Kaya began to push the arkuhna away from the trees. She tried to follow the path as best she could, but she kept going into the grass. "This isn't as easy as it looks," she said. "You must have practiced a lot to be able to steer this thing."

"It took some time," Splatter confessed and tipped the side he was holding a little to help Kaya get it back on the path. "I'm not completely paralised," he said and watched the falls go by.

Kaya smiled. "Guess not," she said. As she pushed Splatter she wondered where exactly they were going. She didn't know of any doctors in the area. Maybe they would find someone who would help them. She sighed.

Splatter looked around. "We're almost at the clearing," he said. There's no doctors. Well, what was I expecting. We're not in Medicai City.

They finally reached the clearing and there were no doctors in sight. Not only were there no doctors, but no one else seemed to be in sight either. Kaya sighed and sat down. "I don't know what we're going to do with that leg of yours," she said. "I certainly can't bandage it up without hurting you any more than you already hurt."

"I'll manage," Splatter said. He shifted into a laying position. Splatter was now laying on his broken leg. "It doesn't hurt as much."

"Ya sure?" Kaya asked. She lay down on her back and stared up at the sky. It was a pretty blue color with hardly and clouds. "If only a doctor of some kind would happen to be here," she said outloud, more to herself than anyone.

"Yea, I'm sure," Frosting said and looked up at the sky too. Even the sky is pretty, he thought and looked around. "A doctor has to be around here somewhere."

Suddenly there was a rustle in the bushes. Kaya turned to look toward the sorce of the sound. The scent of another kuhna was strong and she figured it was indeed another kuhna. OUt of the bushes came a cake kuhna. She walked very sure-footedly and carried a smile on her face. "Hello, I'm Jasmine," the kuhna said. Her pink eyes observed the two with curiousity. "I couldn't help but notice the state of you," she said to Splatter. "I don't know your name though," she said. Her voice was soft, but one with authority. "I'm training to become a doctor," she added.
Kaya smiled at the cake kuhna. "Nice to meet you," she said, "I'm Kaya and this is Splatter." Kaya was glad to have come across the female. She seemed nice enough and maybe she could help. Jasmine was watching th etwo kuhnas she had come across. She had come here to relax and take her mind of her studies, but she was glad to help anyone in need.

Splatter rolled off his arm, then the pain started again. He winced and nodded to Jasmine. Splatter figured that if he tried to talk, he would burst out in pain. Please have painkillers.

"I hope you don't mind a human running around," Jasmine said. She turned into her human form with purple hair and shirt with black pants. She had a bag slung around her shoulder. She pulled out some pain medicie and gave them to Splatter. "Those should help," she said with a smile. "Which leg is it?" Kaya smiled. It was very good fortune that they had come across Jasmine. She didn't want to get in the way so she stayed to the side.

Splatter took the medicine and lifted up his right foreleg. "This one," he said through gritted teeth. Suddenly, he felt great relief of all pain he ever felt. The relief was peculier in one simple way; he now felt dizzy and woozy. Why? He didn't know. I do suppose, Splatter told himself, that that painkiller must have that suff that makes you sleepy.

"I see," Jasmine said and began to examine it. She was gentle and good at what she did. She watched as Splatter seemed to get dizzy. That wasn't right. "You okay?" she asked the arkuhna. Perhaps he was allergic to the medicine she had given him. Kaya saw a look of uncertainty cross the young woman's face. "What's wrong?" she asked. "I think he might be allergic to the pain medicine," Jasmine said in a worried tone.

"I don't know," Splatter said. It felt like his head was spinning. He didn't know that he was allergic to anything. Don't worry Kaya, he thought, but couldn't urge himself to say it.
