She watched as the little creature answered her question by flittering back to the large wall behind them, he once more disappeared down one of the long corridors. Ayami chuckled to herself but didn't follow, someone had to be there in case there were more of those horrid monsters lurking about. She could hear the small dragon's chitters and squeals echo around the building softly. She focused on the world outside again, wondering if she'd ever see Bai or Terra again, and oddly if Lyka had ever fixed up that eyesore of an old car in the time she'd been asleep. Shivering she rubbed her palms up and down her arms, but she knew she wasn't cold. It was the tiring thoughts and fears of never going home that had caused the tremors in her flesh.

Ayami had just begun to let the sinking feeling that was all to akin to doom and damnation settle in  her mind and heart when the soft clicks and chips began to grow louder. She knew what was making them, and since the calls didn't sound panicked or urgent, Ayami didn't feel any alarm. It was likely that the dragon thing was excited and nothing more, considering that the first beast had been slayed. The small wisp flew back through three walls and hovered chittering with excitement to Ayami, who for a second pulled her mind away from the loneliness that had crept up on her to ponder if this little thing was just a history buff. With a huffed sigh she smiled a wiry, tired smile to the little dragon. "You know I have no idea what your saying." She told him with a bit of a shrug.

Apparently undaunted the small dragon turned from her to chit and squeal to the odd sword who seemed to understand, as it responded to the quiet after the dragon finished with a soft melody of hums. Ayami watched halfheartedly as the two exchanged sounds and gestures, feeling more isolated from this world than she had the night before. "Some adventure..." She muttered to herself before turning back to the jungle where she could hear the birds singing their final songs. She was sulking and she would continue to sulk as long as she felt, at least that was what she told herself. She actually hadn't noticed the lapse in sounds behind herself until a she was hit with a square block of stone in her lower back. "Oof!" Ayami whipped around to see the small dragon hovering off the ground seeing pleased. "That wasn't very nice." She grumbled at the small dragon who thrilled at her before preforming a sort of dance in the air.

Grumbling a bit more Ayami got to her feet to and picked up the small stone. The markings on the stone seemed to be purpleish in color,puzzled she looked up at the small dragon. The wisp of inky smoke thrilled once more before it zipped away towards the back once more, disappearing through the back wall. Sighing Ayami picked up Kimi's odd sword and placed it close to the injuried woman, before racing after the dragon.

She'd darted down right hallway after Kimi's familiar, rushing to follow the chips the little creature was making. Suddenly she realized the further she went the more the sounds echoed throughout the hallways, she was lost. Turning back she turned back towards the path she'd entered from, she wasn't so sure which way was which as each path twisted and turned into blackness. Ayami could see her breath in the cold of the stone structure, but that was little help in figuring out where she was either. From beyond her left she could still hear the creature's impatient chirps and squeaks.

It had been one of the longer days for Satiel, he was however not one to complain. As dusk began to shroud the world he realized he needed a place to rest for the night, but he was content even to sleep in the jungle if that was the case. The mini vacation was what he'd needed to relax, at least he was until he ventured upon the mighty stone ruins. At the sight, Satiel's love for history was sparked instantly, and the young kuhna made his way towards the ruins of the palace temple. This would be his luck after all he thought, crossing the once market place now over grown in tangles, heading straight for the steps. On the steps Satiel was horrified to be met by the body of Chimerantula who'd obviously met an unfortunate fate. Shocked he stumbled into the doorway of the palace, only to meet who had killed the lovely predator outside, who didn't seem like she'd faired any better than the creature. "Oh my..." Were the only words that came from his lips as he moved to help her, since the other was already dead. Pulling from his pack a mortar and pedestal, laying it beside the woman while he went back out to find the needed herbs he'd seen growing in the market square.

Ayami was about three seconds from calling it a hopeless lose to try and find her way back to the front room, especially since she now couldn't tell up from down in the stone maze, and the cold was pulling at her bones. "Where are you?" She called out to the small dragon's chirps, hoping it would come to find her. "Please?" She pleaded with it, turning in a circle in the third hallway she'd crossed through.Suddenly the little creature popped out of the wall in front of her, thrilling with a shiver before slowly drifting before her into a majestic center throne room.

Once the herbs were gathered and he was sure that those were all he could find in this place, Satiel returned to the woman inside the palace entry way. Sitting beside the woman he began to grind the herbs together, silently listening to the world around him speaking in it's hushed tones and soothing whispers as he took strips off the cloth robes he'd found inside her black leather pack. His own brown woven bag resting beside her's he began to slather the herbs onto the pieces, wrapping them around her upper arm and exposed wounds.

