I nodded at what Slick had said. Who knew, we might have to take him up on that offer. I mean, it would be much safer in a group, after all. Most of the people we've defeated haven't been any problem at all for us, but what if there was just that one guy that was way stronger? I don't really think that me and Solty would be all that happy with ending up dead, to be honest.

Once the elevator stopped moving, I quickly stepped out and ran in front of me and Solty's room. Solty smiled a little, still walking with Slick. "Hey, hurry up, will ya?" I said, tapping my foot anxiously. I couldn't help but smile at the end though. I just couldn't pretend to be serious when I really wasn't.

I smiled slightly. "Well excuse me princess." I walked up to the door and used the key the man at the front had given me and the door opened. I gave the key to Solty. "This is your room. I'll be right down the hall. I'm going to get my men to come here and then Snowman and we'll work a plan out from their. Deal?"

I smiled. "Also, if you need anything, I'll be right down the hall. I'll meet back here in your room when the others are gathered. Sounds like a plan?"

I laughed a little at Slick's response. Although, I wouldn't consider myself a princess in the least. I mean, most princesses didn't hang around places like this and end up killing people all the time, right? And at that, not be bothered by their deaths in the least. Most normal princesses act kind hearted and keep up the image of being so gentle that they couldn't even kill a fly without crying.

Both me and Solty nodded as I ran into her room. "Mmhmm~ Sounds like a plan, Slick!" I said happily, going to look around the room. I mean, you hafta get a feel for the enviorment first, right? "Yeah, I'm fine with it. I really don't think Alice was listening to you, haha," Solty said, slipping into the room with Hiikai and shutting the door. 'Are you sure you're okay with this, Alice? What if you kill an innocent person?' That just can't be helped, I thought to myself, almost sadly as I curled up on the couch.

I frowned once I left the room. I opened the door to my own room and was surprised to be met with a rather unhappy Snowman. Her cigarette simmered into the air. She was using the very same cigarette holder that she had stabbed me in the eye with. She glared at me. "Well Slick. I saw you hanging around some other girl. Your not cheating on me are you?" I looked over at her. "Why would anyone want to cheat on you?" Apparently she didn't appreciate my answer. She flicked her black whip and then wrapped it around my neck and brought me toward her.

"You might want to take that back." She glared at me the released me. "So what do you want?" After getting the breath back into me, I sighed. "Wanna help me kill some helpless fools?" She sighed. "Slick, you know I have better things to do with my time." "I know love. Just this once?" She rolled her eyes. "Fine." "Great. Let me get Droogs, Boxcars and Duece. Then we'll help out the others."

"I wonder what exactly Slick is up to right now, right?" I said, still curled up on the couch. In truth, what Hiikai had said was making me worried - what if we did kill an innocent person? I had no problem killing people who attacked me, Nadie, Solty, or Peppermint, but if it was just an innocent person minding their own business... At the same time however, I trusted Slick, trusted that something like that wouldn't happen.

"What's wrong now, Alice? Are you weak of heart all of the sudden?" I heard Solty reply almost teasingly. "It's not that... Hiikai said... 'What if we end up killing an innocent person?' What would happen then, Solty?" I said, burying my head in my arms. I felt Solty come to sit down on the couch with me. "Have at least a little faith in Slick, will ya? And really, the chances are very unlikely that something like that will happen. Don't worry about it too much." I nodded, Hiikai flying over to sit next to me.

I smiled at Snowman. I pulled up my shirt arm and talked into a watch on my right wrist. "Come to the hotel we always meet at. Come stealthily though." I said and quickly a scritch of static came and a voice appeared. "Gotcha Spades. I'll make sure to get Hearts and Clubs. Diamonds out." I smirked.

"So you'll call the Midnight Crew. I'll let the Felt know and get your ass finally kicked?" She smirked and then flicked her whip. She smile and took a puff of her cigarette. "Lets head next door, shall we love?" I smirked, handing my hand and pointing with it towards the door. She smile and followed me.

I knocked twice on the door next to mine and said, "Hey, it's me, Slick. I've brought a friend." Snowman looked at me and frowned. "Next thing I'll take from you is an arm." She smirked. I frowned and then rolled my eye. "Please," I muttered.

