Thorn smiled and chuckled a bit, looking off into the distance. Spectre twitched his ears slightly and sat up, yawning as if he'd been sleeping instead of just lying around. The Garudor tapped her claws against the moist rainforest soil. "So," Thorn said, looking at her companions, "should we begin looking?"

[SweetDisaster]

"I like that idea," Rae said instantly, yawning, and he began to walk into the forest.
 Yamaha lunged out, twining her tail around his and jerking him to a standstill. "Look for a certain lost owner? Or look for Moonlings?" she asked, to clarify, ignoring Rae's indignant grumbles.
 "As if I ever grabbed YOU and almost broke YOUR tail..."
 "Because," and Yamaha spoke over Rae, "The two searches are completely different...direction and motive wise."

[Alterna]

A Venom Ferrikoon flies overhead, teasing a Seraph Sahound to play. "Come on Niteleaf..." ,says the Sahound, sounding a bit aggravated. "I don't want to play!" Smiling, Niteleaf flicks her tail onto the Sahound's nose. "Don't be a spoiler Bloom. You're just mad 'cuz Leore said you need exercise."
Sighing the Clockwork Yonyuu shakes his head, "Will you two stop bickering? It's getting on my nerves." Niteleaf turns her attention on Fonzo and replies, "What do you mean nerves? You've got wires. And we're not bickering."
"You've got that right," says Bloom. "You're just being annoying!"
Landing on Fonzo's back, Niteleaf takes her paw and smoothes back her right ear and responds, "My specialty."
Shaking his head some more, Fonzo mutters, "You guys are impossible."
Ignoring them, Bloom cocks her head and says, "Hey, I think there is another group of people to our left." Catching sight of the Kuhnas, Niteleaf leaps up, "Why don't we go say hello?"  With that she darts over to a bush behind the Common Kuhna, and then pounces on him.
Gasping, Bloom and Fonzo chase after Niteleaf.

Something furry smacked into Rae; he loosed a howl of surprise and fell face-first into the soft dirt before straightening and glaring at the Ferrikoon. "What?" he spluttered.
 Yamaha had jumped at the sound of Rae's howl, but she eyed the Ferrikoon and her companions with tolerant amusement. "Very nice entrance," she teased, grinning. "What might your names be?" deciding not to mention theirs just yet. "And have you seen an owner looking for a Match?"

Shadowmist looked up and said hopefully"Well we could look for both.. Wouldn't that be fun?" She flew up tweeting happily.

Ginger saw a bolder to her right and slumped onto it."Candycrystal, I'm tired of looking! Can we take a break?"
Candycrystal shook his head and said"Look.. You call me that girly name. When I'm obviously a guy! Also the sooner I find your Match sooner you'll leave me be!." He snapped at her with his fox like jaws. He couldn't stand the fact Ginger never stop thinking about the fact he was a warrior not a pet. Plus with her stupid Shadowmist around she act like he isn't there. Why did it have to leave?

Ginger mouned and ground in complaint. She said softly"Please Cottoncandy... I'll give you a Fenlig treat." She smiled eyes full of hope he'll take the treat.
Candycrystal made a stubborn grimaced face. He then sighed and said"Alright! Fine let's sleep and forget everything! Yeah sleep!"

Shadowmist gave a smile and said"Welcome new comers" She looked at the new comers with fear of being small. Thank goodness she was a match and could just turn into ashes and come back. For these guys were Huge!

[Alterna]

