for a partner in all of this, though part of him just assumed that someone would be along shortly enough. There certainly were enough people who wanted to participate in that rabbit's game that someone would come to help. Besides, even if they didn't, he could always find another individual here.
