He loved books. This was not a new realization for him. But it was only now, stepping into a whole new library that he felt the thrill of loving books all over again. This library was bigger than his own he noted, almost wistfully. Probably better stocked too. He adored his own library but he had to admit it wasn't in great shape. Still, he didn't mind in the slightest working there. The only downfall was the lack of visitors also meant he had a lot of free time, and as a result he had almost read every book in his own library hence the reason he had come here. On his day off of course. He would have to be grievously ill before he closed it of his own volition.
Inhaling the familiar scent of old books, he looked around for a table. This library also seemed to be busier than his own. Still, that was technically a good thing. At least people were still reading. It did unfortunately mean that he might have to sit with one of them though. But he was sure he could cope, so long as he found a good book beforehand to lose himself in
