The title is pretty self-explanatory. What song have you been unable to get out of your head for the past hour/day/week/year? What is that band that you've been listening to recently, and haven't been able to stop listening to? What is the band that always puts you in a better mood, or you've been listening to since time out of mind? Music is awesome; let's talk about our favorite songs and bands, or even about that ONE SONG that you can never get out of your head.

For me, I've been listening to 21 Pilots recently, and mmmmm. They're the type of band that have those lyrics that pinpoint exactly what I feel. They're magical. It's hard to find a strict genre that defines them, because they do different things with a lot of their songs, but they usually stick to beats, synths, and rap. Usually. The rap turned me off a little, but then when I really listened to what he was saying.... gosh. It's such a powerful, strong message, and it makes me happy that it exists. Anyway, I've had Semi-Automatic and House of Gold in my head for the past day or so.

Right now I've had a couple of newer Bastille songs in my head, as well as this one song by Damien Rice called 9 Crimes. Idk, something about the song, despite being extremely sad and about an unfaithful couple, calms me down so much and it's so pretty to sing, though it's a duet and singing both parts is very hard. x'D

Ahh also this one song called Vesuvius by Sufjan Stevens. It's suuuch a strange song but it's been in my head fo days.

I've just been listening to Vocaloid as usual, sobs. In particular, I've been listening to four songs-- Mischief, Patched and Logical, Text»Over, and Monochrome Dream-Eating Baku.

Mischief and Patched and Logical have actually inspired a new plot of mine, which I've been working on with my best friend (he might join Evelon, yayyyyy<3). Patched and Logical specifically inspired a much-needed revamp of Winnie, and with it both of her brothers. So many characters have stemmed from her that I think she can be considered one of my "founding" characters (characters that are the foundation of a plot, and who tons of other characters owe their existence to; also includes my favorites like Kanon, Elliot, Izanagi, Mara and Hisoka.) She'll probably be one of my new forever characters.

Monochrome Dream-Eating Baku is also another one of my inspirational songs right now. If any of you have seen Vincent/Hal floating around lately? Yeah, thank that song. Thank you, song.

I've been listening to Heather Dale, Mercedes Lackey, and Mindy Gledhill recently. While I'm pretty sure some of the Mercedes Lackey songs are related to some of her books I haven't read, I enjoy the songs for their own sake anyways.
