Areia's ears perked in interest.  "I'm guessing Michael's my brother?  And who is this girlfriend Grandmother speaks of, Dad?" She asked, grinning.  Tasera's eyes welled with tears as she watched Xryen leave, but she herself stayed.  "I sure hope Mom, Ryen, and Ashi'll all be okay... They've apparently moved into the barracks for the war now." She said, sighing.  "I heard that Dad's already moved into the barracks as well.  Why is there even a war going on?" She groaned, upset that both of her parents were gone to the war.  Galen turned to his grandparents and said, "I'd actually say that Grandmother's coloration is... a little more dominant in our bloodline.  A good deal of Mother's pups are very dark-colored, or gray; if not black.  The exceptions would be Fleur and her pups from Sire Varalus, which are all grey-colored." He said, licking his pelt.  His left eye still looked pale with its gash over it, and he had lost sight in it pretty much instantly.  At least there had been some pets skilled in the medical field there in Nori...

Tala grinned and nuzzled Rysk again. "Yeah, that's what I meant." she teased. So what if Rysk didn't get the innuendo. It was kind of cute that she was so naive about that sort of thing. Not that her naivety was reflected... well. Where it mattered.

Seth raised an eyebrow. "Where is he off to so fast..?" he asked, blinking. He was starting to feel rather out of place in the reunion... he'd probably leave soon unless someone distracted him or looked interesting enough.

Aerik'ith was having more or less the same thoughts, although she didn't guess that her thoughts were so close to Seth's. She was more decisive, though- she was leaving now, so that she and Yukita could head off somewhere- the femme lucain would be out of Lamenolai by now.

Takuma cast a playful glare at his mother before turning to Areia. "Yes, Michael is one of your brothers... And, well, she's not my 'girlfriend' per se..."

"Liar," Yin chastised.

"Ok, fine, so maybe she is... Her name's Amy, she's beautiful and sweet."

Yin chuckled and nuzzled Galen. "I see you had a small injury," she said. "Are you okay?" Typical grandma-like instincts, worry about the kids first. Granted, Areia was younger, but she seemed fine.

Rysk slowly stood up and looked over at Tala. "Hey... mind if we move elsewhere...? It's a bit too crowded here for my tastes..." She awaited her loved one's answer, although she really wanted to hurry and get outta there.

"That's probably a good idea..." said Tala, feeling a little out of place now that most of her relatives that she knew well had drifted away, and her father especially was gone. "Let's go to Tengel. We'll bring the kids." she added, smiling.

Seth let out a sigh and shrugged. Maybe he'd go and find that elusive sister of Rysk and see if she was interested in coming with him to get an ice cream in Nabias or something...

Rysk padded off after her mate, tails flicking about behind her. It'd be sad when Tala found out that their only son had gone to live with another owner... at least the owner kept in touch with her owner often. Who knew, maybe their son would show up at the meeting. Rynn would be happy to see Rin though.

Galen chuckled lightly.  "Eh, it's nothing too bad.  Aeragorn, one of my many half-brothers, accidentally swiped at my eye.  I can still see, just... not out of my left eye." He said, shrugging.  "It's not too horrible, just... hard to get used to."

Tasera sighed again.  "You know what...?  I'm gonna go home now... I heard that Lurker's gone into one of his sulks, despite Maeve being by his side..." She said, standing up and walking away.

Areia grinned as Galen spoke up.  "I remember her... She was at the Cathedral for some time... Along with Adeyaka, if I remember correctly." He said, blinking.  Areia shook her head and said, "How can you know all this stuff, Galen?"

"I'm, like, way older than you, Areia." Galen teased, smiling.

Dios nodded quietly and sat back to listen to the others for a while; eventually, he decided it was about time for him to leave. "I'm sorry, everyone..." he started to say, standing up, "but I had probably better go. Some of my companions are going off to join the war soon... I want to be there to wish them good luck. Farewell..." With that, he gave a last nod to everyone, then turned to leave.

"Mm... I suppose I'd best be off, too, then," Brandy said, following. "It's been nice seeing and meeting everyone. I hope we can all cross paths again!"

Bloom followed by her mother's heels; she said nothing, but looked back at her other relatives with some sadness; she wasn't ready to go yet, but she didn't want her mother to leave without her, either.

Takuma nodded. "I promised to help Amy with a project, I'll be off, then, too..." he said, running off.
