[Thunder]

I think it's been pretty noticeable that my activity on Evelon has dwindled over the last few years, ever since I enterd college. And if I've tried to do stuff, I haven't really been able to keep up (I still feel bad about all those failed breedings ._. ). So, this has probably been a long time coming, but now that I've officially retired from moderatorhood, I wanted to make a formal announcement.

I will sort of stop being active on Evelon. There's two main reasons for this. The biggest one is that I am now in graduate school and am adjusting to a more "adult" life, which has been keeping me very busy. The second is that I simply don't have much inspiration or drive to write stories anymore. Nowadays I spend most of my spare time playing video games as my hobby, and while I regretted my loss of interest in writing for a while (I guess cause people have always told me I'm talented, which gave me the sense/pressure that it'd be a shame to stop?), I've come to feel that perhaps it's ok. That I should just do whatever I enjoy doing at this stage in my life, regardless of its perceived "usefulness".

So, I probably won't be doing much roleplaying on the forums anymore. Maybe that spark of inspiration will kick back up some day and I'll return to RPing and writing, but for now, I'm letting it rest. All this being said, I do still enjoy being around everyone here and really care about you guys, so I don't want this to sound like I'm just going away forever! I'll definitely pop into Discord from time to time to chat : )
