The slums are a rundown, old heap of a town tucked deep in the jungles, with townsfolk consisting mostly of poachers, black marketeers, thieves, and fugitives. While the ideal tourist spot, some travel to the Slums to make use of the black markets. (+2 Defense, +2 Speed)

In an era similar to the mid-evil times, the creatures in those bed-time fairy tales have finally come into reality. Now each species of this new world, fight to strive and survive these new trials.
Welcome to the Crimson Blood, where you could be inviting the Boogie Man to tea, where a zombie might be your neighbor, and a werewolf can be bought at the nearest pet store.

As a boy Vincent neither formed words to protest or spoke with acceptance. He wasn't a phenomenon for not leaping in joy to the world before him, his life felt dull and unimpressive. He was only ever allowed to do what he was told to do after all. Any and all buffoonery was considered foolish and destroyed.

His upbringing was of complete control from the ones most people called the Sacreds, he had no time for rumors and only new of the person who instructed him to do things... All sorts of things really, Like taking the eyes of Virgins, or destroying villages... For reasons... Unbeknownst to him after all... He was considered a slave, a walking immortal dog out obeying his master(s).

Rust Walker

Like all good Neighbors, Zombies are there, and Rusty just so happens to be the best Neighbor in Town!-Well for being a Zombie that is. He's the best example of a good Zombie neighbor as he; routinely waters his yard every morning at ten, he keeps his house up, occasionally fixing up his exterior paint or other assortment of things that might fall apart over the years, and hes the kindest outspoken guy most people crave the audience of. But he is never fond of leaving the security of his home, due to the zombie permit laws he is the most safe on his private property or work space in the giant building on fourth street. Leaving SAFE zones is a high risk of loosing parts of his head to bullet holes, especially while permit hunters roam the town after Amber Hails chewed up corpse was found last week. And the potential lust for blood that happens every so often with the Zombie virus. Rusty some times finds himself sleep walking at night rummaging through yards or chasing small animals to eat... Sometimes they're human, but only sometimes.

The vile stench of cat piss was welling up in the room irritating her nose. AACHOO! she sneezed, the place was a dump and the male cat that peed on the couch didn't belong to her nor did it belong to any of the other residents. Meow the orange tom cat cried staring up at her for attention, but no not today was she going to give into those feline green eyes, "Vex! take care of the cat! Damnit!" she growled to the man dog who was sitting in the front lawn watching the people going by, "Why can't you?" a sloppy reply and moaning complaints came from the tall dark haired blue eyed slacker, "Vex!" she said once more, this time angrily. "Now! and don't make me come over there" her eyebrow furrowed and she bit her lip with frustration. What's the point of buying a dog to keep the cat's away if he can't even do his job!? she muttered frustrated as hell. "I need some coffee, and I need to burn this couch" she sighed dragging herself to the kitchen to fetch some dark roasted coffee.

Ignoring his masters call was an easy task, his tail swished back and forth as his slight smile grew, she hated cats and he new this... That's why he put the cat in the house in the first place, eventually he would have to clean the mess up, but right now he was enjoying himself far too much to wast energy on her. He didn't understand why she even bought him, he wasn't Interested in her in the slightest, but when she walked into the shelter she was some how.. Bonded to him? was that even the word to use... Probably not. Most of the time werewolves could get use to the idea of having masters and being loved and let love unconditionally, but he felt different with her.. Nervous. She wasn't human so he blamed it mostly on that. Werewolves bond unconditionally and more effectively with humans.. That must be the reason.. He was starting to form a headache which usually causes him to shift back into his four pawed self and he used this as a dictation to finally be rid of the pussy cat. He charged in woofing and barking at the cat and not a moment later the cat was out the door with its fur on end.

The Royals did not want to die from the next generations who craved the totem poles of power and so the demon gates had been suspended and hell was forged into their underlings who became anything they needed at any time. Their Dogs, they did odd jobs as their sociopath masters paranoia of death beckoned insanity. They were tasked to preserve and protect their lives. Unfortunately these Elders went to the point of no return when they accused their own guardians to being apart of the grand game to their extinction. They turned on each other, like flies to honey and eventually finished themselves off. With the end to their masters these underlings could not die and were far superior than any other race who breathed the breath of life. With no one else able to master/control them they became mindless zombies; not allowed to have peace and always starving to kill. Fortunately the gods took pity on them and bestowed a new generation who could slay these creatures and those who could master them. Some were finally put to rest while others found their fighting spirit and wish for life to drive them from their non-existence to evolving from beast to soul. Vincent happened to be one who found life and is now always being hunted and always hunting. He found literature and history fascinating and continues to break the spell that binds him to his discrepant dead master.
-------
He was walking past a few barrels left turned over on the street, still trailing in and out of thought , when he heard a dog chasing a cat out of a house, continuing down the street he just so happened to pass by a worried zombie who never wanted to step off his lawn for as long as his withered corpse stayed animated. Vincent never interacted with others and though he always seemed to be a passerby he was still marvelous on how mindless he was of this world of emotion of pretty much everything. And he thought, How could I change this? What could I do to become something new?. That was his quest that was how this story was going to begin and end. With the question, and then with an answer...

A dark figure resembling Vincent appeared a block before him, "Hello Vincent" the monster slowly spurred out, "We need to talk" deep menacing breaths shortly followed as the monster staggered in place and then the figure vanished a sure sign troubling things were coming Vincent's way.

"Great" He was reluctant to follow, to get involved. However Vincent didn't have much of a choice after a quick surveillance most of the monsters that lived in this town came forward to examine the strange aura that was previously there.
