Just talking about food was making Cujo hungrier. "Well...how long ago did you have it?" She asked, curious as to how far they would have to go to find it. She began walking in the direction that they had come from, deciding that it would be a good place to start.

_{"I put it down in a cave, wandered for about a minute and then you found me," Lance said. "Yep, it'd probably be o'er there." He trotted after Cujo, grinning. "So...what do you like doing in your spare time?" the Hydrokuhna asked, looking over at the Common Kuhna beside him. Whenever a breeze rolled by he could smell her scent faintly - it was spicy, but a bit fruity and pleasing. 'Like a tropical island', Lance thought.}

[Carlie]

"Well, like I said, I love wandering. So that's how I spend most of my time- walking around new places, trying to find something interesting." She shrugged slightly and smiled. "What about you?"

Lance nodded. "Likewise - though my parents enjoy telling me that my hobby is causing trouble," Lance chuckled. He liked wandering, but he liked pulling pranks on people just as much. "I gambled a bit in my youth, but after I stopped getting funds for my money I quit. It wasn't very productive, anyway," Lance shrugged, nonchalantly looking around for the cave he had left the food in.

[Carlie]

Cujo laughed. "The same's been said about me." She said. "Although I doubt my parents were joking around." She added. Not long ago, the thought would have made her a bit sad, but she was getting over that now. It's not like her parents were at all fun, anyway...

"Yeah, after I crashed one of my parent's fancy-smansy dinner parties they threatened to send me to military school. They almost did if they hadn't missed the deadline; afterwords I convinced them that the school burned down in some freak accident. By the time they figured it out, I was already a free spirit." Lance grinned. He leaped up in the air happily and pointed out a small grotto hidden by shrubs and rocks. "There's the cave! C'mon before someone comes in there and eats all the food!"

[Carlie]

Cujo laughed. "Wow. That's pretty lucky, military school would've sucked!" She followed him in to the cave and sat down against one of it's walls.

Lance settled down across from Cujo, grabbing the knapsack from where it had been carelessly tossed. He shook out its contents on the floor and was relieved that nobody had stolen anything. He ripped off a bit of bread, slapped on a few slices of ham and salami, and relished it with honey. and took a big bite. "Eat up, darling. You can't get anywhere with an empty stomach, I can tell you," he nodded at Cujo. "What's mine's yours."

She smiled. "Thanks, I'm starving." She tore off a piece of bread and put a few slices of meat. "Honey on meat?" She questioned. "Never heard of that. It sounds...interesting." She chuckled but decided to try it.

"Yeah...it's supposed to be a substitute for honey-mustard, but I kinda don't have the 'mustard' part." Lance said, remembering his manners (for once in his life) and not talking with his mouth full of meat, bread and honey. He scooped a bit of the sweet, sticky honey off and scraped it against the cliff wall. "That was a bit too much honey," he laughed. His once honey-mountain had been reduced to a thin layer, and Lance seemed to enjoy it this way much more. "Ma always told me I was a glutton," Lance chuckled.

[Carlie]

"Not bad. I never really liked mustard anyway." She laughed and took another bite. "So I wonder how hard these Moonling things are to find. I don't know much of anything about 'em." In fact, she wasn't even sure what exactly they looked like. She was going by what she had heard from others.

"Dunno...they don't seem to like us, though," Lance chuckled, taking another bite out of his concoction. "I can give one to my pal, a human named Isa, or I can trade it with this feller down in Jawan who'll give me a fish this big." He gestured with his paws, licked his lips and scoffed down the rest of his meat-and-bread-and-honey sandwich. "Have you gone hunting for pets before?"

[Carlie]

"Wow. That's pretty big." Cujo laughed. "I haven't before, although a few of my friends have," She replied. "What about you?"

_{"Nope, but my friends told me about it. They've never found anything, either, but I figured that I'd be luckier than them," Lance said, chuckling as he dabbed at the edges of his muzzle with the back of his paw, and wiped off the honey residue on the floor. "What's your favorite food?" Lance asked, fixing himself another sandwich.}

"Really? My penmate, Candy, caught a Snicky once." Cujo said. She thought about his question for a moment. "Fish, I guess? I dunno." She laughed. "What's yours?" She took another bite of her sandwich.
