Poseidon looked around, he had been waiting for this meeting ever since he had seen her at Idalani Falls. She, Arkuni, was the most beautiful female he had ever seen. They had recently become lifemates, and would also be breeding, when Froma or ajforpresident could actually get a room. They hadn't been away from each other long, but he really wanted to see her. At his feet, he had brought a present, he had told no one of this gift, he didn't want to ruin the surprise.

"Hey!" said Arkuni. She was running to Poseidon smiling and laughing. She was glad that someone could be her lifemate. She then tripped and came tumbling down. She landed...but on Poseidon. She giggled."Sorry! I tripped on my own two feet! She then gave him a little kiss on the nose and giggled. "I came as fast as I could when I was told you were here!" She then got up and started brushing herself off.

"That's okay," he was so happy to see her! He smiled before helping her get clean. "I brough this for you," he said. He hoped she liked it, he had made some sugar cookies that had different colored sugar on each one. He had asked for some help from Froma since he couldn't do some things, like stuff that you needed thumbs for, but he had mostly made them. He nudged the package in front of her paws, and waited excitedly for her to open the box.

"This is for me? Thanks!" She ripped open the package and saw the the different colored sugar cookies. "Yummy! Cookies!" she took one and took a big bite out of it. "Thanks Poseidon! Cookies are my favorite!"

"I'm glad you like them," he said. He was blushing, he was very happy that she had enjoyed the present.  "I missed you,"he murmured, smiling. He wished that they could see each other more often. If they had kits, they could see each other more often. He wished for a free room, and for the season for kits to start.

"I missed you too..." she said after swallowing the piece of cookie. She felt so calm around Poseidon. She felt like spending her whole life with him.

"How was your christmas?"Poseidon asked,"Froma was excited about her family's new Wii, but I don't know what is so exciting about a metal box. Maybe you have to have thumbs to understand why."

"My christmas was great! Everyone in my family got a present from Aj. Speaking of christmas..." Arkuni took out her art bag an pulled out a stuffed bear. "This is what I got. And if you squeeze the bear then it makes a funny noise!" she squished the bear and it sqeaked.

He smiled. "Thanks! it's a great gift, I got this for you for Christmas," he replied. In the little box was a necklace with a shining crystal heart on it. He hoped she liked it, he had saved up his "allowance" (Posedion had no idea what an allowance meant) to get it for her.

Arkuni gasped. "This is for me?" she took the necklace. "Thank you Poseidon!" She then grabbed Poseidon and gave him a hug. She was so happy with her gift. "I have a gift for you too!" She then gave him a little kiss on his cheek and then his maw.

"You're welcome," he said, blushing,"I'm glad you like it." When she kissed him he melted. She was the sweetest female he had ever met.

"I love it so much!" she put it on and smiled. "Thank you, again." She giggled. She felt so happy with Poseidon. She was thinking that if they had kits that they would be just like him.

He smiled. "Do you want me to help you put the necklace on?" He asked. He was "over-the-moon" with joy, and happy that he had chosen such a beautiful gift for her. " A beautiful gift for a beautiful girl," he said.

"Sure!" When Poseidon said she was beautiful, she blushed. "You're so sweet."

He picked up the necklace and carefully fastened the necklaces long chain around her neck. When it was fastened, he sat down next to her, purring loudly. He was so happy, and wished that any time he was sith her, the tie would never end.
