Blinking, Rae studied Silvermist. "How do you know your owner doesn't care for you?" he asked, feeling quite silly. He'd never taken time to think how one might feel if their owner didn't care for one.
At the same instant, Yamaha asked, "Why doesn't your owner care for you?"

Thorn wiggled her wings a bit, staring at Silvermist (or is it shadowmist? *confusion* xD) and frowning a bit. "What is it that your owner has done to make you believe they do not care for you?" Spectre had lay down in a sphinx sort of way, glowing white-blue eyes watching the small bird speak. Stone body made him look like a strange glowing statue, utterly motionless. He appeared to lack the ability or need to blink at all, and seemed slightly interested in the conversation. He was, although not much could show it except the fact that his glowing gaze lay on the Match.

Shadowmist stared in fear and stumbled while trying to answer."We..ll She ignor_ed. Eeeh.. me.." Shadowmist toke a big gulp of air."She stopped talking to me and caring. She always freaked everytime she saw a bird and feathred friends. But eventually she got tired of me!" Shadowmist screeched the last part trying not to cry. It was just to hard to bar the thought.

"I'm sure it's unintentional," Yamaha said soothingly, leaning down to lick Shadowmist on top of her head comfortingly.
"I bet it is," agreed Rae (though he still looked bewildered); "Why don't you give her a second chance? And anyway, my owner has four Kuhnas including us and now a Cavallion - but she's still got time for us even if sometimes she's vague and snappish." He grinned at the thought, deciding not to mention the last time Lea yelled was because he'd accidentally swallowed a Keystone.

[Elly]

Thorn fluttered her wings slightly. "My owner, Ellen, she isn't always the nicest person in the world. She can be a bit harsh at times, but I know she cares about all of us. Let's see... She owns me, Spectre, a Slynx, a Cavallion, a... Magistrey..." she broke off here, scowling, but continued. "She also has a Penticorn. And she doesn't mistreat one of us, even though she can be a bit unhospitable at times. But she treats us all as best as she can." The mentioned Temple Yonyuu, Spectre, nodded a short affirmative. "But like Yamaha said. I'm sure that your owner didn't mean it. You should talk to her!" Thorn was insisting this, and had leaned her head down to the Match's level to look it in the eye. Invisibly, Spectre rolled his eyes, turning his muzzle in a circular motion to match this movement. It seemed like she got a bit overreacted about things like this slightly often, despite it being for the good (hopefully) of the recipient to her 'knowledge.'

Yamaha was glad that Thorn, at least, supported them; she might have said more if Rae had not chosen that moment to say, "I think I heard a stream a little ways down, and I'm thirsty. What say we get some water?" He marched towards the aforementioned stream.
Yamaha rolled her eyes helplessly for the others' benefit and said, "If you need us, you know where we'll be." Then she followed Rae, who was indeed slurping thirstily at a clear little stream. "Way to go, bottomless stomach."
 "What?" Rae asked indignantly.
 "You taking a drink is definitely not more important than a runaway Match!" Yamaha scoffed, but she joined him and lapped at the water thirstily, too.

Thorn only nodded and smiled to Yamaha before lifting her head and watching the Match. Without delay, she prompted to it: "So, are you going to try and talk to your owner... or not?" Spectre watched in silence, large stone wings laying spread out on the ground. Two eyes peered questioningly at Shadowmist, and by now he pretty much could be mistaken as a rather odd statue in a rather odd place. Well, sort of. Meanwhile, the Imperial Garudor was busy watching the Match, namely Shadowmist, who she was currently trying to get some words out of.

Shadowmist nodded thinking where in the world of Evelon she would go to find her owner. She said sfty"Thanks.. i wish I remember where I went" She created a gaint innocent smile rubbing her wing against her forehead.


After two min..About 1 mile away.

A candy Fenling was smelling both the ground and air. It looked wild and possibly happy in a lot of ways. It was a male and had his jewels shining brightly trying to look prettier than all the other girls. He was smelling the ground with a Red haired Teenager gripping along the way. The girl was saying"What do you mean? You lost her? She means everything to me. Candycrystal! Answer me! Ginger hated the thought of her Match disappearing out of thin air. She worried about what could happen to the lvl two Match.

Cancrystal sighed, he hated that name. It was more girly than anything. He couldn't stand the fact that this red-haired girl was supposeto be his so called human. He answered scornfully"I am a male! I am not this so called Candycrystal female! I am a male you understand!? he glared down at the teenager not caring if she was listening with all her gripping.

//Aren't the pets allowed to talk to humans? I checked the rules that didn't help.//

Yamaha finished drinking and the twosome, tails entwined, went back to Shadowmist in time to hear her statement. Rae blurted stupidly, "You mean you're lost?!" Quicker than an echo came Yamaha's words: "Why don't you try to get a message to her?" They glanced at each other and then back to Shadowmist.

Thorn glanced at the now-returned Kuhnas. "Apparently so, and I don't know how we'd send any type of message. Enlighten me." She smiled a bit when this was said and began pondering where her owner might be. Hm. Probably going up to Basantha Shrine, either to see Desira or some other reason. Thorn shrugged off the thought and glanced at the small bird.

Rae blinked. "Um..." He, too, thought about where his owner was. Oh, yes, that was right - in the Waiting Room, trying to snag a Kuhna breeding room. Ah, well. "Um..." he looked a bit put out. "Well, it was a good shot," he muttered. "When can we go Moonling Hunting?"
Yamaha let out an exasperated noise. "We are Moonling Hunting. Do you know where your owner was last? We could ask around and track him." She thought. "Or I could fly it to him."
"Her, most likely," corrected Rae. "Lea's a 'she.'"
"Not everyone is. Okay, fine, track her." Yamaha rolled her eyes again. "Well?" she asked the bird expectantly.

Shadowmist sighed and tried to think of all the places. She remember flying fast here and went by that. "She must be around here... I guess. She could have wondered off towards another place. Probabbly went looking for those bird brains parakeets." Shadowmist tried to make herself look like a Polly. It seemed almost very easy. Only promblem was that she wasn't colorful and her fires gave everything away.

Ginger stared at the Fenling with disbelief. She said scornfully"Well You never tols me that! Candycrystal how come you lost her scent?"

Candcrystal did not reply he merely pushed on. He felt angur being built up in his fur. He said evily"Hey Magma head! I think I got something!"

Ginger responded to the Magma head."Well Cottoncandy.. Did you find her location? Also Where is it!!"

Candycrystal again ignored her blabbering answers. He just wished to sink both claw and toothh into her skin. Maybe happy to chew it apart... Mmm what a dream? He began slobbering at the thought. HOw much he wished to be in a desert with heat against his fur.

Yamaha stifled a grin at the sight of the Match looking like a Polly. Rae, on the other hand, burst out laughing until he hiccuped and had to go get a drink again. His sister glanced at Thorn before replying to Shadowmist. "Around here, huhn? That describes only a few places...right?" She tried to be optimistic.
And failed.
Rae came back, his hiccups gone. "You'd be surprised. For all we know, her owner could be halfway across the globe by --OW" Yamaha had nudged his ribs with her elbow. Very hard, in fact. He glared at her, but hers was the mask of innocence.
