This is my first time with Evelon pets, so if I make any blunders... please correct me.

Yes, I'm definately a Roleplayer. Once my Gorgeel is trained to a decent level, you'll see me around a lot.

However, I'm having trouble finding the stats for the creatures. Are we supposed to make those up ourselves, or is a general template posted somewhere?

Right there. ^^  Look for the category your pet is in--in this case, aquatic life--and click.  Scroll down until you find the Gorgeel, then just copy and paste. =P
