Drip, drip, drip...
The rain had just stopped a few minutes ago, making the place muddier and smellier than usual. Walking along an old, broken-up sidewalk was an unhappy looking Sabbit. Her paws were mud-covered and her fur was wet from the water dripping from the trees.
"Of course, I have to come here on the grossest day of the week. And to find some stupid snail thing. Ugh."
She shook her head. Why anyone would be so desperate for a snail, she had no idea. They're slimy, gross, and ugly. She looked at the path ahead of her. It led away from the run-down town and into the forest. I guess that's where I'd be if I were a snail thing, she thought. She took a deep breath and began to walk in that direction.