I didn't have time to think any further of the whole thing before I heard a knock on the door, and Slick's voice following soon after. And probably one of his friends too. Solty patted me on the head as she got up, saying, "Yeah, be right there." She opened the door as I got up to follow her, Hiikai turning into her human form. Just as I had thought, Slick had definitely brought one of his friends. Didn't think it could be some random person he just picked up off of the street, anyhow.

"Hiya Slick~" I said happily, glancing at the girl next to him. "My name is Alice, and her's is Solty. Oh, and that little girl's name is Hiikai. What's yours?" I asked the girl happily. Hopefully she was more pleasant than Slick was when we first met him. I mean, he was rather nice now, but still. I don't think I would be pulling anymore cigarettes out of anyone else's mouth after that.

Snowman smiled and took a slight puff of her cigarette and then let is burn next to her side where she held her cigarette holder. She smiled as each of the kids gave their names. "Hello. I'm Snowman. I will be helping you in your little escapade." She smirked at me. I rolled my eyes and then stepped in front of her.

"The other will be coming tonight. They have to gather and then make their way here rather stealthily. A bunch of men in suits around here is rather unusual if you catch my drift." I looked at my watch. It just ticked like an endless, never going off, bomb.

((F-fail. DX Sorry. I promise I'll get the Midnight Crews human forms ASAP. I'm just so tired and stressed and blehing all over the place. So I'll try my hardest to heal my muse. Really sorry. :C))

"Nice to meet'cha," I said happily to Snowman. Her name was a little odd though - shouldn't it be snowwoman or something? I mean, I knew she was not a guy. But either way. Me and Solty nodded at Slick's comment. I guess it would be a bit weird to see something like that. News would spread around quite quickly if that were the case, but knowing Slick, everything would most likely go as planned. Seemed he had a lot of experience in this line of work as well.

I looked at my watch, my patience wearing thin. They were coming eventually, just apparently taking their precious time. I sighed and then heard the elevator outside creak to a stop and some one get out of it. I waited, he would probably appear in his animal form, and I was correct. He clopped his feet right next to me and then grinned and changed back to his normal form, adjusting his blood red tie, a wide grin playing on his face. He looked a lot like Slick, though taller by a few inches. "I'm here Slick. The other two said they'd be here shortly. Probably coming from other directions." He looked over at the other two kids and stuck out his black gloved hand. "Hello, I am Diamonds Droogs. Droogs works. I'll be assisting you in your little plan. I'm also part of the Midnight Crew if that wasn't already obvious." I looked at him. "Enough talk Droogs." He nodded and to a step back. I herded the rest other two into the room and closed the door.

A loud thunk coming from the ceiling would make the most composed man jump. After a creak, a burly man fell from the ceiling, or what was left of it. He stood up rather quickly and brushed himself off. I nodded. "Nice to see you joining us Boxcars. He doesn't speak much, but this is Boxcars." Boxcars nodded and tipped his hat slightly. He was much taller then the rest of the group and barley fit inside the room with out bending over. And then their was a tap on the window. I walked over to the window, opened it and let a short man into it. He huffed and then tried to compose himself. He brushed his suit off and smiled. "I'm here Slick." I nodded towards the others. He gave a slight huff at the sight of Snowman, which made her flick her wrist slightly, 'causing the new arrival to cower slightly. He turned to Solty and Alice. He stuck out a black gloved hand and said, "Names Clubs Deuce or just Deuce. Very nice to meet you!" Deuce was much shorter than the rest of the group, 'causing it to be slightly awkward handshake. The whole group had Boston accents just like Slick, though it wasn't as prominent in Duece's voice.

I smiled. "Now that everyone is here, we can get down to business. We are on a mission. We are here to help some kids who I met on the side of the road make sure they get hte person who is after them off of their backs." Droogs smiled and tapped me on the shoulder. "When did you get so soft?" I looked at him, took a playing card out of my pocket and threw it at him, causing his hat to pin to the wall. "I get it, I get it." Droogs went to retrieve his hat from the wall. "We need to do this quickly and efficiently."

