man, this sucks.
I wont be gone for long tho, I hope so at least.
thing is:
I will have to move soon ish, so I have to find a flat. The actual move wont happen before the end of august, but I'd like to start house/flathunting as soon as possible. Then, there is a super awesome workshop in Rome in september/october that I have to attend. and I really, really need to polish my portfolio because, oh my god, Chris Oatley will be there to take a look at our portfolios

so. super excited for that.
plus work, plus life , plus potboiler carp project,  plus holiday planing, plus...stuff.
yeah. busybusybusy

so. I'll lurk for sure, and try to reply for rps, but...i think untill early october I will be super flaky at most\:(

first off, thanks a lot for the well wishes guys <3
still need to sit my a** down to get to the porfolio done, but:

Holy hell, the last few days gus.
2 weeks ago saturday, I kind of took a 'joke look' at a room at a rediculously fancy looking flatshare,
convinced that there was no way in hell I could land that one.
Tuuuuuurns out that I could XD. I have a HUGE room with couches, chairs and a pretty expensive looking tv set, plus the whole flat is ginourmous (like...we have a bloody winter garden. plus small garden, plus breakfast pavilion.) and the bathroom is...
okay I'll stop now, I'm just still super super excited over the fact that they picked me to get the room.
rent is okay, neighbourhood is almost too...nice?fancy? but with a huge park close by.
my roomies are nice too, but...I really miss my old ones.

you know, with all that great stuff...I feel that i lost a big chunk of heart with leaving my old place.
I would have had to move out eventually anyway, and I'm sure I'll get closer to my new roomies .
its just...man my old flatshare was just super awesome is all . I'm sure its just the post moving blues speaking, because everything from looking at the flat, to signing the contract, to moving in happened in literally 3 days. like...not kidding. I'm just both physically and emotionally exhausted.

But, before this escalades into a blog post:
I think I should be able to reply by the end of this week, maybe earlier.

I'm really glad you got such a nice flat!! :0 That's amazing, Shadow! And yeah, it's super understandable that you'd be sad after moving out. But the future does look very bright, so give yourself time to be sad over the move, and then move forward. C: Tell us how the portfolio viewing goes, when it happens!
