"Um," the doctor in training said. "How 'bout you lay down and stay still." Jasmine turned to Kaya. "There is a plant called the elephant ear plant. It has very large green leaves. When crushed down, the leaves help with allergic reactions. Could you please find me some?" Kaya nodded her head and dissappeared between bushes. Jasmine turned back to Splatter. "I'm going to see what I can do for that leg o' yours," she said. She looked closer at the leg and felt it more. It wasn't completely broken in half, maybe it was just a really bad sprain. "I'm going to wrap it," she said gently. She pulled a nice sized ace bandage from who knows where and began to bandage the injury. She worked quietly and quickly. She finished and looked at the kuhna. "The bandage should add some support to your leg," she said. "And it shouldn't hurt so bad." She knew the kuhna was still woozy and probably in more pain after she had been touching his injury, but she had to get that taken care of.
Kaya wondered through the forest, looking for these elephant ears. She hadn't heard of such a thing, but she fingured Jasmine knew what she wanted. She searched through the underbrush. There were many large leaves around. She soon saw something that resembled what the doctor in training had asked for. She ripped a leaf off and began to drag it back to Splatter and Jasmine.

Splatter nodded to Jasmine. "Thank you. It doesn't hurt that mush anymore." He looked around for Kaya. Wait-- I could've sworn I heard Jasmine tell her where to go. I need to sleep, he thought and rested his head. Sleep never came.

Kaya trudged through the forest still dragging the large leaf. She soon reached the clearing and saw Jasmine beside Splatter. Kaya reached the two and Jasmine bent to pick it up. The human girl found two rocks and began to grind the leaf up. Soon it was ground up enough. "Here ya go," she said as she lifted the crushed leaves and fed them to Splatter. Kaya watched, hoping that it would work.

Splatter ate it. It had a twnag to it, but he didn't care. Splatter could tell there was a difference. He didn't seem as tired as he was. "Thanks."

"No problem," Jasmine said. "It should prevent your head from spinning and your symptoms from growing any worse." She sat down on the grass and crossed her legs. She waited for further signs of allergic reaction. The healing properties of the leaf would help to heal the sparin as well, but it wasn't as affective as time and the proper treatment. "Just be careful walking on your leg, and don't plan on getting up soon. Any sudden movement could make you black out," Jasmine said.
Kaya sat beside her friend, eyeing up the newcomer. She sure knew her stuff. Or at least she pretended she did. From the looks of it, however, Jasmine was quite the healer.

Splatter nodded. "I wasn't... thinking about... getting up," he mumbled. The leaf made him less drousey, but he was still tired. He laid his head on his skateboard and closed his eyes. Sleep did not come easy though...

Splatter opened his eyes to probably the most colorful place on earth. There were reds and blues, greens and browns, purples and oranges. Not to mention all the colors in between. It also had every SHADE of every color. There was light red, dark red, pink, faded pink, lavender, light purple, dark purple, midnight blue. Basically tons of colors and Splatter was in it. "It's my dream world. A world FULL of every color of the rainbow and the inbetweens and every shade. It's... wonderful."

Kaya watched as Splatter sleept. He looked so peaceful, just paying there. Jasmine stood up and sat beside the pure kuhna. She had never seen such a beautiful fur pattern. "I love your fur," the girl said. "It's really pretty." Kaya smiled. "Thanks," she said. Kaya loved to get compliments, who didn't? Kaya couldn't help but offer a compliment in return, or at least a thank you. "Thank you," Kaya said. "For helping Splatter." The other just smiled and nodded her head. "Anytime," she said. "I love to help others."

Splatter looked around again. The color seemed to be... fading? Splatter got a paintbrush and paint and tried to paint the colors back, but they just got paler and paler until they were white. White. It's a strange color, actually. It seems to... drown out everybody else in a way. It seems to block you in. It seems to swallow you.

Splatter jolted awake. He was happy to see greens, blues, and all the other colors. He winced when he saw the white clouds.

The two girls were happy that Splatter had awoken. It had taken some time for him to awaken and the sun was begining to set. Kaya smiled when she saw his eyes flutter open. "Welcome back," she said cheerily. Jasmine stood up and brushed her pants off. "Now that you're awake, would you like and escort out of this place?"

Splatter glanced at Kaya. His eyes asked the question, "We're leaving." Splatter glanced from Kaya to Jasmine.

Jasmine looked uncomfortably at Kaya. "Um, unless you want to stay here with you rinjusred leg," she said quietly. Kaya lokked to Splatter, then at Jasmine and back to Splatter. "It's up to you," she said softly.

Splatter nodded. "I guess we should go so I don't reinjure my leg," he said and sat up. Splatter started - slowly but surely - rolling himself back to his home.

Kaya walked beside Splatter to help him if he needed any help. Jasmine smiled as she watched the two kuhnas. She waved bye to them and then disappeared into the brush. Kaya escorted Splatter out of the jungle. "Maybe we can meet again," she said cheerfully. She wanted to find out more about her parents, but that would happen at another time and perhaps another place, but hopefully with the same person. She smiled at Splatter and then left him to finish the trek home.

Splatter smiled and continued on his way. "Good-bye," he said softly as he pushed the skateboard along the rocky path. They would meet again.
