Often called the 'Lover's Triangle' for the trio of waterfalls feeding in to a triangular gorge, the Idalani area is a picture-perfect place to spend time with that special someone, with a beautiful exotic backdrop and countless rainbows dancing across the sky. (+2 Speed)

((I use legit XD And she's sounding like Nudge from MR now o.O XD And you THINK they've improved?))
Kotta listned, ammused in a way, as the common kuhna talked. She seemed to be babbling in a way, but it was still nice to hear her. Then she finially caught herself and quieted down after a long rant about thinking about having 'legit' wings.
He chuckled a little before answering. "Yeah. It would be pretty sweet. Actually, I've heard some species of kuhnas can fly. Hydro and skycracker and such Kinda gotta wish we were one of 'em sometimes don't we?"
They seemed to be getting closer to where they had entered the cave.
In many caves you could tell where the enterence was by the wind blowing, but with the waterfall infront of it, he didn't know how accurate that could be in this situation.
You may call, you may call
But the little black cats won't hear you.
The little black cats are maddened
By the bright green light of the moon;
They are whirling and running and hiding,
They are wild who were once so confiding,
They are crazed when the moon is riding
You will not catch the kittens soon.
They care not for saucers of milk,
They think not of pillows of silk;
Your softest, crooningest call
Is less than the buzzing of flies.
They are seeing more than you see,
They are hearing more than you hear,
And out of the darkness they peer.
With a goblin light in their eyes!

Kotta hadn't completely shunned her after her long, strange rant. That was good. Now, strangely, she felt calm and contemplative, no need to talk anymore. Her mind and mouth went to strange things in the dark, anyway. Maybe they could talk when they got out into the sunlight? Instead, her mind went to songs. She often thought about music, and the music she thought of often matched her mood. Now her mind went to...romantic songs? Well, that was normal. She thought about romance a lot. More than usual today, though. She wanted to sing a little, just softly to herself. Forgetting Kotta was there, she trilled to herself in that soft voice that Cynder always said she should be very proud of.
Well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks
And now I'm trying to get back
Before the cool done run out
I'll be giving it my bestest
Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and-

She stopped. Jason Mraz? What a weird mood. She thought of a different song, one of Cynder's favorites.
You're a part time lover and a full time friend
The monkey on you're back is the latest trend
I don't see what anyone can see, in anyone else
But you

I kiss you on the brain in the shadow of a train
I kiss you all starry eyed, my body's swinging from side to side
I don't see what anyone can see, in anyone else

((weird post...sorry x.x))

I listen to the wind
to the wind of my soul
Where I'll end up well I think,
only God really knows
I've sat upon the setting sun
But never, never never never
I never wanted water once
No, never, never, never

I listen to my words but
they fall far below
I let my music take me where
my heart wants to go
I swam upon the devil's lake
But never, never never never
I'll never make the same mistake
No, never, never, never

((I've done worse. XD))
Mystic seemed to have quieted down. She stopped talking for a short time and all that could be heard was their paw steps echoing through the cave, nearly in sync.
Then after a while, the common kuhna had started to sing. Quietly, they were odd songs. All romantic in some way. The arkuhna wasn't surprised at the genre. It seemed to be something around girls to like love songs. His sister always sung them, though he hated to admit she didn't have the best voice, Knight was always sing something that was either that or just... odd. There were things Kotta was surprised anyone took the time to write songs about. Even more surprised that Knight took the time to get them stuck in her head to hum them constantly.
Pretty much, every girl he knew who could stand being distant or just not serious for one micro second would sing love songs, it seemed. He almost laughed trying to imagine some of the girls who didn't fit into that catagory, Emerald or Shadow or Saihyou, singing songs like such.
"You have a nice voice." Kotta said after a while, feeling the need to compliment her, or atleast say something.

"Thank you", Mystic replied politely, glad he wasn't laughing at her. She tried to think of something interesting to say. Why was it so hard to come up with a topic of conversation around him? I'll try to imagine that he's one of my friends back at the camp. Maybe that will make it easier. She fixed a picture of Cocoa in her head. Cocoa was so easy to talk to, if she pretended she was talking to him it would be less awkward. Looking up, she opened her jaws to speak, but her breath caught as her gaze met with Kotta's. He was looking straight at her, and it jumbled her thoughts. Cocoa, he's Cocoa, remember?!

