Night looked at Chi, confused. "Voices? Before us? Umm...no. Just the three outside and us two." she said. She looked down the hall warily then looked at Mabli. She's been awfuly quiet. Then Night looked back at the two talis, awaiting their response.

Chi stared, and Broken whipped his tail around more violently. "Well, obviously someone is here that none of us know about...." he said. Chi shivered. "But....but....." she glanced around. "How about you bring your friends!" she said, wanting their to be a bigger group if someone was lurking.....

Outside, Snow and Shimmer perked their ears. They had heard the call. It sounded like Night. "We can go in now." said Shimmer, starting for the door. Snow began to follow, then noticing that Aishwarya was staring off into space, yanked her tail gently. She didn't want to hurt her just because she was daydreaming.

Chi breathed. "So.....um.....what were you guys doing?" she asked. "Not to be nosy or anything!" she quickly added. Broken looked around. "We don't know much, and wanted to go exploring. You may join us if you like!" she blushed. Then she looked at the time. "Oh no, I have to go!" Broken nodded, and they were off.

Night shifted and glanced at Mabli. She didn't want to endanger Shimmer and Snow, so she turned to Mabli. "We should go. We'll probably see you another time. Good bye" she said. Then she walked down the stairs and stepped in Shimmer's way. "We're going, it's not safe here." she said, ingoring Shimmer's confused face. "But...but..." Snow stammered. The two talis glanced at each other and sighed. With a farewell nod to Aishwarya, they followed Night into the jungle towards ther home.
