Anica couldn't convince herself to sleep until the other two were back. She was uncomfortable with the idea of sleeping in such a new place with no one to watch the wagon. Not much time passed before she could hear the shuffling of feet outside. As expected, it was Adrian and sweet little Lala, who was out like a candle. "Judging by the food on her blouse and her fat little belly, you were both welcomed very well?" Anica said quietly from her sitting place in the back corner. The evening was getting a small bit chilly and so she was all a bundle of blankets in her seat. The dread locked gypsy had a false sense of energy while sitting where she was, it was always this way at night. Her mother often called her an owl for it. Knowing herself a great deal better than all that, she knew that as soon as Adrian, the last of the band, was settled in his perch she would be asleep in an instance. She accounted for the next day's to-do's in her head as Adrian tucked Lala in. Valan's breakfast was salted days ago and ready for him, some of Anica's favorite medical herbs were bunched and ready to be given to the shaman (whom she was told enjoyed scented herbs for burning), and some extra hang over remedy was properly prepared incase she or Val should need it in the morning. Aside from that, she was looking forward to the unknown adventures the next day would bring and tried not to consider today a waste.

"So you guys didn't cause too much trouble, did you?" the male of their group asked in a hushed tone, trying not to wake the other two girls who were asleep. It was a fair question to ask, Val and Anica were almost always causing trouble. Their group was a lively one three-hundred and sixty-four days a year, today being one of the odd occasions that the group was mostly dead to the world. After locking up the back of the wagon Adrian made his way across the wagon, trying his best to not step on anyone's limbs. When he had reached his perch, the same place would steer the wagon from, he started getting comfortable and ready to go to sleep. Unless it was raining, Adrian liked having the stars above him and the sound of Valan snoring to soothe him to sleep.

Tomorrow would be a much more exciting day for the group, as there was dancing and a feast planned for that afternoon. The gang always participated in all of the activities of the various places they went.

Anica shrugged, "we really were not ourselves today." She said, as if disappointed that they didn't leave their mark on this continent on their very first day.
Once Adrian was out and settling, Anica said her usual evening warding that was always something like,"Night and moon, veil this home in shadow and make it invisible in the eyes of evil." All spoken in her first language of course. The night always seemed much darker after this, at least for her. Though the sky shone as bright as spirits. She crawled in with her sister Gypsies and the evening went quiet.
She would be up before the sun tomorrow- back to her usual tendencies- most likely exploring the plant life around them.

If there was still daylight, it would be near impossible to see, and if it was past nightfall, only few would actually notice it. Some people reported seeing a comet shooting overhead, while others saw the 'comet' landing in a bright flash of light in a nearby bush, or in the middle of the path in front of them.

It seemed, this Valentines, that the Legend of Love was indeed true, for the item that lay nearby, ready for your discovering, was Valentines related.
