Void Yonyuu Phoenix

Purine Fenling Red Fox

Phoenix and Red Fox entered the jungle, senses keen for anything out of the ordinary.  Nothing, no sign of anyone.  Phoenix signaled and they stopped to look around.  There were trees and ferns, but no creatures.  Now, all they had to do was wait for thier friends to come.

[Malus]

My large wings flapped in the sky as I swooshed in and out of clouds. I gave a rather long sigh. I wanted something to do. Some one to talk to. So far, I had yet to find another of my kind. No matter I guess. As I floated over the jungle, I decided I would walk for a while. I had been flying for some time now, and my wings were beginning to get sore. I needed something to eat in the long run as well. Skimming over the surface of water, I put my jaw into the water and caught a rather good sized fish. Chewing it as I slowed to land, the bones crunched in my mouth as that typical fishy taste arose in my taste buds. Hey. It was food.

After about an hour, I realized that I was hopelessly lost, and I could not get out by flying. The only sky I could see was the branches that blocked the light out. How troublesome. I groaned as I flattened my ears in frustration. But then I caught the scent of two other creatures. Lifting up my head, I began to pick up the pace to get to where they were. Not knowing who they were, I thought may as well see if they knew the way out. As I got closer, I noticed it was one of my kind, only it was Void, and a Purine Fenling. What luck! Say, you wouldn't happen to know the way out of here would you? Or are you lost too?

[Cali]

Phoenix was a bit startled by the sky Yonyuu's sudden apperance, bit only a little. "Yeah, I think I might know. Um, who are you anyhow?" that was Red Fox, Phoenix's Fenling companion and best friend. Phoenix nudged her to remind her that Phoenix was the leader and then added, "I could ask the same question, who are you?"

[Malus]

I chuckled as I had forgotten to speak of my name. I am Malakai. I said as I gave a quick bow. So are you lost? Or just enjoying a little hike? I asked with utter confusion. My wing was still hurting as I fluttered it a little. As I turned, I noticed I must have scraped it along a tree or something, for it was injured. Oh great! I am definitely going to have to walk now! I groaned with displeasure.

[Jaden Wolf]

Silence

A battlefield fellox raced through the forest, jumping over fallen logs and bushes, weaving through the trees. She didn't make a sound, even when she ran up a hill or over rocks, she was virtually soundless. She ran up a hill, a sudden drop...a cliff...on her right, and stopped at the top. She looked around, ears perked and head held high. She had a paw still raised, up to her chest. Then she heard voices. Her head turned, and she scanned the area the voices came from. Then she shot down the hill, moving over the crowded forest floor with remarkable speed and silence. Then she stopped, crouching down and peering through the bushes. She saw two yonyuus and a fenling. Then she moved with the same speed as before to enter the small clearing. She froze in the center, in the same position as on the hill; her paw raised to her chest, her head high and her ears perked. Her eyes were scanning the others. She was acting sort of like a cross between a wolf and deer.

[Cali]

Phoenix took notice of the Fellox's entrence before answering the other Yonyuu, "I am Phoenix, and this is Red Fox. We came here to explore a little, get to know the area." Red Fox looked at the Fellox, "What's your name stranger?" she casually asked.

[Jaden Wolf]

The Fellox didn't answer. She just wheeled around and dashed out of the clearing, still unheard. It was almost impossible to believe that she was running full speed. Then she appeared seconds later, her eyes peering out of the bushes. She watched the two, then strode into the clearing slowly. She stopped and just stood there.
What odd behaviour.

[Malus]

((Sorry...))

He nodded as he noticed the Fellox. Indeed she was a strange disappearing and reappearing like that. Rolling his shoulders into a shrug, he looked at his wing again. It was bleeding only a little and some of the feathers were missing from that spot. And now with his adrenaline gone, it had begun to sting. Ack. I wonder if there are any medicinal herbs in this forest.

[Cali]

Phoenix thought about what their friend Silver cat had told them of medicinal herbs, and remembered where she could find a few. "I think we might be able to help you find some herbs for that wing of yours," she said, a hint of mystery in  her voice, "A friend of ours told us where they are, should we go get some?"

[Jaden Wolf]

The fellox's eyes flickered to the wound on the yonyuu, then to the others. She heard them mention herbs and she vanished.

She ran through the trees, then came to another clearing, well, more like a part where the trees grew a little farther apart. On the ground were tons of plants. She sniffed them until she noticed the scent of a healing herb. She picked it carefully then searched for a herb to protect the wound. Finding it, she added it to the other and darted off.

The fellox appeared in the clearing again, this time a little closer. She moved forward a bit, then set down the herbs. Then she backed up and watched them.

[Malus]

Nodding he smiled to the two of them and then noticed the Felox dash off. Raising an eyebrow, he saw her come back and set down herbs. Oh! You are kind. Thank you. he said as he carefully walked up and picked them up and walked back as he sat down. Think you could help me a little bit? he asked Red Fox and Pheonix.

[Cali]

"Of course we can help you!" Phoenix said. She and her companion went over and helped Malakai put the herbs on his wing. "Does it feel better now?" she asked.

[Jaden Wolf]

The Fellox backed up a bit as the yonyuu took the herbs, then just stood there. She switched her gaze from them to the surrounding forest, then back to them. She did this quite a few times, then hesistated, as if she were unsure as to what to do.

[Malus]

Uh.. OKay... I guess you can't talk then...

I said as I laid down aside from the others and began to crush up the herbs. Bringing my wings forth to me, I then placed the crushed herbs onto my injury which stung a bit. I winced but then shook it off. I am guessing I will have to walk out from here.