I was personally rather overwhelmed at all of the others suddenly coming in and greeting us. I mean, I honestly forgot the last time that I was in a group that was this big. It was always just Solty, Hiikai, Nadie, Peppermint and I at the most. And even then, a lot of times, we weren't all together. We had to all keep our cover, after all. Although, I really didn't have any problem being with this many people. It did seem different, though.

I smiled as each of them came in, jumping a little when Boxcars entered the room. Certainly wasn't expecting anything like that. While Solty and Hiikai were greeting the three with handshakes, I settled for a simple hello. I wasn't exactly the most hands on person you would ever meet. Once everyone got settled down some more, I happily said, "I'm Alice! That girl over there is Solty, and the small one is Hiikai." I gestured to the two of them, standing close to them. Thank you for going through all of this trouble, all of you, Hiikai said softly. It was nice of them; I mean, they barely knew us at all.

I smirked as the kids introduced themselves. It was just... Cute. Then my face hardened as I headed toward a coffee table in the room next to the coach. I laid down a map that I had hand drawn, and beckoned everyone to come over. I sat on the coach. "Solty, Alice and Hiikai, come over here and sit next to me. You know best as to where the where a bouts of these men are don't you?" I said. I noticed a rather un happy grunt come from Snowman, but she could just suck it up.

The rest of the Midnight Crew managed to squeeze around the table. Snowman stayed slightly back.This map had a distinct cut in it where their was a knife not to long ago. This was the planning map of the Midnight Crew. From planning downfalls on the Felt or just planning on where to eat for dinner. This map was important for many reasons. Their was a red circle around in the middle of a street in the Slums and a big green circle around a mansion in another town, farther off. I pointed to the red circle. "This is where the Midnight Crew's main place is and over here-" Pointing to the Green Circle. "Is the Felt Head quarters. So my group. Were not on very good terms are we Slick?" Snowman said with a smirk. I sighed. "That is true."

I nodded and took a seat next to Slick, Solty sitting next to me and Hiikai on the other side of him. I glanced down at the map of the town, sighing a little bit. We had been here once before, but to be honest, I didn't know where those men were every time. Solty pointed to a spot on the map, saying, "We don't know exactly where they would be, but I know last time that we were here, they were somewhere over here. Its not the best part of town, anyways."

Both me and Solty looked up when Slick had started talking again, glancing down to wherever he pointed. I had almost figured him and Snowman were both from the Midnight Crew. And I at least thought that they were on good terms with each other. I mean, if they weren't then why exactly would Snowman be helping all of us out?

I nodded as they pointed to the location. "Well that's a start," I said, putting my hand over my mouth to think. I looked up at the rest of the group. "Snowman, go ahead and head back to Felt head quarters. I'll let you know when we need you to start spreading the word. Droogs, Duece and Boxcars, come with me." Snowan nodded. "Remember Slick, I know where you are 24/7 no exceptions." She blew me a kiss and then  faded away into nothingness.

I sighed. "Don't worry about her. Okay, heres the plan. We'll take you 3 down to this spot that you pointed out. We will be around just hiding in the shadows. When they come, we'll attack them. If this doesn't work, I have a plan B." Droogs snickered. "You ALWAYS have a plan B." "Do the world a favor, and shut up," I barked. He put up his hands defensively. "Any ways, I hope you all have your weapons. If you do, then were off." I rolled up the paper and stood up.

I smiled at Solty - even I couldn't tell where we last saw all those guys just from a map. Thank god we had someone like her, someone who could actually read maps. I watched Snowman disappear - even though Slick said not to think of it... She blew him a kiss. Did that mean that they were dating or something? I was almost jealous, in a way - I know I would never have enough time to do something like that as long as my life was how it was now.

I nodded at Slick. It seemed like a good enough plan, right? Unless of course, they were actually smart enough to spot us. Which, just saying, I highly doubted. I mean, the people that were usually chasing me and the others generally weren't to bright. I'd go as far as to call them brainless brutes. My and Hiikai laughed a little when Slick yelled at Droogs. Seemed that guy had a lot of smart comments in him. "We always have our weapons on hand. And if anything happens, Hiikai can do a bit of healing. So I think we're good," Solty responded, sticking her hand in her skirt pocket.
