Satou was siting where there was space to fight. She wasn't a good fighter, but she wanted to learn. She had heard a war is coming soon. She wanted to get stronger, and to learn how to fight before the war begins. All she knew about fighting she had learn it by herself. She hadn't had the chance to have someone to teach her.

Satou hated waiting, but Rushfeather had tokd her he that someone should be coming today. She was waiting where she could see if anyone would be coming toward her. the clearing was a good place to fight, so she was hoping someone would be coming to train her.

A small but tough looking Cake Kunha came up to Satou, looking ready to battle. She smiiled, but it was a bit of a forced one. "I'm Marbie, and my breeder told me to come here. I'm supposedly here to train you." she said, and backed up a bit. "Show me what you got."

Satou was a little bit taken by surprised, she only nodded at Marbie, then she got ready to fight. She start running toward Marbie and tries to slash a her. That was a move she was always using, and she knew it was a good one.

Marbie dodged easily, sidestepping her attack. "Too obvious. Try again." she said. Marbie stood this time, flexing her claws. She wanted to make Satou think she would attack, hoping to get her to jump onto her back.

Satou turned arround to face Marbie, she had dodged it so easily, 'How good is she compared to me?' she tought. After she saw Marbie had flexing her claws, she jumped, trying to get on Marbie's back.

Marbie smiled. Just as she'd wanted. She got down, letting Satou fall on her back. Then she went limp. "You won." she said, trying to sound weary. But she had a trick up her sleeve. She rolled over, trying to knock the breath out of Satou.

Satou was a little surprised by how easy it had been to jump on her back. When Marbie said ''you won'', she released her grip, and she fell for Marbie's trap. She quickly try to get away, struggling for breath.

Marbie rolled off of her, then jumped on her, pummelling her sheathed(that's no claws, right?) paws into her belly. "Come on, Satou, fight back!" she meowed in annoyance. SHe needed to throw her off. She had expected better from this Kuhna. Rena had made her sound like such a great fighter.

Satou was fighting with less speed than she usualy do, and she was way more good with her skill than what she just showed. Why wasn't she fighting like she had always do? Was it because her life wasn't on the line? She looked at Marbie, and she tryed to throw her away.

Marbie was a bit ruffled by the attempt to throw her and stumbled, but quickly tried to get a grip on Satou again. "Okay, that was good, now show me what you got!" Marbie yowled to her, and ran at her.

Satou looked at her trying to figure what was the best to do. She waited for Marbie to come, and she dodged at the last second. She slashed at Marbie's side just after.

Marbie fliched a bit, but she managed to sway before real damage was done. She slowed then turned around, coming back up to Satou. "That was great!" she said happily, smiling. "I heard that the war signups are going on soon, so we better finish up. Let me teach you some quick and easy moves that will leave your opponent frazzled."

First, she showed him the "skull craker", which was a paw strike directly to the head, causing their head to be hurt or even cracked. She did it a couple times, then had Satou try. "By the way, what side are you supporting?" she asked.

Satou was listening to Marbie's explanation, and when she asked her to try doing it, she did it without dificulty. ''Wich side? ... I think I'm with the purines but I'm not sure. What about you?''

Marbie smiled. "My breeders aren't letting me join the war, but most of our zoo is on the Purine side- except for a few Imperials that Rena and Marie collected." She laughed. The Imperials sometimes had to be locked away, just because they were interrogating the Purine pets so horribly. "My owners told me that these are the pets joining for our zoo: Sage, he's a common Rollaby, and Mri, she's a Blood Rollaby and..." she was a bit less anxious to tell Satou about Ilali, because if he joined the Imperials he would know that one of their own had betrayed them. She had joined the Pathfinders, hoping to be the one to be able to infiltrate the Interrogation Center to get friends of the Purines out. She was a very hopeful Matches. But Marbie felt that she could trust Satou. "And we also have an Imperial Matches joining the Purine side. Her name's Ilali, and she's so kind. Even though her outside is Imperial, her insides are Purine." she meowed. "Now let's try the swat and roll." she meowed, changing the subject back to training. "Okay, stand in a defensive posture and I'll show you what this move is. I promise I won't hurt you." she mewed, and waited for Satou.