"You have beautiful eyes", she blurted out. Dang it.

There was a period of silence again. Silence seemed to live in this place, through and through. They were the only things making a sound. Their breathing, their pawsteps, their occasional small talk as  they thought of something to say. Even the roar of the waterfall just outside was mostly muffled out.
But what the common kuhna said next surprised him. He'd admit it, that was not expected. "Uh... Thank you." He said, turning away, seemingly embarrased. Not that he'd admit that. Even he was selfish enough to be uncapable of being embarrased by a compliment. Never. "You do too."

Mystic, too, looked away in embarassment. She wondered if Kotta thought she was stupid now. Then she wondered why that would bother her so much.
She scrutenized what she was feeling at the moment. Very self-concious, for one. Her paws felt too big for her, like she should be stumbling over them in the dark. She was constantly wondering if she was pretty, or at least if Kotta thought she was. She also felt incredibly happy, and this conflicted with the self-conciousness in such a way that her insides felt all quivery and strange. Butterflies, they were called. So I have a crush on him. Figures. But crushes happened to her often enough that this wasn't unexpected. It wasn't uncommon for them to happen this quickly, either. What was strange was the strength of her feelings, the way she didn't want to look away from him, and the feeling of...companionship. There was something odd going on here. But what.

A sudden voice spoke in her mind, one that sounded oddly like Cynder's. Soulmate.

Mystic almost laughed out loud. She was addicted to love. She wanted so badly to have somebody, like Juliet had Romeo, Bella had Edward, any couple in any movie ever that had each other, that she was trying to materialize it for herself. She was sure Kotta didn't feel that way. He was level-headed, a clear thinker. And she was just a stupid lovesick teenager who wanted a boyfriend. Or a mate.

Mystic felt like crying.

But instead she looked ahead, deteminedly avoiding Kotta's gaze, and saw a little pattern of light shining on the floor of the tunnel. Almost like the sun shining through collapsed rocks.
"Kotta", she gasped, "we've reached the entrance." She turned her head to look at him. "It's still collapsed, what should we do?"

So it remained in silence yet again till the end, both of them seemed to be thinking. Thinking hard about what was going on. Even Kotta. Sure, he was level headed, down to earth most of the time. Never once had he been considered a dreamer or anything, not extreamly at least. He wouldn't zone out into little fantasies or anything, but saw life how it was. But even with that... he we also of age to find a mate, as a kuhna. And this girl he was finding he really liked, more than he was used to.
Mystics questions snapped him out of such thoughts. "Huh? Oh.. Hm." He kinda mumbled, remembering the problem before them, "Well... If we try to dig out, we may callapse it more and that is only if we find a rock small enough to move. I guess thats the only choice though, unless you wanna try to jump the falls, so we both get ready to run?"

"Yes." Mystic found herself breathless, for more than one reason. Apart from wanting to escape from the cave, she thought it best to escape from this situation alltogether, before she made another embarassing comment. Although she wasn't at all ready to leave this kuhna, oh no. But maybe the stupid crush would fade if she left him and never saw him again.

Always scared, always running away...yes, she was ready to run.

"Yes, I'll be ready to run", she told him. Taking the initiative, she darted foreward and begain digging with her front paws, first hesitantly and then gaining in confidence. She didn't think this was going to collapse, not right now, anyway. Small rubble was simple to roll away; for the larger ones she used her hind paws as well. Presently she reached a larger boulder that she needed help with. Shyly, she turned to Kotta. "Um...w-would you give me some help with this one?"

Kotta watched, slightly amused as Mystic went and practically attacked what rocks she could get out. The common must of really wanted out of there. Kotta jokingly joked with himself about he hoped it wasn't him, before he heard Mystics question.
"Of course." He said, trying to hide the laughter in his voice. He bounded up the rocks to where she was and possitioned himself where he could push it easily. "Ready?" He asked her.
