((Do me a favor, See how I'm doing Joey in "I" form and I'm doing Fang in "he" form? If you could do that if you have more then one character, that would be fantastic! )

Fang didn't respond. She (not he) seemed friendly enough. But Max all ways says not to trust anyone. He examined her and then decided it would be fine to talk, but first sign of being evil, and he would fight back.
Fang walked out of the darkness and said, "Who are you and what  do you want?"

I gasped and almost had a heart attack. He just came out of nowhere!!! "Oh, hi. My friend Jake found me and said he found a group of kids like us. So... he flung me into the air and we were on our way." I shrugged.
"Oh, yeah, and my name is Jessica, but I'm known as Jazz. Nice to meet you." I stook out my hand in a greeting manner. "What's your name, stranger?"

Fang looked at her and thought he might as well tell her. She didn't seem like she could d anything to him at all.
"Fang," Fang said then turned his head to the others in the clearing. He noticed that they all seemed nice. He smiled to himself and turned toward the dark forest.

Jake folded his wings back in as everyone started talking to each other around him. "Isn't this great, Jazz?" he asked as he turned to face where Jazz was standing. He automatically felt the dread he had felt when he moved away from her many years ago. Dread that she might be hurt. He opened his wings and was immeadiately 20 ft in the air. He turned to find Jazz facing a tall dark-haired boy. Jake automatically went into high alert as he sped down and landed almost silently next to Jazz. "Hello, Jazz," he said as he folded his wings.

I had sensed Jake coming as soon as he turned toward this Fang character and I. "Hey, Fang, before you leave, want to meet my best friend?" I asked as he drew nearer. He landed almost silently, like when we had met again this very morning. I sensed he was tense, untrusting, and something deeper that I couldn't mangage to place. "Fang, this is Jake. Jake, Fang.:

Fang turned around and jolted his attention to this new "Jake" figure. He looked at him and shock his head as if to say, "Hey." Fang turned once again to the trees and jumped into the deep dark forest. The darkness quickly engulfed his figure and was gone.

"Well, he was friendly," said Jake as he watched the figure disappear into the forest. "He was... he was just on guard, like you were, thank you," said Jazz as she turned to him. Jake felt a jolt as he looked into her dark brown eyes. "What did I do?" he asked as she walked toward the cliff edge. Jazz turned around and looked at him with curiousity. "Jake... you're very protective of me, and I can sense your emotions when you're around me, and I just can't figure you out! So, tell me, what is the matter with you?!"

I heard the commotion coming form the cliff edge. I looked over and saw the boy and the girl who went over there. They were having a flick.  I sighed and jumped over to them. "Hey! My names Joey. How about you?" I asked trying to be friendly.

((So sorry about the late post! I'd been banned from the internet all last week >.< ehe... oops))

My body jerked every time another set of feet thunked on the ground around me, new voices flitting closer, then further, then closer again. I picked up Fang's voice from a little distance away, and his arrival seemed to be a magnet to the newcomers. My alertness peaked higher every time I heard a wing beat that didn't belong to any member of the Flock. I opened my mouth to question Max about what was going on, but a low rumble, followed by a whistle and an earsplitting crack shut me up. The corners of my lips twitched upwards despite knowing how deep in crap Gazzy (meaning me too, since Max seems to associate anything he does with me) was in. A few seconds later, the familiar laughing of the Gasman bubbled towards us, and he practically dislocated my shoulder when he skidded to a stop. He was exploding with excitement. The wrath of Max hadn't hit him yet. I pitied the kid.

"It worked!" Gazzy cheered, yanking at the front of my shirt, "Your idea with mixing baking soda and Max's Death Soup really--"

I shook my head wildly and made an X with my hands, mouthing "no" so widely my jaw hurt. I could feel Max's glare searing into my skin. Gazzy didn't seem to get the memo.

"I... I lo-" Jake was cutoff as another bird kid flew over. A Joey character. "Hello, the name's Jake," he said as his cheeks turned a cherry color. He couldn't tell Jazz about his feelings now that he lost his courage and this new person showed up. He looked at Jazz and her eyes were wide and expectant, as if the new person wasn't there. Jake sighed and whispered, "Tell you later," as he took off back to the others.

I watched Jake as I felt the emotion again, but this time it was more noticable. He struggled to say something as another winged girl came over to us. Joey was her name. "Jazz," I said warmly as Jake took off after telling me he would talk to me later. I watched as he flew back down, his graceful wings flapping gently in the slight breeze... WHAT AM I THINKING?! I quickly shook all my thoughts of Jake from my mind and turned to Joey. "Hiya. What's your story?" I said, trying to get as social as I could be. I was really warming up to this chick.

I wasn't really sure what to do after Fang came outside it seemed like the group got even more crowded when three more kids appeared. We weren't usually bombarded like this usually it was a bad guy, like the late M-Geeks and such. Speaking of bombs, there was a low rumble, followed by a whistle and an ear-splitting crack and I spun around to find Gazzy flying excitedly over to Iggy. "Not again..." I sighed.

It worked!" Gazzy cheered, excitement overflowing, "Your idea with mixing baking soda and Max's Death Soup really--" he was cut off by Iggy who was trying to shut him up.

My eyes widened. Like as if it wasn't enough to blow something up! Calling Max's soup, however bad it was, 'Death Soup' right in front of her would most likely get him into even more trouble. I wanted to warn Gazzy but it was too late, Max most likely would have heard what he said and there was no saving him now.

"Oh well its kinda long. I think what we should do is head over to the others and all have a talk!" I smiled warmly at the girl and turned toward the others I quickly jumped off the platform and landed next to the others. I'm knocked out of the air by and earsplitting sound from a bomb. i went all alert and then noticed, a kid, who was playing with bombs?

Fang was knocked out of a tree when Gazzys bomb went off. From the looks of it, Gazzy was in worse trouble then he normally was. Fang slowly approached the clearing, but stayed in the shadows of the forest. He might have to lighten up this situation. He wanted to meet the other kids that were like him. He was feeling strangely sociable.

After Joey had flown down, I sighed and opened my wings and was on my way down when something exploded. My hearing is super-sensitive, and the sound practically knocked me senseless since my wings closed on me and I started plummeting to the ground. I landed with a thud as I saw a young kid, who was, in fact, actually playing with bombs. I figured that's what caused the boom that almost knocked me unconcious as I stood up and walked toward the group. "What on earth was that for?!" I asked as I massaged my temples to clear away the headache that was already forming.

Jake was still flushed when he reached the others. He stood there in a daze until he heard the explosion. That's when he turned around to see a kid who was cheering. Instead of being angry, Jake was slightly amused. He liked to do the same things when he was kid. Although not as complex. As Jazz walked over, his amusement was washed away when he saw a cut on her cheek. "Dammit," they both muttered simultaneously as Jake used his hand to brush away some of the blood that welled up.

Jake turned to the group. "Anybody gots a band-aide?" he asked with his hands in his pockets and his feet scuffing dirt.

I pulled out a band aid and gave it to him. I was getting kind of irritated, but kids do do crazy things. That's why I stick to animals.