Leaping off of the Common Kuhna, Niteleaf landed on Fonzo's head. Making a salute she announced, "The name's Niteleaf and no, we haven't seen an owner looking for a Match."
As Fonzo bent down to bow Niteleaf bowed with him. Fonzo continued, "My name's Fonzo, at your service." Then Bloom ran forward and reared up on her hind legs, flaring her wings. "And my name's Bloom. We'll help you find that owner if you like."
The threesome liked to do this, it was almost a tradition for them. Niteleaf liked to do it because it was fun, and the only reason Bloom did it was because she didn't like being left out. Fonzo was in fact the one who had started it, because he was just that way.
Leaping off of Fonzo's head as he got up, Niteleaf landed lightly beside the small Match and patted its head. "And I suppose you're the Match that the owner is looking for, right?"
Placing all four feet back on the floor, Bloom walked up to the Hydrokuhna and asked, "Will you be announcing your names now?" Reaching up with one of her paws Bloom rubbed her halo, a sign for Fonzo to go and meet the rest of the bunch. Sometimes Bloom liked to think of herself as the commander of a small platoon. A VERY small platoon.
Advancing toward the Garudor, Fonzo sat down in front of it. "It's nice to meet all of you! I thought we might not see anyone out here at night."

Yamaha bit back a grin and bowed, too, answering. "My name is Yamaha and my brother's name is Rae. It's nice to meet you."
 Rae imitated her bow. "Nice to meet you."
 "Yes," Yamaha went on, "Shadowmist is...lost. We were hoping that maybe someone's seen her owner..." She sighed softly and glanced up at the sky. "Night's drawing in. Perhaps we'd better find some shelter and start the search tomorrow?"
 "What about supper?" Rae offered eagerly.
 "We just ate!" Yamaha retorted severely, flicking one of her tails at him irately. "Greedyguts."
 Rae sniffed haughtily. "Fine. Has anyone seen a cave or anything?"

[Elly]

The Garudor dipped her head to the Yonyuu. "M'name's Thorn. Pleased to meet you. We didn't really expect to find anyone either..." Spectre stood up for once, seemingly a bit pleased to see another of his species, and turned to Rae before touching him gently on the shoulder with his nose- also stone- and then pointing it to the right. Apparently he was signaling there was a cave in that direction, and without waiting for a response began walking off in that direction. Thorn glanced at the Clockwork pet and his companions. "If you want, you can come with us! We're looking for Shadowmist's owner, I believe Rae and Yamaha are still looking for a Moonling. Not sure." She then trotted off after the Temple pet, large clawed feet thumping against the ground. Indents shaped like her feet were marked into the damp soil.

Rae nodded. "Yes, we're still looking..." Then he turned to the others. "Well, if you're coming, then come; if you're not, then don't."
"That definitely made sense," Yamaha said, rolling her eyes, but she followed Spectre towards the cave. She soon spotted it: It was large and dripped water
Rae grimaced after his sister, but skipped after her, repeating, "If you're coming, then come!"

[Alterna]

Bloom smiled, "We'd be glad to help you look for Shadowmist's owner!" She eagerly followed after the others. "And a nice cave to sleep in would be nice." Of course in her head she was thinking, A cave? Do you know how many creatures or insects there are in caves? It'd be safer to sleep in a tree. Actually that'd be a good idea. But of course, Bloom didn't say anything.
Fonzo smiled at Spectre and quickly ran up next to the Temple pet. "Hi what's your name? Thorn didn't mention it." Fonzo was a friendly Yonyuu and his tongue was hanging out of the side of his mouth, which gave him a silly expression as he turned his head to look at the other Yonyuu. "If you don't like to talk that's ok too." With this, he set his eyes on the cave. "I could stand guard tonight if you and the others want."
Leaving Shadowmist's side, Niteleaf bounded over to Rae. "Geez! No need to be redundant. If we didn't want to come we wouldn't have bothered coming here." And then just to get on the Kuhna's nerves a bit added, "Even your sister has more sense than you, and she's a Hydrokuhna. They don't even seem to have brains..." The last part Niteleaf whispered to Rae and she realized that she had insulted both of the Kuhnas. Laughing, she flew off into the air and flew above everyone.

Shadowmist didn't bother giving her name. Everyone seemed to already know it. She began to flap her wings and head for the cave. Or was it a cage? She shudder at teh thought. No of course it couldn't be a cage.. Dark,scary and possibly some gaint living creatures are in there... Talking to herself"Stop it Shadowmist! Your safe.. There nothing big and freakie in there. Nothing at all." If someone was listening it would have been hard to hear whole conversation with herself. taking a deep breath as the cage.. wait cave neared.

