Dios looked from Tali?±a to Sethor, from Sethor to Tali?±a, and he grinned. Sethor's voice ringed with honesty to his ears, and surely- hopefully- Tali?±a knew what was good for her. "Very good, then!" he said. "You may call me 'Dad' if you'd like, though I suppose it's more fitting since Tali?±a calls me that also," he laughed to Sethor.

Upon hearing Tali?±a and Galen's comments, Brandy's face went red under her fur. "Oh, gosh... Stop it, guys," she said, chuckling herself and waving a paw as if to shoo them away. "You're flattering me!"

Bloom's ears pricked at the tiny voice, and once Cimarosa was introduced, she gleefully skipped over to the newcomer to say hello. "Hiya! My name's Bloom!" Despite the fact that Bloom was older, she was only a bit larger than Rosa herself. "I guess we're cousins, too!" She seemed excited at the prospect of having several cousins. In fact, she seemed quite excited at just about anything.

"Well... I wouldn't really say pest..." Rysk began, thinking of all the times that Xyren had actually saved her. "I just see too much of him... He's always around..." He was a great help when she was in trouble, but in truth he kept her from taking many risks that she did want to take.

"Actually," Xyren spoke to Seth, a small smile spreading across his face. "Our youngest sister lives with our father, Nazuna." No, he hadn't met the male lucain in person, but he was rather proud to be his son.

Tali?±a smiled again, watching Cimarosa grin at Bloom.  "Yup, I think we are cousins!" She said proudly.  "I don't know why some people don't like that my great-grandma has such large bloodlines, but I am not ashamed of my blood." She said, puffing out her chest.

"That's my girl." Tali said, smiling broadly.  Alexa stood up and whispered something to her, and Tali nodded, watching Alexa leave.  "She says that she has some... pressing matters to attend to, and hopes that you understand." Tali explained as the female Dingo Lucain shrank over the horizon.

Galen smiled.  "But it's the truth, Aunt Brandy.  Malamute and Jacket fox are one of the more simplistic pairings of markings that I take a liking to." He said, even though he hadn't had the choice of his markings.

Tasera tilted her head.  "You have another sister?  Do you know anything about what she's like?" She asked, blinking.  She could imagine not living with her siblings, but not knowing them?

Tala tilted her head at Rysk. "Oh... is that a bad thing?" she asked, suddenly nervous about the amount of time she had spent around Rysk. "Spending too much time around you, I mean. Or is it just him personally?"

Seth raised an eyebrow. "Maybe I should go check her out..." he said, grinning. "A fated meeting if there ever was one, right?" he laughed. Xyren's other sister was probably crazy or something. He usually wasn't lucky in matters of fate. Still, worth a shot...

Aerik'ith blinked as Alexa left. That was abrupt... sighing, she looked around for someone else to talk to. There wasn't much else to do at a family reunion, after all.

Sethor's smiled, but sighed a few seconds later. "As it happens, dad I find myself forced to leave already... I am one of Max's war pets, and he's eager to start intensive training. It was nice meeting you. Farewell until next time, Tali?±a." he added, nuzzling his lifemate before slipping off into the endless groves of Idalani.

Tali?±a smiled and nuzzled him back.  "I have to be going as well... I am one of Fire's war pets as well." She said, walking away.  "We'll try to come back later, but... the war is so close, I can smell it coming..." She added as she looked to Galen, Tas, and Cimarosa.  The latter squealed and followed after her mom, saying, "Don't leave me here..."

Galen chuckled as he turned to his half-brother.  "That would be a coincidence indeed." He said, looking over at his half-sisters.  "I'm so happy for them, but I fear I might never find that same love." He sighed as Tasera smiled.  "So... how are things?"

Dios nodded with a quiet 'mm-hmm' to Sethor. "You take care of yourself, Sethor. I wish you luck!" He also nuzzled Tali?±a just before she left. "You take care of yourself, too. I know that you know this already, but your family needs you... Good luck in the war." He then took a step back and watched her leave, with a sad, far-off look in his eyes.

Brandy shrugged her shoulders. "Well, if you say so, Galen. It looks a bit better on you, though," she added. "It's unique. Different from what I'm used to seeing, anyway..."

