Her tiny hand had been pressed reassuringly against Sulyassa's thigh, more for herself than for her aunt, until suddenly it was not.  Nysene had not bought the excuse that the towering dragonborn was roaming the halls in search of her daughter, and yet the woman had not thought to check behind Sulyassa. Had not thought to make sure she had actually been truly alone. But now they were both walking away, leaving that small, insignificant hand holding not but air.

That other lady, Vala, was already well down the hall. She could… she could take Nysene by surprise. Have her… friend trip her, maybe make her run away with a spell, or.. or.. something. No. Sulyassa had to have had a reason for tucking her back in the corner, a reason for making sure she had so much cover. There must have been something she wanted Ura to further investigate. Or maybe the plan was for Ura to take them by surprise and give Sulyassa a chance to overtake her and instead she was just being a coward by pressing herself harder into the dark corner of the hall, slowly drawing her now closer hand back against her own chest.

Yeah…. Coward sounded about right. She just watched as they walked away despite knowing the ladies couldn't have been talking about anything good in that closed room. Not with the way Sulyassa had looked while she was listening in. But she couldn't bring herself to move from the corner, her body trembling. She helped fend off werewolves just the other day, chased down petty thieves ruthlessly, and conned a con artist just hours ago, and yet now as a single woman had her back turned against her she just. Sat there and let them disappear down the hall.

Then suddenly the other door, the one she'd uselessly been trying to catch a conversation through opened and two more women began to make their way down the hall. Something about triplets, undisturbed…. It was difficult to take in with the throbbing of her own heartbeat pounding in her ears, but they were definitely the ones that had checked on the room she'd opened before. And now they were saying it would all be handled soon, something about their sister and the main event….

The main event. Whatever it was, everyone was sure to be busy. Ura could just… sneak out while they were distracted and be done with it all. Leave them all behind and go back to the life she was used to and just avoid Heapside. Maybe they'd get out as well and eventually find her. So what? She hadn't claimed to be some angel. But her fault if they'd stupidly decided to put their faith in her. Everyone in Baldur's Gate was a piece of shit and she'd told them all that.

But she knew that was a lie. No matter how many times she claimed everyone in Baldur's Gate was scum, Ura knew there were a few good people stuck in the city. And the scum that was walking away from her right now were definitely planning something that could hurt a few of those rare good folk. And… it would be pretty cool if she was the one to save their asses. Something she could totally hold over their heads.

Fuck. Was she really considering trying to stop them? Could she stop them? She didn't even know what they were doing. But she had to try. Just as the siblings exited her view, Ura tore herself from the corner, bolting for the room Nysene had exited from. Ura knew she hadn't locked it and there just had to be something in there that she could use. As her hands began to frantically shuffle through papers and letters, Ura could only hope the others would see Sulyassa return alone and think to stall.

Maybe openly ask her if she had been able to "find the little one" or some bullshit. Surely they would not risk letting her run rampant and would put off their big event just long enough to make sure they caught everyone in whatever they were scheming. Or maybe she had played the role of a kid too well and they wouldn't worry at all; just some kid to take care of after it was all over.

There was no time to think on it though. There was only time to act as her heart hammered on faster and faster. She grabbed anything and everything that caught her eye, anything that seemed out of place, anything she felt she could carry. The first was a bag, which she quickly looped over her shoulder without even bothering to check the contents. It was a bit heavy, obviously intended for someone not so… vertically challenged, but it didn't matter.

She could shove things in that, which she quickly started shoving the various letters in without taking time to read who they were from or for or any of the contents. They'd only matter if she managed to get them out of the building anyways, but she knew that letters could be powerfully damning and that was good enough. From there her eyes were drawn to a wooden mannequin bust sitting atop the table just next to the letters.

Her claws quickly snatched the circlet it bore, tossing it in the bag. Maybe it was just petty theft of some nice jewelry, or maybe she'd get lucky and it would have some sort of magical power that she could use to help the others. Probably just wishful thinking, but that Vala lady had clearly charmed Sulyassa before, so it wasn't far fetched to think something around might be magic. If not, well, she could just pawn it off later.

Some credence would be lent to the idea of a magical circlet though as in her rummaging Ura next found a bottle with some sort of shimmering red liquid. A potion of some sort? Definitely, though she had no clue of what and could risk wasting the time to find out. The bottle was almost carelessly tossed in the bag as well before it crossed her mind that if she wasn't careful it would break.

It would definitely be of no use to them if she ended up breaking it. This one she would be much more careful with putting away.

What else… what else…. Yellow eyes darted about the room, only the adrenaline coursing her veins keeping her going at this point. Thankfully it didn't take long to find the last thing she felt she could carry - a shortsword. Funnily enough it didn't exactly seem short to someone that just reached two feet in height.

It was small enough that she could manage as she gave it a few test swings though before giving a quick nod of her head.

"Guess uh.. guess this is it, yeah?" she spoke her first words since parting with the others downstairs as her free hand shakily grabbed at the door, a wavering, anxious wreck of a grin tugging at her lips. "I think it's time to crash the first party we've ever been to, Snax."
