Heehee. Oldbies and newbies coming together for the Secret Santa. Warms my heart.

I hope no one minds old Freezy crashing the party here. >w< But before signups end, I'd just like to take a moment to extend a huge thank-you of immense gratitude to Atoli for running the Secret Santa for me this year. It isn't the easiest responsibility in the world since it requires keeping track of a lot of info, an she's already running one in her real life! But she's taken it on for me for this year, and I couldn't be more grateful. In the past, nothing's gotten between me and the Secret Santa... until this year. I really have not gotten so horribly sick* in a loooong while, and on top of it, I was supposed to be traveling mid-month! Things looked bad for anything but a really rushed SS... so I'm incredibly glad anyone offered to help at all!

I'm afraid I'm not participating myself, juuuust in case Atoli needs my help with anything. But I did want to drop in an official thank-you. Be nice to her, now! Don't bite or anything! ;D

*I realize I've been kind of vague on what was actually wrong with me, so for the curious: I had a strep infection. My throat was so sore that just sipping water was torture, and I was also terribly weak from not being able to eat very much. Iiiit was pretty awful. I still have a slight, lingering cough from how horribly mucusy my throat and sinuses were. And now you know.

Also, am I the only one who sees the snowman icon in the title as a kitty face with a Santa hat? Because when it gets small, it really looks like one. Which is still pretty festive, to be fair.
