Interesting to see that Groudon and Kyogre are apparently "Primal" forms, though. I wonder if this is something separate from Mega Evolution? Or are they Mega Evolutions that are just called "Primal"? Maybe they're not Mega at all, but kinda like the form swaps for Giratina, Deoxys, etc.? I'm curious to hear more.

I was actually kind of hoping he would get Storm Drain instead of Lightning Rod, but it still makes him a viable switch-in on Rotom-W. Or maybe Solar Power to maximize the Solar Beam hit. Oh, well. He's still epic.

I'm so happy for Mega Sceptile. While I loved the grass line, I was always sad to evolve my Grovyle because that was my favourite stage.

Also, while for Primal Groudon looks like a furnace, Primal Kyogre kinda looks like a thing from a Spore cell stage 8| Maybe it's just that cell-like crap under the skin. It's reminiscent of a Reuniclus at the very least.

Bumping this up a little bit for some new news. Mega Audino and Mega Slowbro have been announced: the latter needs some kind of help with that serious shell problem (they are not equals in that relationship) and the former is super cute, but should really be just an evolution of Audino - in my opinion, of course.

Some other neat Megas coming down the pipe as well, as seen in the above-linked video. I'm not sure why Salamence turns into a Deoxys-esque spaceship, but I am all about Mega Lopunny. That Mega Metagross looks fantastic too. I'm just glad we have yet to see any Nosepassite, because I cringe to think about what that may entail.

However, Farfetch'dite, Laprasite or Dunsparcite? Still waiting on those. Hint, hint, Nintendo.

With Mega Audino, now all of my teams minus my pure fourth-gen team and my most recent team contain Megable Pokemon! That makes me quite happy. And it's so cute, too! It's basically a magical girl.

Mega Salamence's design amuses me xD Its wings are basically just a big, red crescent moon. Though admittedly, they do look a tad bit more aerodynamic than its regular form :'| And Mega Slowbro is just...slowly getting engulfed by that shell. Lulz.

I love Mega Altaria though. So fluffyyyyy ;___;

I loooove mega Altaria though. Like, that one's my absolute favorite of the batch so far. Definitely going to use one on my team, especially with that delicious dragon immunity, mmmmm
