[Carlie]

Drip, drip, drip...

The rain had just stopped a few minutes ago, making the place muddier and smellier than usual.  Walking along an old, broken-up sidewalk was an unhappy looking Sabbit. Her paws were mud-covered and her fur was wet from the water dripping from the trees.

"Of course, I have to come here on the grossest day of the week. And to find some stupid snail thing. Ugh."

She shook her head. Why anyone would be so desperate for a snail, she had no idea. They're slimy, gross, and  ugly. She looked at the path ahead of her. It led away from the run-down town and into the forest. I guess that's where I'd be if I were a snail thing, she thought. She took a deep breath and began to walk in that  direction.

[Elektra]

The rain was seriously making Jakai quite irritated.  He couldn't stand it, not being able to listen to his music.     Jakai was listening to some more of that 'trash' as Meta and Thalia said.  That's probably why he bumped into the person in front of him.  "Oh, hey.  Sorry."  he said dully.  This guy, or girl, seemed like his type of friend.  Looked like they almost belonged in a casino here.  "Hey, what's your name?"  As long as they didn't pull out any guns of knives, it might be a person who he could get along with.  But of course, you could never know in the Slums.

[Carlie]

Charm was distracted, trying to decide where to walk, when someone bumped into her.

"Hey, watch where you're going," she hissed. She was even more irritable than usual, due to the circumstances.

She sighed, realizing that this person obviously meant her no harm. She turned to face him. "I'm Charm," she said, sounding slightly more hospitable. "And you are?"

[Elektra]

"Jakai, but most people either call me Jak or Jerk, depending on how we met.  I take it you're here on an errand, or are you just visiting some of the local gambling sites?"  Charm seemed nice enough, but of course, you never knew.  He'd have to stick along with her to find out.  "So anyway, where are you from."  Jakai said, trying and failing to make small talk.

[Carlie]

"Well then," Charm offered a smile...well, more of a smirk. "Nice to meet you, Jak...or Jerk."

She nodded as he guessed why she was here. "It's an errand, and a ridiculous one at that. I have to find one of those Snicky things." She rolled her eyes. "And what brings you to this lovely place?" she asked, voice laced with sarcasm.

[Elektra]

"No reason actually.  But now that I think of it, that might be a good idea.  Arya and Thalia might be willing to loosen my parole restrictions if I got them something like that.  Mind if I tag along?"  Jakai wasn't even sure if he was supposed to be in the Slums, and if he wasn't, that pesky old Evren officer Violet would be after him.  "Anyway, where do you think those snails will be anyway?"  he said jokingly.  Jakai really couldn't care less, as long as he got one.

[Carlie]

Charm nodded. "Sure. I guess it'll be easier to find if we're both looking." She usually wasn't one to enjoy company, but this could be beneficial to her. And besides, he didn't seem all that bad.

"And I have no idea," she replied. "Honestly, you'd think that psychotic human would've told me a little more about these stupid animals before sending me to find one. But of course, she didn't." She shook her head slightly and then looked out ahead of her. Which way would they go?

[Elektra]

"Really.  You'd think that those incompetent humans might think about what they have us do before sending us somewhere.  But anyway, I guess that we might look somewhere that a bunch of trash is.  Who knows, we might even find more than one." Walking through the crowds, Jakai motioned for Charm to follow him.  Finally he got to a place where the crowds thinned out considerably, and sighed.  Jakai certainly didn't like being crowded in, especially in a place like this.  And if they didn't find more than one, he could always ditch her with it.

(He wouldn't really do that, but hey.  It's not to unlikely for him to at least think that.)

[Carlie]

Charm nodded. "Honestly. These humans make absolutely no sense." She shook her head slightly and then followed Jakai. She tried to look all around her for a snicky, although she was sure she was missing spots. After all, they aren't very big, right? So how were they expected to find one?

Snowball
Snowdrop ran through the streets a hulking figure folling fast, turning into her animal form she lost him in the crouds, that had been close. Too close. She swifty Changed back, she was pale with a shock of dark hair and pale-pink eyes, almost albino-esk. She didn't mind either of her forms, it was her name that bothered her; Snowdrop. She hated it. She hated it even more wen she was called it, so she went by Heart, Hearts and daggers really. That really had been to close, a slip of the hand and the great hulking figure was after her, Heart was a pickpocket, theif and chimney staker, by nature she also hated the heat. She had already wronged the man before, exposing to his wife the fact he had cheated, he was after her guts, quite literally.

Heart felt for the cool blade of he obsidian dagger, she always felt better with that at her side. The first cooling drops of water were like a safe house after the heat of the factory she had ran though.
"Dammit." He was still after her, it was more fustration then than panic she felt earlier. Heart flipped herfelf over a wall not caring where it took her.

A smaller less busy part of the slums faced her now, a back street, and a male and female.
" she passed by them buisly as thouh she had buisness to atend to. She stopped at the end of the street and plced herself cockily at the end of the wall. "Missing something?" Waving thier wallets at them, she had no intention to keep them. It was all fun and games.

[Elektra]

Suddenly Jakai felt something brush against him, and a few seconds later, a Snowball was in the crowd, waving wallets around.  Running up to him, he grabbed his wallet.  Smirking, he said, "Nice going.  Except you grabbed a wallet that I use for pranks.  This thing would have blown up if I had pressed my blue tooth set hear." he said, pointing at his ear set.  Holding out his hand, Jakai said, "But great job, what's your name?"

[Mousen]

"Well, you can't win the all." Said Heart sighing. "I'm Heart, or Hearts and Daggers if you prefer. Though I'm sometimes reffered to as "You stinking thief! Come back so I can put you in a jail cell!" She smirked, copying an infamous voice.
She took his hand and jumped down off the wall. "And you are?"

[Elektra]

"Jakai.  Or jerk, but that's only from some people."  Smirking, he brushed himself off after helping her down.  "So why are you here anyway?"  Snowballs weren't normally found around here, nor were girls.  "Well, this is getting kinda boring.  Got any good ideas?"

[Mousen]

]Me? I'm a pick pocket and a theif. The slums seem to be the perfect place." Heart drawled."Well Jakia, what were you doing before I arived?" [color=#808080]She asked. "Because my usual day consists of trying not to get myself killed jumping roof tops, avoiding most of the people who want to kill me and of course making a living." [/color]She added, smirking slighty.

[Elektra]

"Wandering around, looking for one of those snail things.  Snickies.  I want to get one and bring it back to my place."  Looking around, Jakai had lost sight of the girl, Charm.  "So what exactly should we do?"