Bloom giggled and mimicked Cimarosa's chest-puffing. "I'm not ashamed, either!" Her mood quickly changed when Cimarosa had to leave, though. "Aw... Seeya later, cousin!" she called after her. She skipped back over to her mother and sat at her feet.

Yin sighed, listening to the chatter. She turned and began talking with Takuma.

"So, that's your daughter, hm?" Yin asked.

"Indeed," Takuma said. "Beauty, isn't she?"

"I'd certainly say so. My my, all my kids have such wonderful pups. You guys get such good genes from your father, you know."

"Really?"

"Yes."

"Actually, we've only gotten to meet her once, and that was when we were all still pups in the nursery." Xyren spoke, ears lowering a bit. It was sad to think that they knew so little of their youngest sibling. "I know that she looks a lot more like our mother though..."

Rysk let out a small laugh before licking Tala's cheek. "It's just him that I'm speaking of. You see... He gets in the way of things I wish to do."

A grinned crosseding Tala's face as nuzzled Rysk, enjoying the lick. "Really? Because he's never gotten in my way so far..." Yes, Tala did have a bit of a perverted side. But that was healthy, right?

"Well then maybe when I go meet her you should come with me?" asked Seth, smiling at Xyren. He seemed nice enough, although maybe a little bit too serious, but that wasn't too bad.

Aerik'ith glanced around the area, wondering momentarily why the reunion hadn't started to fragement already, since the two main guests had run off because of the war...

Dios heard Yin talking in the background, and he turned to join in on her conversation. "You really think so?" he asked her, when she mentioned his good genes. "I think many of them get their good traits from you... Their pretty markings and dark colors especially," he added, sitting next to her and wrapping his tails round her feet.

Brandy approached them, as well. "He's right, Mom... I've gotten more compliments on my jacket fox marking than anything." She whipped her tails to show off their silvery tips.

Bloom tagged along at her mother's feet. "I don't look like either of you..." she said to her grandparents, sounding almost concerned.

"You have your grandfather's eyes," Brandy told her reassuringly.

"Really?" she asked, looking up at Dios. She squinted, and then realized something. "They look just like yours, Mommy!" Bloom exclaimed of Dios's eyes.

Tasera looked up at Xryen and said, "I know how you feel.  Up until now, I didn't really know my brother and sister save for what Fire told me about their markings once they grew.  So, by way of markings, I'm my dad's girl, and Seth is mom's boy." She smiled again, then said, "Doesn't your father live with one of the... higher-ups of the Evelon world?" She asked, tilting her head.

Galen chuckled as Areia blushed.  "Grandma!" She said, giggling.  "Everyone's told me I'm really pretty..." She smiled as Galen said, "Well, little cousin, it's true.  You're such a little beauty, with an elegant personality to boot."

Areia turned red under her brown fur, showing that she appreciated her cousin's comment.

Yin blushed under her dark fur. "I may have nice markings, but you kids got all your pretty colors from him," she said, poking Dios with one of her tails playfully.

"She has a point there," Takuma admitted, noting how each of them carried predominantly their father's coloration, with the exception ot Tali's black.

"See?"

"Hm..." Dios pondered. "My colors and your markings... I think that makes us even, then," he said with a smile. "I prefer it if we're both just as good as the other, really..."

Brandy chuckled. "That's my dad for you... Always the peacemaker." Although, personally, Brandy thought the black was more dominant in their family, since Tali?±a had had the most pups... Many of them were black.

Bloom hopped over to her grandfather and snuggled against his flank, and Dios wrapped a tail around her with a smile.

Xyren opened his mouth to speak, but quickly stopped and stood up. "I'm sorry Tas... but I really must go for a while. I'll see you again some time soon." He nuzzled her as well as licked her cheek before turning away and padding off.

rysk let out a small chuckle and shook her head. "Yeah... Well you haven't been around him for very long."

Yin chuckled. "You're so sweet, Dios," she said happily, tails wagging. So much for her decree that she'd never fall for a guy, hm?

Takuma chuckled. "Michael'd love you, Dad. You'll have to meet him sometime, really."

Yin nodded, licking Dios' ear. "He would love you. You'll have to meet Takuma's girlfriend, too."

Takuma turned red under his coat.