Awe struck at what she'd just entered, Ayami let out a small gasp as she looked over everything around her. This was a regal place, and she watch as the little bugger of a dragon floated about the room, seeming to read everything on the walls. Behind the throne, Ayami saw a fire place and a bed like couch. It would be a perfect place to bring Kimi back to and let her rest safely, she noted as she moved back to look a little more. Her eyes caught on the throne first gleaming slightly in the blackness around her, then the carvings on the arms of the throne, a pair of moonlings which seemed to sit there staring back at her.

Satiel had finished with the woman's wounds when her heard the distant voice, another woman. Shuttering he gave up the idea of running away quietly, after all it seemed these two would likely end up dead here if he did. The shy kuhna stood up and made his way to the left hallway, "Ello, are..are you...l-lo-lost...back...there?" He called trying to control his studder so as to be heard.

Ayami turned in the large room, she could have sworn she caught the sound of a voice. But after a silent moment when all she could hear was the echo of dripping water and the soft creaking of the stones settling around her she shrugged it off. Her mind did play tricks on her often, she could remember some embarrassing times of that. Instead Ayami kept wandering about the room, her hand running smoothly over the carved stones around the throne. She could honestly say she was in a sort of trance from the beauty of the gold carved Moonlings before her, the more she saw of them, the more she wanted to meet one herself.

When he got no response Satiel began to wonder if he wasn't just jumpy, the other woman was sleeping peacefully still when he sat down beside her. His eyes noted the fire dying down in it's intense roar, he'd never liked the idea of sacrificing a tree for warmth. In this case he had no real choice in the matter, thus after a long period of searching, and digging through one of the other rooms he reappeared with some cloth blankets and a few more pieces of wood. He wrapped one part of the blanket around the woman, hoping it would provide some warmth; and threw the other two over top the wood he'd thrown into the fire. "That should make it last." He pondered to himself quietly, relaxed in the fact that he didn't have to interact with anyone, yet.

Ayami wasn't watching Kimi's familiar, she was too engrossed in her own thoughts and dreams of this creature. She ignored it's cries, it's shrill calls that gave away it's panic over the welfare of it's keeper. She didn't even notice when the little dragon flew so fast from the doorway that it looked like it poofed into a small smoke cloud. Ayami was quietly making up her mind that she would find this thing, at any cost, and she meant any. It had to be her ticket home, or at least it had to be a start in the direction of home.

Satiel was to say the least shocked when the small dragon wisp suddenly popped into the room, bringing a small cloud of dark smoke with it. He coughed a bit using his left hand to clear away some of the smoke, and when he opened his eyes again the small thing hovered before him. The dragon hung motionless in the air before it chipped and clicked at him with hostility, amazingly he understood it. His look of disbelief calmed to a sort of small smile, "Now, now, friend. I'm not here to cause harm." He chuckled lowly.

From beside Kimi Tzion seemed less concerned, the sword knew when something or someone met harm to his owner. Still with Dov seeming upset and obviously intent on bothering the stranger, Tzion felt at least a bit responsible to shut him up. After a few seconds the yellow eye at the center of the handle opened and peered out around the room. Once Dov had too caught sight of Tzion's faint glow, it turned to face the possessed sword. Once Tzion had Dov's attention he zinged several times in protest to the small creature who seemed to hang it's head at the scolding.

Satiel had noticed the sword's glowing eye, and the dark aura which seemed to resonate from it. There wasn't much surprise in his look at he watched the two communicate and interact. Even man made things could take one a life of their own, he'd seen that so many times in his life. Like usual Satiel kept his thoughts to himself, since it seemed neither party had notice his ability to understand. Besides at this point words of any type were useless, thus he set himself up a spot to sit back and wait for the woman to awaken.

Still oblivious to the missing familiar or the strange out in the front, Ayami lite up a handful of purple flame to use as a light in the dark room. She was overly excited, like a child looking at a table of presents. It didn't matter to her that this told her next to nothing, just as the burning of the flesh on her back didn't matter. She didn't have to attempt to track down the one who awoke her if she could just find this thing, it would help her home. Leaving the throne Ayami began to study the wall to her left, images of bodies and bloody hearts had little effect on her as she attempted to read the symbols in vain.
