I happen to be watching a lot of Netflix these days, given that I don't have satellite or cable. However, I always have trouble deciding what to watch, especially when trying to scroll through categories when accessing it on my playstation.

That being said, I figured, why not make a thread where we can sort of spew a little about what we're all currently watching, have watched, discuss a little, and throw suggestions at everyone?

At this very moment, I am re-watching a K-Drama called Boys Over Flowers for probably the third or fourth time. This time around, even my husband got sucked in, when he had originally been very skeptical about watching it. He caught maybe twenty minutes of a random episode I was watching, and decided to start watching it from the beginning on his own and with me, whenever I'm paying attention.

I'll just toss the first episode blurb out, "National attention for saving a suicidal student's life gets common delivery girl Jan Di enrolled at the extremely prestigious Shin Hwa High School, where she soon becomes the target of elitist bullies."

Although, it's really more of a romance, it starts out that way. You could say that a round house kick to the face changes everything. xD

Oh, I've heard of Boys Over Flowers! I've seen it around in manga/manhwa(?) form, but I didn't realize it was a drama as well~

As far as what I've been watching.... Parks and Rec. I marathoned it a few months ago and oh my god. That show is not only hilarious, full of great characters and hilarious scenarios, it actually has a really good story. I dunno, it sucks you in, makes you grow so fond of all these characters. The character development is fantastic; it's subtle enough to make you think that everything's the same, then you think about where all of them came from and wow. A++ It's such a positive show and I love it so much. I can't wait for season 7 ehehe.

But currently I'm watching The Office. It's very similar in the fact that it sucks you in, but it's a little darker than Parks and Rec. Michael (Steve Carell's character, the manager of the company) is an offensive idiot, but what makes the show so dang funny is everyone else's reactions. That slow glance into the camera. *shakes head* What a show.

I tend to binge-watch series on Netflix, and then not watch anything for a while xD

I've been working my way through House M.D. for awhile now, since it was one of the only tv shows I used to watch as a teenager. I'm also watching American Horror Story: Coven, although I usually only watch that when Jed is at work since he doesn't like it, and since he's been off of work I'm feeling some serious withdrawal.

Actually, I find it hard to find good movies to watch, so I usually stick to tv shows. I actually really hate that I can never find any movies I want to watch, because Jed and I like to have "stay at home" dates with popcorn and candy and stuff and just watch Netflix together. So if anyone knows of any good movies (preferably comedy or romantic comedy with little to no sexual content) I would love for you to suggest it.
