Winter was settling in and painting the field, and roof tops of SilverMaple high school. The architecture of the whole place was gothic. Even inside. It's been unchanged for decades. There is a powerful clock, that stands over everything. And would sound off after a class period was over and when class periods began. And also too; they provided dorms for students.

Oden had applied for the school a long time ago it seemed. First he'd sit eagerly by the mail box, waiting for it. But it had been so long he'd almost forgotten all about it.
At the time the mail arrived on that fateful day Oden had been sitting in the living room with Itsu, playing a very clumbsy game of chess. Though he was getting better at moving the pieces with his paws, they were still something on a nussaince on the board. Itsu laughed as he knocked over his own king while trying to move his rook, "Does that mean I win?"
Isaku went to get the mail, going through it as he walked back to the house., "Junk, junk... Chicken Bucket flyer, Jury du- WHA!" he tripped over Dreeku's thick, mechanical tail.
"Would you watch where you leave that?" he growled to the khimera, who growled right back.
"Oh...Hey Oden," he called, slamming the door shut with his foot, "Package for you," he said, tossing it carelessly. It was lumpy and awkward as far as packages went. Oden stretched up on his hind legs, catching the package against his chest. The strangely coloured leebra landed loudly back to the round, paw on the package.
"Who's it from?" itsu asked, leaning over the chess board to see. Oden checked quickly and made a strange noise deep in his chest.
"Some fancy pants school he applied for," Isaku grumbled into his coffee, smiling. He was quite proud as he watched Oden tear open the package. There was a lot of papers but what caught his interrest was a strange bracelet.
It was a little clunky but not quite ugly. On top of the packet of paper was a note.
Congradulations new student,
It is with my utmost pleasure to inform you that you've been excepted to SilverMaple Secondary School. You've proven to the selection committee that you are exceptionally bright. As you are not in a form which you may easily show and tell others your ideas and show the world your intelligence we've given you a device that may help you. This will allow you to take a more human form. I would suggest you go to a room with some privacy and ask for some clothing before trying it out.

Oden took the note in his teeth and gave it to Isaku, who agreed to give Oden some clothing. Oden was left alone in the bathroom, clothes neatly folded on the toilet seat next to himself. He carefully slipped the bracelet around his furry wrist and almost instantly a tingling sensation raced over his body. he'd shut his eyes tight, alarmed. When it was all over he opened his eyes only to see a furless pink forearm. he gasped and stood up, as he was crouched low on the floor. He looked at himself in the bathrooms full length mirror.
He was taller, maybe 5' 9", thin and fit. A body built for speed and not so much strength. Though he had muscles, no doubt about that. He had a mane of red hair, as he did in his other form, some of it falling into his eyes. The red streaks under his eyes were there from his quad form, making him look a little strange. To his further delight he had his tail still. But everything was a little blurry.
He'd ask about it later, first he must get dressed. My how different it was to use fingers! He got use to them amazingly fast and stepped out of the bathroom. he was wearing a black turtle neck and scuffed blue jeans.
"Itsu look!" he said and paused. He could speak so much better! His voice wasn't deep, but it wasn't high either. Someplace in the middle but distinctly masculine.
Itsu squealed in delight, "WHOA! Oden you're very handsome!" she said and giggled.
"Am I? I cannot see so well... Do you know what's wrong?" he asked, rubbing his eyes. Everything remained blurry, mostly things that were far away.
Isaku laughed, "Maybe you need glasses. We'll have to get you a pair before school starts,"
"When is that, anyway?"
"Two weeks. We'd better get shopping,"

She finally returned to the small cottage her and Rouge lived in. It was one helluva walk, but dispite that Twilight scuttled into a doggy door, inside.
With her nose she sorted out the mail, to find two envelops. One of them was for her.
"Ah ha!!" Twilight tore open the letter with her teeth.
It was a paper sent to her by SilverMaple High.
"..SICK!" She read the paper as best as possible, since she is still learning how to read.

Damon inhaled and exhaled before going outside.The mailman was just about to get in his mailtruck when Damon said."Hi!I just wanted to apo-" The mailman gave Damon one frantic look and drove off wich led to him cratch into a tree.Damon winced and got his mail.He inhaled and exhailed again as he went back inside."Ok..."He muttered as he flipped through the mail.The last letter was sent to himHe choked with exitment as he ripped the envelope.

OOC: Alright. My next post I hope to have as "Two Weeks Later" and at the school. giving you all a heads up. If anyone objects then we'll work something out. OKAY! XD
IC: For the first little while Oden and Itsu walked about the pen and talked. This was done for two reasons. The most obvious was so Oden got use to being taller with longer legs and basically defenseless. He was, after all, now lacking claws and his sharp teeth (Not to mention his hooves). He stumbled a lot because of his bad vision so Itsu held his hand as they walked. He felt very silly when she did but didn't mind after he'd gone without her guidance and had tripped, falling quite dramatically.
The other reason was to allow Isaku to get ready for a trip into the city. he went through the papers Oden had received to see what he would have to buy.
".... Hmm... Might have to sell some shares," Isaku said with distaste. Why was school so expensive? But this would be good for Oden so it was worth it.
Soon enough Oden had returned and Isaku had what he needed.
"You coming Itsu?"
"What? Miss Oden making a complete idiot of himself in a mall? No way! Lets go!"
Oden rolled his eyes, "Oh haha, VERY funny. ... I will not!"
And they all left the house, Isaku and Oden both tripping over Dreeku's tail. He laughed at both of them, as did Itsu who had learnt to step over Dreeku's tail.
They returned home late that night. Oden was bruised and beaten, having fallen quite alot. Itsu's cheeks were red, streams of tears ran down her cheeks. She'd laughed so hard she'd started to cry.

Following Twilight into the cottage, he blinked when she got excited about the letter, trotting over and blinking as he saw the two letters.
"Hey... why is there two letters...?
He looked at the one she didn't open curiously, and tilted his head slightly as he noticed that it was adressed to him.
"What the hell... why's this thing addressed to me? I've never applied for anything..."
He was scratching his head with a tendril as two others moved to open the letter, pulling the slip of paper which he glanced through quickly. Another tendril pulled out the black band out from the envelope, which had the same symbol as the one on his tail, and though it didn't glow, it was a golden red, almost like fire.
"Heh... at least the bracelet looks good..."
He laughed softly, his tendrils rolling it around, examining it curiously.

She slipped on the bracelet. And she felt things move around all over.
It kind of scared her,and she let out a small scream.
Before knew it, she was laying on the ground, naked and a humanoid.
