Teleaha
Image

While Nu'san wasn't exactly her area of choice, the young Zookiberry was determined to stay optimistic.  The scenery was gorgeous, what with the rushing waterfall, the luscious green rainforest and the clear blue sky.  She'd heard that this place was calming, relaxing.  The sort of place one would come if they needed to unwind.

Unfortunately, Teleaha needed to do the exact opposite.  She'd been so focused on holding together the relationship between her mom and aunt that she seemed to have forgotten how to live.

Emitting a slow, suffering yawn, the Zookiberry lay her head on her paws and stared dejectedly at the rushing water before her.  So free, so wild.  There was nothing to coop up the falls.  They well where gravity pulled them, and had no one to hold back for.  They lived by their own agenda.

No, she didn't need to unwind.  She needed someone to wind her up.

KITE

The waterfall, a stunning sight on such a emotionally mixed day. A hydro let his strangely large tiger-like paws cool off his abnormablly giganticly matched body, a calm yawn emitting musically from his feline-esque maw. The waterfall, in itself, was charming, but sort of...unnerving. Why was it so quiet? A small bird, a matches making mischief, twittered in the distance. Strange, for a holy place. everything that was in it, was quiet, lacked of prayers.
Mind fortunate to be only slightly at ease, his great blue eyes flickered, thinking of anything he could do to be anywhere but here. It was calming, quiet. He needed music. Cello, maybe. But he needed music desperately. Sometime to at least make his senses excited again. A soft turnabout of classical, or grunge, or even pure Finnish gibberish like Holly Dolly. A small dandelion lazily turned itself over into the clear, fresh air, the clump of seeds floating mystically into the assortment of gasses as it spread apart. The affect was almost immediate.
The great German cat's eyes were dull with anticipation, tail lazily drawing an invisible dewy picture in the lush, emerald grasses. It was a free, unchained world out there. And that, my dears and dolls, he had to learn the hard way.

{{o/o/c; o3o;
-finishing up his quad while doodling commish-
He looks like a tiger, y'all. A great, big, watery, tiger. Also, to get the Holly Dolly thing, Holly Dolly is the donkey mascot of a finnish phone company with an awesome theme song ripped off of the Lokima Leek Gal. XD;;;}}

An Arkuhna slid behind a waterfall, gathering his thoughts. So... he was here to meet her. He held a drawn picture in his hand. It was what he imagined Teleaha to look like. He was excited. He seemed to have no idea of the other kuhna. He quickly stuck a paw out into the waterfall and used it to smooth his hair back. My, was he handsome. He looked at his reflection, and once he was pleased with it and had a small lock of hair hanging in his face, he came out from behind the waterfall and searched for his soon to be mate. "Teleaha?" he called, looking for the Zookiberry Kuhna.
About you and me: it's plain to see,
We only ever want to stay inside and watch TV,
Because that's just as good a memory,
You're just good company,
And I am finally accepting that.

Remember the time when we stole the whole day?
And nobody knows it, we took it away,
And it will be forever mine,
And it will be forever yours
Now we own the night, and it can't be undone,
We'll never forget how it feels to be young,
Cos it will be forever mine,
And it will be forever yours.

Teleaha had been blatantly unaware of the other two Kuhnas until her name was called.  Her ears pricked forward, and she hoisted herself to all fours.  She peered at her surroundings intently, her curiosity piqued.  "Hello?" she mewled, taking a few steps away from the falls.  She headed in the general direction of the voice, hoping to find something of interest.  How odd; not many knew her name.  She'd been coddled as a kit, see, and still was.  A small grin appeared on her features as her paws set down on the dewy ground, carrying her towards the possibility of something interesting.

The great Hydrokuhna heard the call of the female's name, suddenly rmemebering why he was here in the first place. How could he forget? How silly of him. He rubbed his head on the grasses one last time, and sat up, moving onto his watery haunches. His view quickly turned towards the newer presence of a stranger posed behind the waterfall, and looked a minute or two before deciding it was the silhouette of an Arkuhna, waiting. That's where the sound came from. A Zookiberry... that's what someone had said to him earlier. He had always held adoration for that breed.
His large figure, curious, sat up like a statue and waited. His heart skipped a beat, the purpose of this visit coming back to him.

Prodigy smiled; he'd caught her attention. He saw her, and trying not to suprise her, slid from the waterfall in full view. "Hello, you must be Teleaha. I'm Prodigy." he said, a bit shaky. But of course he was shaky, he sometimes became nervous around the pretty ones. And she was breathtaking, even better than the picture he drew. He loved her soft colors and sweet smile. "Do you mind...?" he said, pulling out a piece of paper and a few colored pencils. "This is just too good of a drawing moment. Stay right where you are, if you don't mind." he said, and started to sketch. His paw drifted lazily and gracefully over the paper, as he glanced up a few times to take in Teleaha. Suddenly he ripped the paper off the pad and handed it to Teleaha. "For you," he said. "I would say it's one of my best sketches..." he said, twirling his tails, waiting for her reaction.

She was rather startled as the Arkuhna appeared from beneath the waterfall.  Smiled nonetheless, though her whole heart wasn't put into it.  "Oh, hello.  I'm Teleaha."  She would have said more had the Arkuhna not asked her to hold her pose.  She was certainly confused by this odd turn of events, but complied just the same.  She waited patiently, watching in fascination as Prodigy's paw slid over the paper.  When he showed her the finished product, she was pleasantly surprised.  "Oh...!  Thank you, Prodigy.  It's wonderful."  She smiled again, this time with a little more enthusiasm.

