Yea I see Celestial too, a bit. It almost gets lost in the storm. The tips of her tails and lower legs definitely look brighter like jacket fox or something to me.

Much more complex than she seems, even better! (Not that the other pups aren't gorgeous too!)

And onto the Lucain breeding I did with Nyxia:

I find it sort of amusing that, since coming back to Evelon, the only two Lucain breedings I've done have been black/red with some white thrown in. x3 I'm not complaining, mind you--- it's a good color combo, and I'm fond of it myself.


Millie: Those are all lovely, though the last female is my favorite of them. The first girl is almost like snow with just the ears showing, really cool looking.
The first boy... I don't know that I have all that much to say about him. He's just black for the moment, with little red elbow blades. I guess he'll be the most surprising, since his pup form gives away the least? The other two have those radial gradients going on, which I've only seen maybe once or twice before on a pup. The girl's makes it look like the color of her wingblades are slowly leeching into her fur, and the second boy looks like he's going a little ghost-y at the edges. I also love the pink wingblades on the second boy. x3 All in all, lots of potential! Can't wait to see these guys grown either.

Our babies grew!!! We've already sorted them out as to who got what, but I have to show them all off again.

The first boy was my least favorite, but he's smexy in his own way. I'm still laughing that it took me so long to figure out his wingblades have the black as a highlight.

The girl, omg, I can't even say how much I love her. The way her Drizzle changes across her body is so cool looking, plus the white pops so much with the Kohl. I'm still trying to figure out what she has other than the Drizzle mark. Still she speaks so much to the character I designed for her that I worry if Shrewdy secretly became a mind reader when no one was looking.

The second boy, honestly at first I didn't like him much as a pup. Now however I can't believe how cool he looked. The way his Drizzle disappeared on the neck and tail only to pop up a little on the end is a gorgeous effect.


Millie: Those are all pretty, though the last girl would have to be my favorite with her dark purple and bright teal color. The first girl is really cool looking too, with her pure white and then those ears. Can't wait to see the others when their grown.

Hahah I'm so glad you like them all. ;v; It was difficult since I basically only had red to work with, so I tried to pull off stuff with five million gradients on every Lucain hahah. But lmao no I am far from being a mind reader, believe you me.

The first boy actually has black wingblades with red shadows and then bright red highlights. He also has a two-color Reaper.

The second girl only has Drizzle as a marking, and then Appaloosa and Kohl as minimarks. I had like... a bloody moon in mind... kinda thing... xD idk

The third boy has Drizzle and Bearhound, and also Carnivore. :,> And kinda emulates his mom in that he has some white going about. I believe I also gave him Kohl in black.

I'll be the first to say that I think you do, you sneaky woman. We didn't give you a lot to work with, but you did an amazing job with them. I noticed the last boy looked in a way like his mom, but the bright red was a winner.

Crow: I kinda babbled about your rainbow birbs already on Skype but hot daaaaang did they turn out nice <3 The first one in particular reminds me a lot of the Heartred Croaker familiar on Flight Rising, though yeah, you already know that xD; I like that one a little bit more than the other- the colors are more harmonious- but the other is still some quality rainbow barf!

Nyxia: The first boy is actually probably my favorite from you bunch >v< I love that iridescent red on him, and how the skull on his Reaper is brighter and pops out more. The girl is quite lovely too; I've always been a fan of high contrast Kohl, and I love the touch of that Appaloosa. Not a huge fan of the last boy- I think the wingblades and the bright Drizzle throw me off a bit- but still quite the solid litter, nonetheless!

Millie: I really had no idea what to expect out of your pairing, but they didn't turn out bad! The boy is very simple, but he has nice colors. The snow-and-carrot-ears girl is adorable; she also has some great hidden marking action going on. I like the purple and the green on her sister; they compliment each other well.

Pup A: He reminds me of a little piece of candy! He looks so sweet<3 And hey, I got another pink nose bab, go figure! All the pink nosed babs, yes.

Pup B: Ooooh, I'm... really excited for this one, admittedly. The color on her is exactly what I had in mind for Adelaide. I really like how all of the colors at the moment are rather dull and seem to just... blend. (Also, I can't tell; is her nose gray? Or that same tan color? It's hard to tell. DX)

Pup C: I think I died when I saw her. Ohoho, her gradient just looks so perfect and angelic. Really... random, but I like the color of the inside of her ears. It goes well with the gradient. She just looks like she's glowing all around.

Pup D: Really took me from left field, compared to his siblings. I think I would've been more surprised though if I didn't get a dark brown bab somewhere in this, though. I'll have to wait it out and see how he ends up looking. xD;;

Heh, now it's my turn to comment on them. First I wanted to say how super excited I am to see four babies without the use of a potion, and it was a perfectly balanced litter too - two boys and two girls. All in all, I'm extremely happy about the turnout and I'm already dying knowing that I have to wait about a week for them to grow up xD

Pup A: Oh my word that creamy color is delicious and reminds me of vanilla pudding or vanilla wafers or something. And dat nose...he's just adorable <3

Pup B: She's the only one with brown eyes like her daddy, which immediately makes her stand out to me. I'm also super interested in her wingblades because it looks like the ones on her back are brown, while those on her legs are white? So yeah, definitely watching out to see how she'll turn out.

Pup C: I agree with Atoli that this girl's gradient is angelic and beautiful. She looks so soft and delicate right now, that I'm wondering if she'll have lighter markings when she grows up or if she'll get some darker colors on her.

Pup D: Other than the eyes, this one reminds me the most of his dad, for sure. I'm pretty sure his base color is exactly the same (or pretty darned similar) to his dad's Hyaena marking. He stands out like a sore thumb against his siblings, but I kinda like that about him. I'm interested in seeing how his markings come into play.

When the wingblades aren't the same color, that means they have gradient or two-tone wingblades as adults. Which is the case for all of them, though they're not all so obvious.

Back wingblade is the base, and the leg wingblade is the highlight/two-tone of the adult wingblades.