Rae debated seriously about whether to either forget sublety and spring upon Niteleaf, or to simply smile and pass it off as annoying behavior. He hitched a grimace onto his mouth. "Oh, I'm sorry that you think that way. I was taught never to mess with anybody big enough to hurt you. Did your mummy not teach you that?"
"Leave him, Rae." Yamaha raised her eyebrow coolly. "It takes a lot of courage not to rise up to insults. Any fool can make them." She slipped silently into the cage and Rae followed, dignifying himself in silence. The cavern was huge; each pawstep, however careful, seemed to echo loudly. He blinked, his eyes adjusting to the darkness.
"Come sleep over here," Rae mumbled to his sister, nudging her to a corner of the cave where the moonlight spilled. He curled up and she curled next to him, her head resting on his back. Even in the moonlight, Rae could make out her thoughtful gaze fixed on the stars. "What?"
"What what?" she asked, starting.
"What're you thinking about?"
"Oh...I suppose we are doing the right thing?" Yamaha seemed uncomfortable. "I mean, I don't want Lea to worry, or Mattie..." She sighed. "Never mind. Go to sleep." But even as Rae slept, she remained awake, surveying their new companions.

[Elly]

Thorn gazed at Fonzo as she walked alongside the Temple Yonyuu, and shook her head a bit slightly. "Well, actually, Spectre can't talk. Never did." Spectre watched the nearby Clockwork pet and nodded, as if confirming that what Thorn had said was true. "I know someone who can use a pen with her mouth... but it doesn't really work if you have nothing to write with and nothing to write on. He'd probably break the pen in his mouth on accident anyway." Thorn chuckled a bit at this comment and looked toward the cave... She'd much prefer a nest on the ground, but it'd take too long to make and she'd have to wander around before she found enough sticks. Spectre, though, would probably not mind. The Garudor supposed she'd make do, then. The Temple pet looked up at Niteleaf and smirked a bit, seemingly amused.

[Alterna]

Scoffing at Rae's retort and Niteleaf merely replied, "And you think you're big enough to hurt me, mister I-let-my-sister-boss-me-around?" Niteleaf smirked at Rae and, still flying, continued, "Besides, I'd like to watch you try and catch me, because one, I can fly. Two, I'm a whole lot more agile than you." She liked to see that she was getting on Rae's nerves. That's what she wanted. "And even if you somehow managed to catch me, Commoner, I'm a venom Ferrikoon. I'd poison you before you could blink." On that note, Niteleaf turned her attention to Yamaha and replied, "I'm a girl by the way. Not a 'him'. Sorry if I offended you, the smart remark was directed to your brother." Flying to the top of the cave, Niteleaf decided to sleep there.
Sighing and shaking her head, Bloom turns to Yamaha and Rae, "I thoroughly apologize for Niteleaf's behavior. Imagine what we have to deal with at home..." Walking into the cave, Bloom steps over wet puddles until she finds a suitable resting place. I hope nothing goes 'bump' in the night ,Bloom thought before drifting off to sleep.
Fonzo nodded his headed as Thorn explained. "Ah, I thought so. No one would really be that quiet of their own free will." Looking at the wet cave Fonzo grimaced, "I think I'll be staying outside. I don't really need to sleep because I'm a Clockwork, but I hate water." Spotting Niteleaf above the cave entrance, Fonzo adds, "I'll stay up near Niteleaf, I can keep watch." Nodding his head to Thorn and Spectre, Fonzo flew up to the top of the cave entrance.

Yamaha raised an eyebrow from her corner. "I can fly, too, you know," she commented. "Either way...we'll probably be on our way to search for Moonlings in the morning." She sighed and resumed her position of curling up. "Good-night." She closed her eyes briefly, and then opened them again. "And by the way, Niteleaf - I'm not easily offended. But I know someone who is, and who can fly. She's a spirit, so you can't hurt her. Just be careful not to offend her, is all." She closed her eyes again and slept.