It was then that her ears perked up; she could have sworn she'd heard movement from another.  "Hello...?" she mewled into the distance.  Perhaps this would be a more interesting outing than she'd planned.

He felt like intruding on the tender moment. He really, really, really did; the Zookiberry herself was amazingly breathtaking. But what would he do about the Arkuhna? Shove him into the rushing falls? He thought naught. Besides; that'd leave a bad first impression of his normally serene personality. Besides, the Arkuhna himself prolly wasn't leaving much of  mark, either. Hitting on someone within the first two second you meet them? Christ...
Oh dear. He stopped his train of thought for a moment, bringing his breathing to a slow beat inside of his already overheated chest. She had seen him, tense as his movements made sound. His paw slipped and cracked a twig. He had already shown himself- not much of a chance in still attempting to stay at least mildly hidden. He called out, voice softly ringing around the thunder of the waterfall. Ah, he stumbled to remember the female's name.
"Hel-l-lo?"

Prodigy's fur stiffened as he turened to look at the Hydrokuhna. "W-who are you?" he said. Yes, the watery kuhna was bigger and Prodigy wasn't much of a fighter, but he was fast. He scowled. "Don't tell me you're here to meet Teleaha too." he said. Now it coming back to him, he vaguely remembered Marie telling him that he might meet another kuhna. Uh oh. He straightened out his hauches nervously. This was going to be a long day.

Teleaha would have greeted the Hydrokuhna if Prodigy hadn't beaten her to it.  She tilted her head to the side at the Arkuhna's words; here to meet her?  This was the first she'd heard of this.  Perhaps Sophur had set up this meeting without her knowledge?  Yes, that sounded plausible.  She merely flashed a grin at the Hydro, seeing as Prodigy had taken the liberty of speaking for---or, rather, over--her.

She was a bit stunned at Prodigy's defensive tone as he inquired the Hydrokuhna.  Was he getting defensive?  This encounter might prove interesting, after all.

The hydrokuhna inquisitively stepped out of the shadows, his blue coat rippling softly among his tiger-skin. How rude of that Arkuhna... but he could only forgive and forget, they had been set up here in the first place. But he had been rude. There also wasn't a need to get defensive, in similarity. But he must remain polit and diligent, chipping slowly away at this guy until he broke down. It seemed to work for everything. He was big though, he had to admit. Thank the goddesses for muscle-machines.
"I am Kite. May I make your acquaintance, Mister...?"
The large kuhna gave a slight nod to the Arkuhna, attempting to show that he was peaceful, however much. He turned and gave an even deeper bow to the Zookiberry, a pleasureful grin across his maw. His head came up, revealing a loose silver chain with a dangling music note on it hanging limply from the male's neck. He wasn't able to bring all that much, but he did bring a small offering of his music if she agreed to accompany him back to the trees.
"Miss Teleaha, I take it? It is a pleasure to finally meet you."
He gave a slightly nervous laughing grin.

[[ 'Pologies for breaking the order, but I got another roleplay I should really start soon. XP  I'll post again after Snowy and put us back on track. <3 ]]

Teleaha nodded as Kite addressed her.  The Hydrokuhna's mannerly speech impressed her, and she made a mental note to find out where he'd picked up such a tongue.  "Yes, I'm Teleaha."  She smiled a tad shyly, putting two and two together.  Two males, in the same place at the the same time.  Each of them knew her name.  They both seemed the tiniest it hostile towards the other.

Uh-oh.  This could get fun.

"Prodigy." he said shortly to the Hydrokuhna. He turned to look at Teleaha, who seemed to be interested in this smooth talker. Prodigy's tight expression dropped, and he looked almost worried. Would he loose Teleaha to Kite? He hoped not. He tried to take Kite's mind off of her. "Where'd you get that necklace... Kite?" he said, almost forgetting the male's name. Prodigy twirled a paintbrush between his toes, then pulled out a large square of paper and a few watercolors. He stuck his brush under the falls and dipped it onto the paint. He whipped his brush back and forth, his eyes dancing from Teleaha to Kite to his picture. Suddenly he stuck his brush and paints into his rucksack he carried with him and whipped the paper around for the others to see. It showed Kite pufffing out his chest proudly, the necklace noticable on his blue coat in the picture. He tried not to show anger as he looked at it himself. "Oh, I just felt the urge to paint... and it ended up being you!" he said, handing it to Kite. He glanced at Teleaha, she probably thought he was a fool. Giving the kuhna who would challenge him for the pretty female presents! What kind of kuhna was he? Apparently confused and scared. He had never had a crush before.

Teleaha's gaze followed Prodigy's paw as he drew out another picture and handed it to the Hydrokuhna.  Well, this could prove to be an interesting turn of events.  Although no one was speaking directly to her, she knew she was the one being talked about.

This might get ugly.

"Ah, I made it." Relayed the hydrokuhna, relaxing. He sensed no battery-engine monsters about that couls send him into a fine frenzy. His eyes darted to the Arkuhna's offering, however, and took hold readily. The male water-tiger mix took the picture in both his paws, a wide grin across his aura-istic maw beginning to form. He gave a small laugh of pleasure, obviously liking the picture he was just given.
"It is beautiful, Mister Prodigy. An exact likeness of myself!"
His strong broken German accent took hold of this very small passing of words. It was one of his favourite mediums, too- a touch of watercolour on light, crisp sketch paper. He turned to the two fellow kuhnas.
"So, how have you two been doing?"
